This is a great apartment. The view from the terrace is fantastic - a lovely place to relax. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need. The only thing to be aware of is the access and steps to it for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment is located on the edge of Alghero but an easy walk to the old town and many restaurants. If we come back to Alghero we would definitely want to stay in Antonio's apartment again.

Very cosy appartement with a gorgeous view! Great location to visit Sardinia and its fantastic cristal water beaches. Very easy communication with the owner who was very nice and accomodating for our family. Recommended!

Die Wohnung war gut aufgeteilt, nur die Sauberkeit in den Schränken lässt zu wünschen übrig. Beim einchecken ist man uns mit der Uhrzeit sehr großzügig entgegengekommen. Am vierten Tag war jedoch der Brauseschlauch in einem Badezimmer gerissen. Obwohl wir es sofort gemeldet haben ist nichts passiert. Wie auch andere schreiben, ist der Weg in die Wohnung sehr mühsam. Man muss durch eine dunkle und Führung, schmale Treppen hinauf was für uns schon anstrengend war, Ist für etwas ältere Menschen unmöglich. Die Aussicht auf das Meer hat uns für einiges entschädigt.

The apartment is a really good size , well decorated and extremely comfortable . It has great views from the sunny terraces and is well located with a short and pleasant walk to the town centre . The only negative comment I have from an overall excellent 4 nights is that more comfortable terrace furniture would be a good investment to make as the current collection is rather basic .

Das Haus entspricht ziemlich genau der Beschreibung auf der Website. Zugang etwas kompliziert und unpraktisch. Nichts für Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Hat alles prima geklappt. Die anfänglichen Parkplatzbedenken waren unbegründet; wir sind immer fündig geworden. Die Wohnung ist prima im Schuss und recht weitläufig. Die Terrasse zum Meer ist sehr gross und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus ist 10 Autominuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

L'appartement est très agréable avec ses trois terrasses : soleil ou ombre à volonté. Le centre-ville est facilement accessible à pied et on ne se lasse pas de la passeggiata sur les remparts ! petit bémol quant au parking privé qui est problématique.

Aanrader! Rustig gelegen gratis parkeren 20 min lopen naar het oude centum. Glooiende weg.

This appartement was excellent. I reccomment it. We stayed in many holiday appartments and this one belongs to the best. In real even better than on the pictures. Surprizing was that on the south side it is totaly in nature, very nice. Alghero centro is on walking distance and a very nice city. The location is an perfact bases for daytrips.

Spend a week in Algehro with my family. The Apartment is fully recommendable. Highlight is the terrace with wonderful seaview. Enjoyed the sundowns every night!

Eine schön gestaltete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, riesige Terrassen - einmal mit weitem Blick aufs Meer (mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen) und die Stadt, die andere um die Morgensonne genießen zu können. Eine Baustelle weit unterhalb störte nicht. Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Normalerweise buchen wir nie ein zweites Mal - aber dies könnte eine Ausnahme sein!

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. Toll eingerichtet, sauber, gemütlich kurzum perfekt für uns. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam. Er war immer telefonisch (per WhatsApp) erreichbar und hat gute Tipps gegeben. Wir hatten noch nie so eine tolle Erfahrung... Vielen Dank Antonio. Wir kommen wieder.

Attico bellissimo per posizione e vista (quasi direttamente sul mare con vista fino a Capo Caccia e Punta Giglio); in circa 20 min al massimo a piedi si percorre tutta la passeggiata a mare e si arriva fino in centro senza dover usare l'auto. L'abitazione è dotata di tutto il necessario e anche più (netflix/apple tv/nespresso) e i terrazzi di cui dispone permettono un soggiorno assolutamente rilassante e lontano dal traffico e dai rumori. Posizione in zona residenziale molto tranquilla e senza nessun tipo di disturbo. Unico neo l'accesso all'abitazione dai box che dovrebbe essere molto piu curato e la mancanza di un ascensore che per chi ha molti bagagli o pesanti comporta un po di strada e di scalini per arrivare all'attico. La mancanza di un posto auto interno o comunque non utilizzabile con auto di una certa dimensione non impatta in quanto nonostante fosse pieno agosto abbiamo sempre trovato un posto auto esterno senza avere nessun problema.

This is the second time we stayed in Antonio's penthouse and again had a great time. The apartment was updated with new and more powerful/less noisy AC units, new awnings and new table and chairs for the sea side terrace - great investments that improved the convenience. The only downside is the poor lighting in the public areas of the property on the way between the underground passage and the entrance to the building containing the apartment. An ideal spot to stay when exploring Alghero and ist surroundings. We would love to come again.

Super séjour avec 3 copines, la vue est incroyable et la clim de rigueur ! On a passé un très bon séjour et on recommande ! ☺️ Accès compliqué pour personne à mobilité réduite cependant !

The apartment was everything we could have hoped for and more. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner and housekeeper were so helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

L’appartamento vanta una posizione perfetta per chi cerca la tranquillità (ma comunque a 5 min a piedi dalla passeggiata), la vista su Capo Caccia e la possibilità di godere di un terrazzo davvero ampio per cenare e stare in compagnia. La casa è pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per passare una vacanza in comodità. Se possiamo dare un paio di piccoli suggerimenti per rendere perfetto l’appartamento, aggiungerei una doccia con box nel secondo bagno affinché sia più fruibile da una famiglia al completo. La sola vasca del bagno principale quando ci sono 4/5 persone in casa non è il massimo. Infine, qualche qualche cialda per la macchina del caffè per chi effettua il check-in tardi la sera (e non ha avuto modo di fare la spesa) sarebbe un pensiero semplice ma molto gradito.

Alloggio confortevole attrezzato e con totale vista sul golfo di Alghero e il promontorio di Capo Caccia. Consigliato pienamente.

We had the pleasure to stay for three weeks in this beautiful apartment in Alghero. Antonio and his local assistance were always friendly, prompt and helpful. The apartment itself is perfect for a stay in Alghero and the surroundings. We were 2 adults, 1 child and our dog and had so much space to feel good, cook, play and relax. The seaview balcony is surely one of the absolute highlights. Capo Caccia and the sea are beautiful throughout the day and we have enjoyed the space throughout our stay. If you want to take a quick dip into the sea, its just some minutes walk down the hill, if you want to stroll into the town, its also just some 15 minutes to walk along the beautiful lungomare of Alghero. All in all, a perfect place to enjoy Alghero. We will definitely be back!

Das Appartement ist schön gelegen, auf einem Hügel, mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Leider wird derzeit (Juli 2020) ein Hotel unterhalb direkt an der Küste errichtet, das könnte die Aussicht in Zukunft beeinträchtigen. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet (2 Kühlschränke, Geschirrspüler, Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern, schnelles Internet, AppleTV + Netflix), nur etwas mehr Geschirr wäre nett. Einziger negativer Punkt war die Parkplatzsituation. Es gäbe zwar Abstellmöglichkeiten direkt am Grundstück über eine Zufahrt unterhalb der Gebäude erreichbar. Allerdings ist die Abfahrt so steil und weist zwei starke Steigungsänderungen auf. Dadurch sitzt man mit längeren Fahrzeugen (alles was länger als ein Golf ist) unweigerlich mit dem Unterboden auf und kommt nicht hinunter. Parken ist in den engen Gassen in der Umgebung möglich. Der Weg von der Straße zum Appartement ist relativ lang und aufgrund oben genannter Probleme kann man nicht zufahren. Die Reisetaschen/Koffer, aber auch Einkäufe müssen über einen längeren Weg durch die unterirdische Zufahrt und über 2 enge Treppen zu Wohnung befördert werden. Nicht optimal, aber kein Problem (für Familien mit Kleinkindern oder Personen mit Problemen beim Gehen allerdings weniger geeignet). Der Besitzer war sehr entgegenkommend und hat ermöglicht, dass wir das Gepäck schon am Vormittag im Appartement abstellen konnten und so den Anreisetag bereits am Strand verbringen konnten - vielen Dank Antonio! Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt und das Appartement sehr gut gefallen.

Die Lage Wohnung ist Klasse mit Tollem Blick über diedie ganze Bucht von Alghero.Zu Fuss in die Stadt sind es circa 20min.Nicht gut ist der Zugang zur Wohnung durch eine dunkle Tiefgarage und eine sehr schmale Treppe.Ausserdem ist die Einfahrt so steil ,dass wir mit unserem kombi sie nicht benutzen konnten,weil wir aufgesetzt sind.Dadurch mussten wir das ganze Gepäck ca 60 Meter weit tragen.Aber der traumhafte Ausblick entschädigt das.

Wir haben in den Herbstferien wunderbare Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und ausgestattet. Am allerschönsten ist die untere Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Dort haben wir jeden Tag beginnen und ausklingen lassen :-) Besonders bemerkenswert ist zudem der Kontakt zum Vermieter: Er antwortet auch bei der kleinsten Frage sehr schnell, überaus hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich! Den Weg zur Wohnung fanden wir übrigens gar nicht so weit oder kompliziert, nur am ersten und letzten Tag war es mit den großen Koffern ein wenig eng, ansonsten ist er völlig ok. Und die Lage der Wohnung ist top, fußläufig zum Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wirklich rundum empfehlenswert! Wir überlegen schon, kommendes Jahr die Wohnung nochmals zu mieten:-)

L’appartamento, situato in zona tranquilla e con una vista strepitosa sul golfo di Alghero, è spazioso, dotato di ogni confort e pratico. Pulizia eccellente. Ottima anche l’organizzazione della consegna e riconsegna dell’appartamento. Noi ci siamo stati a novembre e la pioggia non ci ha permesso di approfittare della grande terrazza ma sarà la scusa per poterci tornare in mesi più caldi. Sconsigliato a chi ha problemi di deambulazione.

Sehr saubere Wohnung in Gehweite zur Altstadt von Alghero mit tollem Ausblick. Gute Einrichtung; angenehme Komunikation mit dem Vermieter. Jederzeit wieder.

The view from the balcony is amazing!

Wir ( drei Freundinnen) waren im September 2019 für 14 Tage zu Gast in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten jeden Tag den Sonnenuntergang auf derTerrasse genießen. Der Weg zur Ferienwohnung wurde immer wieder als Herrausvorderung beschrieben.........und ja das können wir bestätigen ;-) Aber der Weg lohnt sich und man wird durch den tollen Ausblick entschädigt. Wir haben uns für die gesammte Urlaubszeit ein Auto gemietet und können dies nur empfehlen. Es gibt sooooo viel zusehen auf Sardinien.....traumhaft! Einer der schönsten Strände war der Spiaggia di Maria Pia Alghero. Nein....... wir waren nicht nur mit dem Auto unterwegs, die Altstadt haben wir jeden Abend nach 15 Minuten Fussweg erreicht. Sie bietet zahlreiche gute Restaurants und Cafes. Antonio ( Vermieter) ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort um jedes noch so kleine Handikap. Unsere Fazit für diesen Urlaub.....JEDER ZEIT WIEDER Conny, Manu, Claudia :-)
