Wow, I want to buy in this development! This place has everything you need!!!! Including beach chairs, coffee, excellent view, fireplace, restaurant which is 5 star, ETC. Oh and golf cart to beach…. My 2nd time in this unit and 10th unit I have stayed in. Owners of unit are the hostess with the mostest! Thanks for having me❤️😎

This was a lovely place to stay. It is just as it appears in the photos. The studio was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet and lovely setting. My only suggestion for the owner would be to include information about what is available on the property and places close by such as coffee shop/mart. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely. Wonderful property at a wonderful location. Awesome view of the ocean. Weather was perfect. Sanderlings restaurant was great. Friendly staff. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Outdoor gas firepit at night was so relaxing. Nice paved walkway down to the beach made it easier to access the ocean. Only minor complaint was the parking spots are way too narrow which made it difficult to get in and out of your car.

Our daughter, son-in-law, and new grandson live in Aptos. We wanted a place to stay that would feel like vacation as well as allow us to visit our new grandson. Our guests were able to visit us and we loved the beautiful ocean view. Hiking paths were easy to get to as well! Loved the fitness center, nearby shopping, restaurant and pool access. We will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Seascape in the past and like the beach, the quiet, and surroundings. This unit was fantastic. Everything worked. It was a rainy stay so really enjoyed being able to stay inside with a meal and fireplace in-between taking walks on the beach. Place was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Will stay again.

This was a perfect little spot for me and my now fiance! Perfect walk to the beach and amazing location. I actually proposed right on the patio!

Relaxing Mother Daughter trip success! What a wonderful stay! The view was breath taking during the wild winter storm. A morning walk on the beach and some local shopping. A perfect getaway!

Lovely unit with a view of the setting sun and the beach from the balcony. Warm and cozy, with everything needed for a restful stay at the beach. Well-appointed and clean.

The unit was nice and clean. The fridge however leaked throughout our stay, even though I moved it out a bit to ensure the door could be closed.

Beautiful top floor location with a deck and great sunset view over the ocean. Beach for miles. Lots to do. Looking forward to the next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this condo to anyone staying in the Monterey area. We enjoyed listening to the ocean in the evening. The views from the balcony are fantastic. The updates to the condo are well done. There's very little we would suggest. The only confusing part to us was understanding the directions to the unit itself. It's located in the same building with the resort lobby and there is underground garage parking available. There is also a washer and dryer available in the garage for guest use. You do need to make sure you have laundry soap. It's nice to have access to the bar and restaurant on site. The property is also lovely to enjoy with a pool, spa, walking paths, seating areas, and gas fire pits.

The peaceful ocean view was breathtaking. We sat the chairs in front of the view and just relaxed. We were close enough to the Seascape shops to get “emergency” ice cream, and far enough away from traffic to have peace. It was a lovely walk to the beach.

Great location Owner replied to my queries promptly Accommodations were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would love to return and stay longer!

My husband and I have stayed before. We always keep coming back because we enjoy staying at the property.

Worked out great—parked in garage -next to elevator,delivered us almost to the door. Note to owner,tub is very slippery ,recommend a matt and or grab bars.
