Good, clean, tidy.. plenty of room, even had a hairdryer in each bathroom, iron, full laundry facilities.. Nice deck.

As written in the visitors book by various guests there are several safety features which need urgent action. There needs to be a handrail to the steps to help people with mobility issues access the sliding door. There should also be a balustrade around the front deck, The entry to both the bathrooms has a tripping hazard which should be attended to even with some yellow tape.

We found the property spacious and bright and the location worked for us and would stay again on our next trip to KI

Located close to the centre of Kingscote, perfect position to explore the island. Very quiet. Baywatch Beach House with water views from the deck is a lovely short walk into the township along the esplanade pathway. Dinning, lounge and kitchen is open plan. Comfortable and clean lounge with heaps of room for small to larger families. Kitchen has gas top and electric oven great to work on. Small milk in fridge on arrival for that first cup of tea. Beds and pillows are very comfy. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend. KI is a great spot to explore. Owners are very welcoming and have set up the perfect house for an island getaway.

Lovely place to stay for a family holiday!!

Clean and well equipt accommodation with beautiful views. Perfect deck for enjoying breakfast on each morning. Our family enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house for families coming to KI.

Wonderful views, close enough to cafes and restaurants in Kingscote but quiet location. Enjoyed the variety of food around the island, excellent friendly service everywhere.

This is a great property centrally located and within walking distance to the town center if you are inclined to walk. Spacious and well appointed. Fans were a big plus as air conditioning is centrally located in main bedroom and living room. All the cooking hardware you need. Would have been nice to have just a few spices (onion, seasoned, or garlic salt/powder) and some condiments that don’t spoil but that’s a really minor thing. Really appreciated having the sandwich bags and plastic wrap. Sitting out on the deck in the evening to have dinner was wonderful. Loved the property and responsiveness of Andrew. Highly recommended. Thanks for the hospitality.

Lovely stay, beautiful views and very clean property Just needs another chopping board for group cooking & larger quilt on the bed closest to the living area my feet were hanging out. We will be back KI is just wonderful

Property is exactly as advertised. Spacious and modern. Clean with all amenities. Location is great with views to ocean from deck. So quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful stay and would definately recommend

A convenient and picturesque location by the bay with everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. Even washing powder for some clothing rescue after a hard day's sand-boarding! A pleasant walk into town for supplies. Also, sweet-tasting tapwater, which was an unexpected bonus!

Baywatch is just lovely . It has all the comforts of home in a relaxed setting . If you want beach, sand & water views , you have it in front of you . Close to supplies & a great location to use as a base while on the Island . Definately would choose to stay again if coming to KI

The beach is across the road and is beautiful. We went there every chance we had. The home has a well-equipped kitchen and a BBQ. The bedrooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The location is great for getting into the town centre and for exploring Kangaroo Island. We are planning to come again for a longer stay.

The location is so great - beautiful views and walking distance to a very calm beach. Great with little kids! Clean and modern, with all the amenities you could want.

All the perks of a new property - spotless, full laundry, very comfortable sofas and beds etc, easy access bathrooms, and heaps of space. Good size deck. Felt v safe in the house too. Lovely owner responded immediately when I couldn’t work out how to use the window locks. 10/10 recommend.

Awesome property - we had 4 adults and 3 kids. Everything you need for a stay on Kangaroo Island. I'd stay here again and recommend to friends!

The Baywatch House was a perfect place for two couples. It is very well stocked for all cooking, great bedrooms and very good beds. The two separate bathrooms is often very hard to find and this house has a large onsite with master bedroom and a separate bathroom right across the corridor for bedroom two. Third bedroom is fitted out with bunk beds which fortunately we did not have to use. The house is close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. You must try the Queeney hotel for a meal, fantastic. The owner was very approachable and I would recommend the house to anyone for a great holiday. Did I mention that the beach is right across the road!

I really enjoyed staying at Baywatch for a few days visiting Kangaroo Island. The house is a convenient 5 minute drive into Kingscote, is quiet, has a lovely outlook on a bay, is well equipped, has plenty of room and is very comfortable - everything you could ask for for a great place to base yourself on Kangaroo Island.
