House was perfect for our weekend Birthday Celebration.

The owner was amazing! I never received the code and he got back with me in minutes. The furniture in the TV area needs replacing, a few blinds missing on the sliding glass door, and a chewed rug in the living room. But those things didn't effect our stay. The three car limit was an issue because when the three cars left and an adult was still home, it was a huge hassle having another car come pick her up.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was big enough for my family of 12. We all loved the private pool at the home. The community pool with the water slides and kid zone was a plus. The kids did not want to go to another waterpark. The kitchen was stocked with everything (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) you need to cook. The sofa is peeling in the sitting area. The owner is well aware of it and plans on changing it soon. The check in process was very smooth and Maurice was there to answer all of my questions before arriving to the property. We will definitely book this home again.

Positives: The home was clean and Maurice was great to work with. We loved being able to use the pool after long days at the park! We paid extra for the pool heat and it really worked out well. Negatives: There were a few things that were broken (a patio chair, the towel bar in our bathroom kept falling off the wall and the couch in the main living room was literally falling apart). The neighborhood was very densely populated and the neighbors (both next door and behind) partied late and loudly every night.

This home was everything and more stated on VRBO. We would highly recommend this home. Great location and security.

We really enjoyed our stay at the home. The property was very clean and same as advertised! Communication with the property manager was very good. They were quick to respond and react. The location was minutes away from Walmart and a couple of gas stations. Nice family oriented neighborhood. I'm giving a 4.5 because the a.c. was not working due to it being left on 60' by someone else. It was hot but there were 4 working portable fans throughout the house that we used. Things happen, and it was dealt with in the best possible way! The property manager sent a tech out every time we called. The property owner was very attentive and empathetic, we appreciate him so much. I would stay there again!

Can't fault the location - windsor Hills is ideal for visiting the parks.The villa itself for the most part, was excellent. Parts of it are maybe getting a little tired now, and maybe need updating/modernising - eg.some of the carpet needs to be replaced, and the beach/pool towels also need to be replaced. We had a great stay though.

We have stayed in this home four times over the years. It is located in a relatively quiet area of Windsor Hills, has a longer driveway than the other homes and suits our family’s needs for sleeping arrangements. The lanai and pool were enjoyed by all.

The property is great for a large group. King beds in 3 of the 6 rooms was fantastic. My only word of advice is make sure to CALL the property management company when you arrive and check find things not working or missing. The garage was set up great for a fun night of playing billiards and air hockey with the kids. The proximity to Disney is fantastic.

Our over all experience was great and relaxing, really had a nice time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiffany’s Treasure. It was very, very clean. The property manager was incredibly friendly and helpful, she couldn’t be beat. The home is very well laid out and quite spacious. The development is phenomenal: a beautiful pool, a fantastic playground and even a mini movie theater. We will definitely return and would recommend this home and this development to anyone.

The home had everything people on holiday would like to have. There was plenty space for all of us. We liked the home with big bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped.

This was our 14th stay in Windsor Hills. The resort is a great place to visit the Orlando area from. It's within 10 minutes of the Disney area, 20 minutes to Seaworld and about the same to Universal. Plenty of restaurants, retail stores and other fun activities within 5 minutes yet once inside the resort there is little noise except for the laughter of children in the neighboring homes. Having stayed here many times we are very particular with the homes we stay in relative to cleanliness and being kept up to date and in good working order. Maurice maintains this home to meet those expectations and beyond. We highly recommend this home for other families looking for a vacation home.

This was the second time we stayed in "Tiffany's Treasure". We have stayed in two other properties within Windsor Hills, but find Tiffany's Treasure to be better. We like the home since it is large enough to accommodate our guests and is clean. It has a longer driveway than the other homes and is located in a fairly quiet area. Also, there are three adult bedrooms with king beds and one with a queen bed. Since we also have very young children we like that their beds are regular twin beds and not bunk beds. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, appliances as well as both plastic dishes and glassware for using especially when on the lanai and ceramic dishes when eating inside. My one suggestion would be to get a set of children's plastic dishes, bowls, forks and spoons (IKEA has them rather cheaply.) We brought our own. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by both children and adults. It got sun in the morning and afternoon. We could watch some of the Disney fireworks from the lanai at night. (The better viewing is from the two upstairs back bedrooms.) Both the owner, Maurice, and the property managers, Steven and Pauline, were attentive to our needs before and during our stay. We look forward to returning to "Tiffany's Treasure" in the future.

The house was as promised. Very clean, the pool and hot tub were good. Location was good, the clubhouse, etc. was great. We were very happy with the house, location, and Maurice was good to deal with too. Not sure if hard to do, but some of the basic condiments/spices would have been great to have. And perhaps some better 'barbecue' utensils would have been appreciated (just because we did rent a barbecue from the property manager group). --> These are very minor issues and it would not stop me from renting from Maurice again! Very pleased and we wish we could stay longer! Andrew.

Well this was our second stay at Tiffany's Treasure and it was just as fantastic as the first 2 years ago. The villa really is perfect. It is very spacious and clean and has absolutely everything you need. Maurice, the owner and the management company really do a fantastic job in ensuring the property is very well looked after. We travelled as 3 separate families with a total of 6 adults and 4 children (some staying for the first time) and we were all impressed that the villa was just as well presented as the first time we travelled (I submitted a review then back in 2014 so please refer to that for additional comments about the amenities the villa provides) The location is ideal for the Disney parks which are a maximum of 10 minutes drive from the villa to the parking lots. The Universal parks and International Drive are also easily accessible and are about 20 - 30 minute drive door to door. Within a very short distance (approximately a mile) there are plenty of restaurants and shops and so the location really is perfect. We would highly recommend this villa to people in the future and hope to return when we next travel as a group. Thanks again to Maurice and his team for providing such wonderful accommodation.

Tiffany's Treasure, Kissimmee. Beautiful property and well kept home with all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. It was a shame that we where out most of the time. Only used it for sleeping but you get a good nights sleep with hardly any noise from outside and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything you need to dine in and easy to use appliances.The internet was free and very easy to connect. The washing machine and dry was simple use and laundry was done in no time. A pleasure to stay there. John

Tiffany's Treasure was wonderful for our family's trip to the Disney area. We had stayed in a similar home last year, but my husband wanted a home that did not have a neighboring home's loud pool pump/heater. Tiffany's Treasure provided that for him. He was able to read out on the lanai in peace and not be disturbed by a neighboring pump. There also isn't a lot of street traffic which made it quieter, as well. The size of Tiffany's Treasure fit our family quite well. There was room for the children to play in either the living room or family room and still give room for the adults. The children were too young to use the game room, but in the future I'm sure they would love to use it. Our grand-daughters loved being in the "Princess bedroom". The look on their faces when they first saw it was priceless. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glasses and cooking equipment and storage for all of our supplies that we brought. We enjoyed the heated pool on several occasions of our month long stay. The beds were comfortable and having three king sized beds (especially when the young children wanted to be with their mom and dad in the middle of the night) along with the queen and four twin beds worked very well for our family's needs. The location of Windsor Hills is very good for going to Disney, shopping and the multiple of restaurants in the area. Maurice answered all of my many questions and was easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Our family stayed for 2 weeks at Tiffany's Treasure, and we had a really wonderful time there . Everything in the house was exactly as promised , and the location, close to Disney, could not be better . Definitely, we plan to go back to Tiffany's Treasure as soon as we can ! the location was fantastic. close to everything the complex is very nice and our unit was exceptional. used the heated pool every day. the fitness area in the club house is terrible and they should upgrade it and add a bunch of equipment and get rid of the video games that no one uses.

The house was perfect for all of our needs. Great location, we could see the fireworks from magic kingdom from the backyard. The house had plenty of space and the rooms were good size. The kids enjoyed the themed bedrooms. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa (the adults as well) after a long day and night at the parks. It was an easy drive to Universal as well. The only complaint is it would be nice to be able to lower the thermostat below 72 at night, even in December it was 80 or close to it during most of our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

What an amazing Villa! Tiffany's Treasure is just perfect. We stayed there for 2 weeks in July and there were 11 of us in total - 3 families consisting of 6 adults, a teenager and 4 toddler/young children. We had been to Orlando before but never stayed in a villa. Now we will never choose anywhere else. The location is fantastic as there are lots of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive (if that) We didn't use the on site facilities at Windsor Hills but they were very good. The Villa is within easy access of the Disney estate and the I4 for access to Universal, International Drive and the outlet malls as well as other destinations. The security was very good at Windsor Hills and made us feel very secure during our stay. The villa has everything you need and really is a home from home. It is very spacious and you won't want for anything. Plenty of linen is provided (including pool towels) and the washing machine makes it easy to keep everything regularly clean. There is every kitchen utensil you can imagine and each bathroom has its own hair dryer. There is plenty of storage space and although we didn't use it due to time restraints with the parks, the games room had great equipment. The villa is very clean and well kept. It is also modern and very comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and the themes of children's bedrooms are great. We travelled with 2 almost 2 year olds and the children's bedrooms are located very close to the main bedrooms so it was easy to listen out for them during the night. We contacted the management company before we travelled and were able to rent a crib from them at a reasonable price. The children loved the pool and travelling from the UK we had no idea about the Florida State Laws regarding the pools and so we were a bit concerned about the safety of it but there is a great mesh fence around the pool and an alarm on the doors leading to the area and so we had no concerns about the children at all whilst we were there. It was really easy to contact the owner and the management company both before and during our stay and they were very helpful. We will definitely stay here if we travel again as a large group and have already recommended the villa to many friends and family members. We cannot recommend this villa enough it was simply perfect and we wish it was ours so that we could stay there all the time! Thanks again to Maurice and the team for such a wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful vacation in your beautiful home! We stayed for our spring break with our family of 5 (two teenagers and a 10 year old) and two Grandmothers also. We were very happy with everything. It was very clean and we felt completely at home. We were also very impressed with how beautiful the decor was. We were close to everything from the theme parks (we went to Universal- we have done the Disney thing a few times) to shopping and prom dress shopping as well as enjoying many restaurants. We felt very safe in the gated community also. The only thing we would have liked was another lounger or two by the pool- there were three but there were 7 of us! :-) I would.definitely (and already have) recommend your home to anyone!! If we come back ,we would definitely stay here again!!' The Amaral family

We had a family of 10 with 4 of them being kids. This home was nice, clean and spacious. It had all the ammenities that our family needed. The resort was very easy to get to and was about 10-15 minutes away from the Disney parks. And also just about 5 minutes to a variety of Restaurants...Applebees, Olive Garden, Red Lobster..ect. The home was also tastefully decorated...you will not be disappointed with this home. We had a great vacation!!
