No air con should have checked but thought stranded … unsafe front glass door … blind in kitchen filthy … stated was 3rd sleep out ??… toilet doesn’t cope with that many people( new cistern)

Location opposite the park, bbqs, fishing and swimming.

Balcony had no shade from the afternoon sun. Needs a clothes rack for swimmers, etc Air-conditioning, if possible, is always a bonus. Advice of washing machine room? Dishwashing equipment More bin liners Larger TV with smart TV Carport needs to be larger. the owner is aware, as discussed.

The views was spectacular, plus being straight across the road from the park and water what a fabulous location also really close to shops and cafe's which have delicious food. Would definitely visit again
