We loved our stay at this spot in Byron. Great location close to town, beach and coffee shop. Great to have all bedrooms with private ensuite. Multiple common areas as well. Claudine was a lovely host.

Great five days with family from interstate. Great value for money, lots of space, lovely design. Not ideal for young children as many steps . Images of property did not show steep steps from entertaining to pool. Milk frother short circuited the circuit breaker. Plug socket in ground floor bedroom also loosely connected to wall- not v. Safe. Security wise, lots of codes that give you a sense of security to then realise direct access can be achieved from side road directly onto property! ??? So many codes and security doors . Great place for adults. Not young child friendly.

We loved our stay! The five bedrooms and ensuites was a game changer for our large family who were in town for a wedding. Getting ready with so many people can be challenging but we found it easy in the well designed space - every detail has been considered! The range of adults and teens enjoyed all that the house had to offer - Top Shop located so close was a bonus and we loved the lighthouse walk! Thanks for having us!

Great house for large group with everything you need. Loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Breakfast with the group on the front balcony each day was lovely, as was an afternoon siesta on a beanbag by the pool. Owners were super accommodating. We’ll be back next year!

I had my birthday weekend and this property exceeded all expectations.
Every room has an ensuite! That is music to my ears for group holidays!
So many break out areas for relaxing and chatting. We even played ping pong (badly) then had two masseuses come to the house for some seriously relaxation time.
I can’t recommend this property more highly! I want to stay again and again!

Amazing property
We had a fantastic stay here with family from Sydney. Very spacious home and love the fact each room has it's own Ensuite. The kids loved the ping pong table as well

The property was magnificent - great proportions, beautiful decks, facilities and fittings. Close to beach and town, easy access to everything. The setting was superb nestled amongst some beautiful trees that kept it very protected and private. Plenty of space for friends looking for a retreat or large family. Thanks for having us

Stylish family getaway
We all loved staying at The Kingsley. The outdoor daybeds, table tennis and ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom were a hit. It was fantastic to be able to walk to the Top Shop for breakfast and to town for dinner.

We stayed in the house with 5 couples. The house was outstanding in all ways’. Fantastic position , multiple living areas and extremely well fitted out , with all modern conveniences! We would love to stay here again. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

A place to chill
A wonderful spacious property with ensuited bedrooms and multiple areas to relax. All inclusions are top quality and sumptuous comfie beds. 8 of us and spsce to spread out and escape each other!! Top shop 1 minute away a massive bonus, staff remembered us after 2 visits!!

Perfect house for large groups
Fantastic house for large groups and great location. Great for our girls weekend just the noise factor in the neighbourhood I would be conscious of, have to keep things very quiet.

Beautiful and spacious
5 generous bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful pool and deck area. Great kitchen and lounge area. All amenities provided. Great neighbourhood too with top shop cafe just up the road serving delicious food and coffee. Definitely a 5 star experience. The only thing to be mindful of are the wooden floorboards which make the downstairs bedrooms a little noisy, and probably best to make mention of the rather intense noise restrictions on the online ad so people are aware. Didn’t impact our stay, but we were surprised when reading the welcome booklet, especially given part of the appeal of the house are the outdoor areas! Would Definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

A beautiful house perfect for groups
We loved the house - went with a group of our friends for our buddymoon. Ample amount of bathrooms, and kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pots and pans to cook at home. BBQ also came in handy! We’ll definitely be back.

Decent home - but a little overpriced
Overall it suited our family although it was a bit tired and quite a few things needed attention before we arrived.
The dishwasher was broken, the umbrella around the pool was broken, the red garbage bin was completely full on arrival (and was not emptied for the week we were there), the outdoor seating was damaged and numerous other things were either broken or missing.
It needed a good clean.
Parking was tight with only reasonable room for one car.
Other than these things we did enjoy our family holiday in Byron Bay, the restaurants were good and the home location was not too bad.
Overall - would we return? - probably not.
