Enjoyed our stay. Lots of space in the house. Had to have the hot tub maintenance person come out three times to fix the hot tub so we weren’t able to use it as much as we had hoped.

We had a great time during our stay in the St. George area last week and this location was a huge part of that. Convenient access to Ivins, Tuacahn, Snow Canyon and fast routes to downtown St. George made everything super nice. The on-site water park and pools were a huge hit with the kids of all ages. The house itself was perfect with separate king ensuites for each family and large gathering areas for getting together. We'll definitely be returning on our next trip down south.

We enjoyed staying here. The house was big enough for all our family. We do wish there would have been an extra refrigerator as there has been in similar homes we stayed at. Also the beds were not comfortable. The master bed on main floor had a huge bump in the middle and felt like the sides of the bed were broken down. We had a couple of issues that maintenance took care of for us. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids.

A much larger garbage container would also be good so you don't have to empty it so often in the kitchen. The upstairs was much cooler than downstairs which was difficult to keep cool enough. We had a wonderful time at this property for our family vacation. With a large family with all adult children and families, we need a home that can provide the room to spread out and privacy. This home did all that and more. We loved this floor plan that allowed together time on main level with plenty of space and in the sleeping areas upstairs. We loved having the pool and hot tub to swim at the house and play anytimez the pool was just the right size for all ages to have fun. The swim park was a two min walk across the street and a lot of fun for all ages. This property made a fun vacation great! We will be staying here again!

We were surprised to show up and see a pool at the property- the listing didn’t show or list one. Which was awesome!! It was huge and very clean. The WiFi only worked sometimes, and the outdoor patio lights keep tripping the electrical breaker. Other than that, it was perfect. Crockpot and dishes for our large meals!!

Nice place - everything we needed.

We enjoyed the property and our stay. The only comments we have are that the cleaning was somewhat lacking. We noticed immediately when we arrived that the carpet in the living room and stairs hadn't been fully vacuumed before we arrived and it also seems like it has been a while since the carpet has been professional cleaned. There were stains everywhere. The bathroom showers also needed some work. Our shower had pink spots in several places. Finally we were disappointed that the remotes were scattered or missing making it hard or impossible to use some of the TVs.

This house was so comfortable for our family. We had enough room for everyone to have their own room and their own bathroom. The kids LOVED the pools. I think they would have preferred to just swim there the entire vacation.

This home fit our family needs perfectly. Enough bedrooms for every couple. It was a great get away for a family vacation. Lots of time spent in the pools!

We contacted the management office and they were responsive to some of the bedding that needed to be replaced to make our stay enjoyable. Upon arrival we noticed that the floors were not cleaned and we purchased items to clean the floor so we could be comfortable in the home. We loved the home. It was spacious with plenty of bathrooms for the needs of our family.

This getaway rental was a perfect setup for our family! Each couple got their own room with their own bed and the kids sacked out in the kid's room with the bunks and the second family room upstairs. The outdoor space was perfect for our gatherings too. Having 1/2 baths available on both floors was super helpful. The giant dining table and outdoor space was perfect for our meals and crafts. We appreciated that pool towels were supplied and the walls surprisingly filtered out sound really well! Easy walking distance to both pools and even 2 beach cruiser bikes were available for us to use and it was so fun to cruise around on the bike/running paths nearby. 4/5 stars only because we found that it was not stocked with things that we assumed would be: pepper and other spices (there was Himalayan salt and a few random spices), a fly swatter, garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper (a limited supply of these was available and we ran out quick with our large group. We had to go buy more to get us through the weekend). The trash can was small, so we had to take out the trash several times daily. Lastly, it would have made a big difference to have had another fridge. With groups as large as the home can accommodate, the fridge was not large enough to hold all the food we needed for the weekend. Additionally, the ice container was tiny and could not keep up with our hydration needs. We had to buy bags of ice several times. Bottom line, this home was incredible and afforded us the opportunity to have our favorite family reunion yet! Thank you Red Sands Vacations!!!

This was definitely one of our favorite houses to stay in at Paradise Village. The home is beautifully decorated, clean, and has so many fun amenities! There was plenty of room for our four families.

House was perfectly located between the two pools. The furnishings and layout of the house were perfect. Check in and out was easy and was a great experience.

This was our family's second condo and it too was fantastic. Well stocked and clean and lovely. This was the larger condo and it was the 'planning and eating spot.' Many happy times, playing games, singing, and laughing. Again the most impressive part of this 'village' was the helpful, kind, and responsive staff. Having dealt with other places for large family trips, this staff was outstanding with their communication and follow through. Thanks to all

Easter in southern Utah is our family tradition, this was extra fun because we were able to all stay at the same place!!

Overall it was a great rental. The beds were super comfortable. All the bathrooms were a plus. The hot tub and patio were great. My only negative comment is that the sofa couch on the main floor needed to go to the garbage. It was trashed. The cushion zippers were broken and held together with safety pins which one came undone and stuck my daughter in law. Sitting on it was super uncomfortable. Your bottom went into a hole. The cushions were lumpy. The couch upstairs should be brought down to main floor. Also the carpet was pretty stained and dirty. But overall it was a great property. We would rent it again.

This home felt very spacious with high ceilings, open space, and 7 private bedrooms; most with private bathrooms (which was greatly appreciated by all)! The kitchen and bathrooms seemed very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook. The carpets and air vents were very dirty. Just know that while this is a great house for a large group and seems new upon first looking, it has been well used. The furniture and carpets definitely show the use the house has had. It feels like a nice house that just needs a good spring cleaning. We really loved the beds, however. They were nice and soft (too soft for a couple family members). We had a few small issues, most that were resolved from the office. And the couple issues that weren't fixed were made aware and the office said they would fix those things for future guests. Just note there is the bedroom right above the master suite that has quite a loud creak that would be difficult to fix. I figured to walk along the edges of the room to avoid waking my parents downstairs. Overall, we enjoyed this property and the kids LOVED the swimming pools.

So we liked the house. Hey he only things we really thought needed attention to was the carpets need a good cleaning and the floors throughout the entryway and kitchen are filthy. The windows and window seals are a little gross too. The sliding Glass back door Bottom rails are also filthy. One bedroom had a broken ceiling fan and one bedroom did not have a working TV. The bathroom towels were a little crunchy. Maybe need new ones or a different detergent. But other then those few things it was great. It just needs a deep cleaning once in a while.

Terrific home. Great location. XBoxes kept the kids happy! Comfortable beds. Great furnishings.

We had a wonderful time at paradise Village. The unit is really large with nice king size beds in six of the rooms. The location is great with both the water park, pickle ball courts and pool surrounding it!! The house was well equipped. The only negative thing was that it wasn’t very clean when we arrived, i.e. crumbs and particles on the carpet that indicated it hadn’t been carefully vacuumed, as well as several big stains on the carpet! The curtains were also bunched and messy looking! With the worries of Covid, it was somewhat concerning to walk into. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this place!

Very clean and the property was great for a larger group. This property exceeded expectations.

The unit was really clean with a well stocked kitchen and great outdoor space. However, it did seem the owners were more concerned with their inventory than the experience for their guests. Only 2 towels were provided in each bathroom for the week. No garage door opener or garage key code was provided despite asking multiple times. The cleaner stick ran out in the hot tub, the batteries ran out in Xbox remotes and the counter spray provided was near empty upon arrival. There were not clear instructions on where to find the key for the fire table and the outside hanging lights were not working when we arrived. The multiple tacky signs posted everywhere about makeup on the towels was so unprofessional. And the WiFi was pretty crummy. A little more attention to detail on the owners part would have been helpful.
