We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home and wish we would have stayed a little longer. Very quiet neighborhood so much to do and the kids LOVED it!! RED SAND STAFF very accommodating and so kind. I will be recommending family and friends.

The house was nice and as expected. The property grounds had bottles and trash scattered about. Water bottle was left inside the house upon our arrival. The garage door did not work. We communicated this to the management company and they were very responsive and apologetic but the issue was never resolved. They supposedly sent someone to fix it but it never worked during our stay. We were unable to use the garage during our stay. I still give it a 4 star review as everything else was very nice and enjoyable. I would recommend staying here.

Our overall stay was a fun experience. There were a few odds and ends that were a bit disappointing. The sink is the hall bathroom didn’t work and one of the burners in the stove didn’t work as well. Also, the area by the pool could have been kept up better. There weeds all over the back patio and the shrubs by the pool weren’t trimmed back. There were also loose tiles along the side of the pool that would move when you stepped on them. The pool was great and the hot tub was nice (not all the keys were working). The game room was our favorite room of the whole house. Great experience, would stay again.

The house itself was very nice and clean. A very nice place to stay but the amenities mentioned weren’t there or they didn’t work. While these are small things they’re still things we were planning on being available that weren’t. There weren’t any kitchen or food basics available like basic condiments such as ketchup, mustard, or mayo. It was said that there are pool toys, floaties, volleyball and a volleyball net available. There were pool floaties but all but one of them had holes in them so they weren’t usuable. We ended up having to buy some to use. There wasn’t a volleyball or volleyball net so that wasn’t something we were able to do that we were planning on doing. The splash pad also didn’t work even when we did all the things we were supposed to do to make it work. In the game room while there is 2 Xbox’s and 2 tv’s there’s only one Xbox account so if you wanted to play side by side with your friends you’re unable to because of there only being one account. Like I said while these are small issues they are still things that affected us negatively and cost us more money than we were planning on because we had to either supply or replace things. If you’re wanting to stay somewhere that is very nice and clean then this is the place. But if you’re wanting to stay somewhere that is nice, clean, and has all the things mentioned in the listing available this is unfortunately not the place to stay.

Fun house. Clean and had what we needed. Pool was nicely heated and hot tub was nice. Direction in the listing were incorrect. Had a great time! Would recommend. Game room and pool were a hit!

Wonderful well maintained home very near Sand Hollow State Park. The backyard, with its pool, hot tub, fire pit, play area and BBQ area is a destination in itself. The large garage and wide driveway accommodated two trucks and trailers as well as two Siide By Side ATVs. Beds were comfortable will plenty of pillows and linens. The kitchen is well equipped and very pleasant in which to cook. The laundry room was a nice surprise. You never think you need a laundry until you find out that you didn't pack enough of one item!

My family enjoyed our stay. The house had majority of what we need. The pool and spa felt amazing. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and located right by sand hollow park. We will definitely be returning. Host was very responsive to any questions we had!

The house was really nice. The backyard was messy and needed pruning but it was still a great place to stay. The management company was great. We had to contact them a couple of times and they were quick to respond and deal with the issues. The instructions on how to use the pool, hot tub and splash pad were not accurate as it stated there was a control panel directly outside the back door which did not exist, but we were able to figure it all out and it was not a huge issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Group of 8 adults stayed so the husbands could go wheeling. Quiet neighborhood with fabulous neighbors. Clean house. Great property management stayed in touch. Will be back!

We loved staying at the house because of the pool! There was an issue with the pool cover. We tried communicating multiple times with property managers to try and get it resolved. It took most of the first day and we were sad to miss out on the pool. We also did not receive the welcome instructions that could have helped with a lot of details. They description of where everything was located outside was confusing. Eventually, the pool guy came and was very helpful!! I just think the instructions could have been a lot more clear.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Once we got the pool and spa instruction clarification we really enjoyed the pool, spa and splash pad. The location was great and it was located in a nice neighborhood. We would stay here again. The staff was quick to get back to us when we messaged them.

The house was great and we had a blast staying there. Kids had so much fun in the pool. Very clean.

House is beautiful! Nothing to complain about. The pool was awesome. We didn’t hav little ones to use the splash pad but it looks like a great option for little ones. The only issue we had was knowing how to open the pool. The staff was very responsive and once we got that figured out we had the best weekend!

Wasn’t clean at all in the back yard. Unfortunately for us that’s all we were looking forward to! Such a bummer. For the price this was super disappointing. The exterior was not cleaned/maintained before or stay or during. No one came to maintain the pool the whole 4 days we were there. Never had that happen before staying In hurricane. We were so disappointed with it honestly

We stayed there for 4 nights and had an absolute blast! It’s in a quiet community on the northern side of Sand Hollow, within 15 minutes of quite a few amazing golf courses, close (but not too close) to amenities, and a stones throw from St George. The house itself was in great condition. They had everything there that you would need for an extended stay. The beds were all cozy, the furniture was nice, TVs (one in each room!) all worked fine. The rental group was highly responsive to the couple of things we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would have honestly given this place a 5* rating if not for just a couple of honestly minor things and inconveniences. First off, the backyard was a bit overgrown. There is a lot of vegetation, which is great in most cases, but it felt like a lot of the vegetation was overgrown, even growing into the pool. Second, I’m not sure if there was a big gap between us and the last people that stayed there, but there was also some bird mess on most of the furniture that we had to clean off before using it. Third, there wasn’t really any great instructions on how to use anything. We had to get instructions texted to us by the rental group in order to use things like the fire pit, swimming pool, and splash pad. Once we got those instructions however, it was smooth sailing and a really great time! I would absolutely recommend this place, and we look forward to staying there again in the near future!

Our party of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood with Walmart just 5 minutes away. We appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked and we took full advantage of the private pool and hot tub. The management company was extremely easy to work with before and during our stay. We had a question at check-in and they responded within minutes.

We always enjoy Reds properties. Anytime we have an issue they are quick to respond.

We have been looking for a place in hurricane to take our kids and have a pool staycation, and this place totally hit the mark! The pool and splash pad were a total hit! Clean, comfortable, and fun! We will definitely be staying here for years to come!

We came out to Utah to visit the national parks. This property was the perfect location! We spent the day at the parks and then headed back to relax and unwind in the pool! Great property for families with big or small kids. My only criticism is that it was hard to manage the water temp in the bathrooms and kitchen. It was either boiling hot or Luke warm at best. Love a hot shower, but wow! And no hot water to wash dishes was not optimal for this mom! Otherwise it was wonderful! The property manager was great! Communication was top notch, making sure we had all we needed! 10 stars!!

Hurricane calls itself the gateway to the parks and it really is. We took in the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce while staying here. There is tons of great cycling in and around town and UTV rides in Sand Mountain are INCREDIBLE. Oh and the house…. So much binging Netflix while sitting on n the couch, by the pool, or in the pool. The splash pad is a huge hit with the kids, the neighborhood is awesome, the property managers are helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Look just spend the money, it is worth it!

Great customer service. They answered all my questions and it was easy and to co tact for help. This was my first house rental so I was u sure if some things and they were very nice and helpful.

We had a great time at this property. It was clean, well kept, and exactly as it was described/pictured. We have told all our friends about our stay and plan to try and come back soon for another mini-vacay! It was so close to Sand Hollow making for easy day trips to the water.

This is a lovely property with an amazing pool and splash pad setup. Red Sands does a good job managing the property, with very clear instructions on check-in, operating the equipment, etc. The neighborhood is kind of out-of-the-way, to the point that it takes 15 minutes to drive pretty much anywhere. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing if you're looking for a quiet vacation. Overall, we loved it.
