Great!!

The place was good overall. The linens we garbage and pillows were so cheap. I went and bought my own pillow, so it didn't hurt my neck. The first night was rough. The sheets and pillow cases seem really worn and didn't stay on the mattress very well. The hot tub looked like it was leaking and had to refill it after only being there a couple days. The curtain rod in one of the bedrooms kept falling down over and over. It was clean and didn't seem too dated. I would consider staying again, but the bedding need overhauled before I would consider.

Our family of 16 had a great time! Everyone had their own bathroom in each of the bedroom and the kids absolutely loved being at kids cove. The location was close to the water park and the place was clean (except for the floor which made our feet black on the bottom) and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the PlayStations and the bunk room. We would book this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay in your home and we hope to return again. Few of the bed sheet covers were bit dirty and had other hair in it, but we didn’t mind that too much as we just removed it from the bed and the kitchen floor has few of the common bug’s laying, this would jut a feedback to your cleaning company. Overall extremely happy with the communication I have received and by far the best place in the Paradise Village we stayed so far. Thank you for your hospitality.

Enjoyed our stay. Property was accurately portrayed, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of pool towels (does not always happen). House was clean and well furnished. Property manager was fantastic. Really on the ball. Provided information well in advance and had great follow through and communication.

Property was very responsive to questions, and communicated well. Check in and out was clear and easy. Everything was clean and came as advertised. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Beautifully kept and fully stocked house on a culdesac. Every room has an en-suite which makes group trips a breeze! The pool is a rocks throw away and if you're feeling lazy the hot tub it right outside the patio and has a gorgeous view of the mountains. Lots of towels, tons of appliances! We're already planning our next trip back!

We came with 3 other families for Christmas. We loved the number of bedrooms and that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was lots of space to spread out and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The pool was close and convenient but having a hot tub on the back patio was even better! The house could use a good deep clean of the carpets and comforters but overall it was clean and acceptable. Will stay here again!

We had two families with a total of 6 kids ranging from 7 to teenagers and everyone had a wonderful time. The pool area is amazing - the house itself is in great shape and looks hardly used. Very clean, excellent communication with Red Sands. We also benefited from the location which was a 2 min drive to the best grocery store I've ever seen (you laugh now and you will understand later) as well as only being 5 mins away from the amphitheater. The lakes and Zion were easy drives away. We will be back!

Rented through RedSands last year and rebooked with them this year. They're quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. Nice properties and a great staff.

Unit needs lots of attention. Stay was unenjoyable because of it.

The pools were clean and fun. Our family had a wonderful time. The staff at redsands was ver y helpful answering questions and when our sink was leaking, they sent someone right over to check out the situation and make it right. The home was very nice and clean. The blinds were a bit dusty and a few stains on the carpet but everything else was clean and nice. I would definitely stay there again.

We were blown away by the house and proximity to the water park. The house included all the necessities (cookware, extra linens, etc) that made it very comfortable. Communication was great about all questions/concerns. Smart tablet in the kitchen highlighting local entertainment and instructions on operating various amenities was great. We will certainly return for future stays.

Great spot for multiple families to drop for a while. Right next door to an amazing waterpark and lazy river that is part of the neighborhood and community. 5 big bedrooms all with own bath. Great back deck with dining and upper deck with amazing views. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

Everything was great! The dishwasher didn't work for a few days, but a repairman got a part replaced and we were back in business again. This is our second time to book this property as it works out great for our family of 13. We will probably stay again sometime!

Property is nice and well appointed for a larger group. 4 standard bedrooms with bathrooms in each and a bunk room for kids. The finishes are up to date and the hot tub and grill are a nice perk. The property is within walking distance of a nice pool area and a short drive to a pool park with slides and a lazy river. Its a bit of a drive to town but there's no traffic and there is a fantastic grocery store just down the block. The only disappointment we had was that several of the appliances were not in fully functioning condition. The oven did not keep temp and would cause frustration as things were not cooking well. The microwave above the stove did not work without some manipulation but they did provide a small backup microwave that suited our needs. Also, the dishwasher would randomly shut off shortly after starting or sound a notification ongoing at 4 am each morning to no reason. The rental agency said they were working on fixing these things so they are at least aware but it would be good if they could complete the repairs before renting out again. Overall a great trip where many family memories were made.

We loved our stay at Paradise Village 117. It was clean and comfortable. Both the waterpark area and the other pools were very close and easy to access. Loved the hot tub and outdoor dining. The kids loved the bunkbeds and all of the rooms were comfortable.

Enjoyed house and all the amenities. Would definitely do it again. Thank you!

Property is at the end of a culdesac which gave us a bit more parking and less through traffic. Our family had so much fun! Close to the kids pool where we spent hours soaking in the sun. Planning to stay again.

We stayed 4 nights with our 4 children, their spouses & 6 grandchildren. We all hiked, biked & toured Zion & Bryce Canyons then came back and enjoyed the lazy River & water playground. The grandchildren especially loved this! The hot tub and top floor atmosphere at night were high lights too of this home for us all. Thank you for making our families’ Utah vacation trip so easy.

Great space for family. Only recommend a food pantry because most of the space on the kitchen counters was occupied with food. Also the placement of decorations could be more kid friendly.

We loved staying in this home. It was very beautiful and spacious enough for 18 of us. The only problem that we had was trying to get the fire pit lit because you had to use a lighter and that wasn’t on the instructions. Every time I had a question or a concern or if something happened they were able to get back to me in really good time which I really appreciated. It was a very fun place to stay and we are planning on staying there again next year.

Had a great stay with family and friends! This home is immaculate! So much space, TV in every room along with 2 gaming systems! Ping pong table in the garage! And hot tub out back! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

The house was really perfect for our needs! I was impressed with the quality of the appliances as everything was top of the line, instead of the typical mostly worn out appliances we have run into in the past. The bunk room was really great since all my single kids are adults that need a bigger bed than a twin size, so the 4 double beds in there worked great for us. The hot tub was already hot and ready to go, which was nice. The fire pit on the upper level was a fun hang out area. There were tons of nice plates, cups and silverware. We had 12 people for a few of the days and due to all the COVID restrictions at restaurants we cooked a lot at the house and found everything we needed. My daughter really wished there was a high chair or booster seat for her toddler, but that is the only recommendation I can think of. We will be back I'm sure!

This place was fantastic! It was so easy to check in, super clean and close access to everything like grocery stores, gasoline stations, and many outdoor activities like hikes and biking. The pool and the lazy river were clean and warm and the view from the rooftop seating area was incredible. I will be booking again and can't wait to go back.
