Very nice, plenty of space, nice amenities. It was nice having a pool close by.

We were impressed upon arrival of the property. During our stay we realized the the home was surface clean, but lots of spots have been overlooked. The bathroom mats were not clean, the walls were filthy, some of the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned, the showers had lots of soap scum. We found food under the ottoman and couches on the first level, fingernails under other couches upstairs. We weren’t left enough kitchen garbage bags so had to make do with grocery sacks we had. The kitchen was stocked with lots of appliances in varying conditions. Some usable, some just barely. The kitchen drawers and cabinets hadn’t been wiped or vacuumed out in quite some time. The bedding was interspersed throughout the house randomly and not labeled. The grill hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time and we had to put out a grease fire just after lighting it. The proximity to the pool is awesome but at night, no one enforces the pool closure at 11:00 pm so kids were screaming and playing well after midnight and we could hear it quite well. We loved how large the house was and comfortably fit 2 families of 6. The tvs in the home worked great and we enjoyed that they were already signed into some streaming services. Overall we loved our vacation here but were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home.

The house was good. Air beds have leaks and went flat during the night. There weren’t and extra sheets or bedding for the pull outs or air beds.

Had a great time. The place was clean and check in was easy. Will stay here again when we come back to St. George. Thanks

The house was as described, clean and spacious. The rooms were comfortable and the foosball and ping pong tables were fun and there was easy access to the pools. The only downsides to this house were that the wifi was extremely slow and cell service wasn't good, so using the internet was a bit cumbersome. Also, the air intake vent in the entryway, near the master bedroom and living room, is extremely loud, so it was disturbing to sleep in the downstairs bedroom and watch TV downstairs, but upstairs was quiet. Red Sands was great to work with, communicated information well and I'd rent with them again.

The dryer door won't close so you can't dry clothes. The kitchen floor was filthy when we got there. It was probably swept, not mopped. The house was dusty- nightstands, counters, end tables,etc. Dead cockroaches in various places in the house. The refrigerator is missing a big shelf and shelves in the door. Makes it very hard to use. The kitchen pots and pans are terrible. Old and broken. The floorboards are all dirty. The walls of the house are dirty. No Nintendo switch even though it is listed as there. The shower on the main floor leaks. The showers weren't clean. Mold,etc. The drawers in the kitchen aren't clean- crumbs etc. The house needs a very deep cleaning! Kitchen supplies need updated! No pizza cutter! The pools were not kept up- very murky and dirty. We were very disappointed!

Air conditioner was very loud! Couldn't talk and hear each other when air is on! Weight room equipment is all broken down! Pool area all very dirty! House not clean. Dryer broken. Refrigerator shelves gone. Paradise Village is very run down this year!☹️

House was very well stocked! Appreciated all the amenities! Great pools!!

The house was excellent. Love the location. I love the pools and the kids have so much fun.

This place was a few steps away from their center pool which was very convenient to see how crowded it was and pop over whenever we desired. The place had a few minor issues and was a little dirty (especially in the less seen places like under the bed, behind couches, etc) but it's rare that I stay in a rental that lives up to my home cleanliness standards haha. Management was very responsive to communication. The AC struggles to reach most bedrooms and was very loud but it was high 90s outside so not terribly surprised. Overall it was a great price and a fun stay. We would definitely go again.

We loved every minute there. Paradise Village has become our favorite vacation place of the year. Our family wants to go back next year if we can afford it. Home # 32 is our favorite !!!!!!!!

Just took my wife and the families of my two daughters for a short get away. Kids had a ball at the pool and just watching movies on the couch. Did several hikes around the area and went for a bike ride. The home is perfect for a group our size and the landlord was very easy to work with. No complaints.

the bunk bed room upstairs had/has a hard time cooling down, other than that it was a very nice house to stay in. thank you!

We loved the pools in the neighborhood, and this house was a great place for three couples and our small kids. My only complaint was the house was not very clean. There were crumbs and spills all over the kitchen, urine still on the toilet, and our feet would grow black the longer we walked on the carpet. It’s due for a serious deep clean. We notified the property manager and they offered to have it cleaned while we were there or refund our cleaning fee, which we appreciated.

A great house! Clean, close to both pools, AND the property manager was great to work with. My boys said it was the best St George trip yet! Definitely will stay here again.

One of the best weekends spent together as a family. We all hated to leave and wanted to stay longer. Very clean and updated. We loved it!

We had a great stay at this house! There is so much fun space to be together. We cooked all our meals, and found the kitchen well stocked, and lots of room to cook and eat. Plenty of linens, and pool towels for our needs.

We had a great time. The pool was so close and we loved the abundance of bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen, which makes everything easier!

Easy to go online and find a house to rent was easy. Office help was very efficient when we called them. Our adult married children and our grandchildren had do much fun swimming in both pool and slide areas. Close to mountain biking , biking, and hiking. Bedrooms were awesome each with a bathroom. Would go back again every year.

Very nice, lots of room and amenities for all. Kids loved the water park and the pools! Great time for all at a reasonable price.

Super house, super development, great location!

Check-in was smooth, everything was ready to go. It was clean, stocked, and ready for us to have a wonderful weekend. Definitely would stay again.

We rented two of your homes and had a wonderful family reunion, we will definitely come back and tell people to stay there instead of a hotel .

The overall home is just fine. The picky problems are related to a few annoying things. One is we were told there are no pool towels, so we brought bulky towels and when we got to the home, we found there were plenty of pool towels. The next annoying thing is the return air vent for the main floor furnace. It is incredibly loud, and right next to the family room, so it is so bothersome. The other "picky" thing is the cheap appliances. For a nice home, these appliances are just too cheap. Loud dishwasher with door that hangs low, Dryer door doesn't shut all the way. Freezer produces ice very slowly, so we were always running out. Sorry to complain so much, but it affected the stay. All in all, the location and home is great. The new pool is a blast for little kids. Memorial day weekend was super busy, but this shoud be expected.

Clean, great floor plan with lots of fun things to do. This neighborhood has a resort feel to it.
