Loved it. We were here for a wedding and the condo was everything we could have hoped for. There were so many little touches that made us feel so ncluded. The management team was wonderful. If you get a chance to stay you will enjoy it!

We loved this property for graduation weekend. It was so peaceful, clean, and full of useful things. The use of the grill was great and pretty easy access to the beach was ideal.

We had the best time staying here. The house has absolutely everything you might need, its comfy and beautiful! We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the short walk to the beach. The area is just beautiful and its so easy to get to and from wherever you'd like to visit. We had one question for the owners and they were so quick to respond. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering staying in the Charleston/IOP areas.

Couldn’t have been better. Proximity to the beach was amazing and the unit is stocked with everything you need for an easy outing to the beach. Great layout for a family and the kitchen is well stocked.

Well appointed, spotless, comfortable, great, safe neighborhood. We had stayed in Fairway Dunes on previous occasions. Fabulous area.

We had a nice get together with family at this condo located in beautiful Wild Dunes. Unit located on quiet street close to community pool and short walk to the beach access. Unit was very clean but wall to wall carpet and door mats need replacing….and look very tired. Property manager Robert made communication very easy and always responded very quickly when I had questions.

My friends and I loved staying at the Boston Sea Party condo. It had everything we needed for a great weekend. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable, the hosts had thought of everything - leaving little notes about anything that might be tricky such as how to work the TV in each room. Great location super close to the beach. Would love to come back again!

We were unable to access the garage to use the grill, and the beach chairs could use replacing, but overall it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Group of 6 stayed here for a week to celebrate our wedding. It was a perfect week. The place was so spacious and clean. Great location. A little bit of a walk to the beach, but the beach gear provided and our own golf cart rental made it so easy. Communication was excellent. Could not have asked for a better week or stay. My family and I enjoyed our time at this property. We had plenty of room and especially loved the living space and screened in porch. My 2 year old love the pool which was very close and we appreciated the wagon for the walk to the beach with toddler and supplies. Property manager responsive and owners left easy to read instructions for how to access everything we need. Would stay again.

The condo was perfect. Roomy enough for our adult sons to have their own rooms and bathrooms. We had friends over and enjoyed meals on the screened in porch and dining room table. Great location and we could walk to the beach. We were there on Fourth of July and even though IOP’s fireworks were four miles away, we could see them from the beach closest to our condo. We could also see Sullivan’s Island’s fireworks and Folly Beach’s show too. Check in and check out was easy, the place was well stocked and we had such a good time that we are not holding it against them that the owners are Red Sox fans. Robert the property manager was very responsive, which made everything easy. There’s even a trash can fairy that sneaks over to bring our cans to the curb on garbage days. Highly recommend this rental.

We have been coming to Fairway Dunes my entire life and this was definitely one of my favorite units we've stayed in. The kitchen was open and updated and both bedrooms upstairs had king beds which was a huge bonus. Also loved having access to the extra fridge in the garage. Will definitely try to book again next year

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The townhouse even had little extras which made our stay better such as laundry baskets to carry clean laundry to the bedrooms. Also had lots of cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. The walk to the beach is about 2 blocks. The pool is just a couple hundred feet from the townhouse. Robert was the best host. He was extremely responsive. We can't wait to stay here again!

It was a great property with lots of conviences to amenities on the property.

The house and location were just what we wanted. There was a problem with checking in at the entry gate with the QR code. After that was rectified, the rest of the trip was fantastic!
