Air-conditionning, location and the pretty adorable dogs and cats in the countyard

1. The things started wrong even from the beginning while we were informed that we will find the apartments clean and ready with their keys at their doors. Instead of that, only the one apartment was ready and the other one was in a pretty messy condition, the cleaning lady was still there and she needed more than an hour to clean the room, we couldn't use the bathroom since it was still very dirty and we coudn't even change clothes to go to the beach. Since it was very awkward staying with her for more than an hour, we left our staff and we went back to the car as long as she was still there. 2. When we came back, we realised that the 4 adults apartment (we were 7 people and the reservation we made was for a 4 adults room and for a 3 adults room) couldn't actually host 4 adults, since the 2 additional beds weren't actually beds but 2 small cots in a very bad condition. Then we called the host to ask for an additional room or for an additional normal double bed, but she couldn't do anything of that and instead she brought to the room an airbed as a solution. - (Finally our 2 friends found another property and they never stayed with us) 3. The door lock wasn't working properly. During the first night we spend more than 45' trying to get into the apartment. While you were inside the apartment the door knob used to fall down to the floor - it was pretty destroyed - and the outside part of the door lock worked only if you were lucky enough. 4. They claim offering free wifi and free parking. They offer none of them. - The property does not have wifi AT ALL. No internet. It's not that it's not working properly. They don't offer wifi AT ALL. - There is space inside the accommodation to offer free parking but instead of that they sent us to a public parking 5'away Overall, our experience was messy.

The property was clean, not too far from the city centre, friendly dogs around so you could play with them.

There was no internet in the room although it was written so when I booked it. We had to go in the other side of the building (in front of tenant’s house) to be able to connect. The first two days also the water to shower was cold. We didn’t mention anything. However, as of the third day it started being hot and we didn’t have a problem.

Room was budget and basic but had everything I needed including air conditioning, a hair dryer and shower condiments. Close to Skiathos town, bus stop and supermarket.

I was woke up very early most morning by a cockerel, not the hotel's fault really. Hotel has a lovely dog but can be a bit noisy at times.
