This lovely house is perfect for a family or group. It is spread out over multiple floors, so there is plenty of space and privacy. It is very clean and nicely decorated. It is delightful to watch the sun set over the ocean from the porch. The kitchen is well stocked. The twin bedroom is more suitable for children than adults.

This home was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The view of the sea and Lions Head from the balcony was peaceful and the perfect back drop for our relaxing evenings with cheese and wine and our mornings with coffee. Everything was comfortable, and Joey and Nick took good care of us right from the start. The location is awesome for exploring Cape Town, climbing Lions Head, with great restaurants nearby... We understand why Camps Bay beaches are world renowned! They are magnificent and an easy walk from the house. We loved this home! Thank you Michael and Xavier for sharing with us!

10 of us stayed at this property for 4 days in July. We were 7 adults and 3 children. The location is great, views from the house are stunning, the house/kitchen is very well stocked and there was plenty of room (esp plenty of bathrooms!) for everyone. Driving anywhere to Cape Town was easy and there are many shops and restaurants close by. Joey was very responsive to any questions and requests. Overall, we had a great experience but we were rained in all 4 days with gusting winds and constant downpours. We had to cancel many of our planned outdoor activities. Yay for cape town and ☹ for us. A couple of things I do want to point out : 1. The house does not have central heating. There are space heaters in every room and the comforters are very warm but we were all a bit chilly especially since we spent way more time indoors than we anticipated. When we asked for more heaters, Joey brought them the very next morning but small heaters can only do so much in a big room. Just something to keep in mind for winter travelers. 2. The driveway is short but fairly steep and narrow. After the first time and a gentle ‘thud’ going up, we made a habit of getting all the passengers out of the car before going up the slope. No problems after that.

We spent a great week in this house. Even if we were 10, thanks to the 5 rooms and the 2 sitting rooms, everyone could have their privacy. The location is great. At 200 meters, there is the delicious Hussar Grill restaurant and a supermarket which sells very good bread. Zimasa came to work in the house every morning. She is a great person. Thank you also to Joey and Nick who have been very efficient !
