kitchen faucet not working properly, rotting, wet, moldy wall, gutter missing, dusty wall decor, rusty shower curtain rod, rusty refrigerator racks, kitchen lights did not work, faulty light. switch

Location was fantastic, very close to the beach. Place was cute and comfortable. Lot’s of room for my family of 3. It was nice to have our own space vs. just a hotel room.

We had a 4 pm check-in. We arrived at 5 and the house had not been cleaned. I was on hold with Vacasa for an hour and a half and no one picked up. The house cleaner showed up and was very apologetic, she thought she had until 11pm so clearly our check in was not communicated. She put us in touch with the manager who simply said she’d refund the cleaning deposit. Additionally the WiFi info communicated was wrong and we had to relight the pilot for the fireplace. Checkout was 10am which is ridiculous. The manager should have offered 11 since they delayed our check-in an hour.
