Great place to stay near the beach. Very clean and spacious. Wonderful for families.

The home was roomy at cozy. We felt at home immediately. 5-10 minute walk to a quiet, beautiful public beach (bring beach toys if you have kids). Kitchen is very well equipped.

A beautiful cottage home in a great location. Girls weekend for mom's birthday. Would love to come back when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the outdoor fire pit and screened in porch. The only "cons" I have is that we had a fire in the fireplace but there were no tools to stoke the fire or clean out the ashes. The other con is the beach was more than 2 blocks away. Mom couldn't walk there and there is no public parking at the public access closest to the home. Overall, a wonderful weekend!

Loved everything about this house! Clean, well stocked and spacious (much larger than it appears in the photos). Short walk to the beach (beautiful beach), a darling market (Union Pier Market) and a delicious restaurant (Red Arrow Roadhouse). We loved the screened porch and the firepit! My parents joined us (both in their 80s) and the house was easy for them to maneuver, We would definitely stay here again!

We spent a great week at this house! The location was amazing, and we walked to the beach every day. We had the best time. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We would definitely recommend anyone wanting to get away to the beach for a week!

The house had everything we needed and was very conveniently located, a 10 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of hiking nearby and some pretty towns too.

We were very pleased and impressed with this property, from the decor to the upgrades. It's very simple, yet modern. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great location, just a short walk to the beach. We will be back again next year!

Absolutely perfect! Comfortable, homey, clean, and just right for our reunion of high school friends. Plenty of room and great location. Decor is gorgeous. Loved the walks on the beach, deer outside our window, the peace and quiet, the beautiful trees sheltering the home, etc. Everything A+! Thank you!

Couldn't ask for a more comfortable and inviting home. Offers all the amenities you need and very clean. Loved the area and enjoyed drinking our coffee on the porch and watching the deer! Would definitely come back.

My husband, son and I enjoyed five amazing days at this rental property. It was light, bright, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Proxemity to the beach is great. Just a few short blocks away, or about a 7 minute walk. If you have a little one, as we do, think about bringing a wagon to carry all your stuff. There's a sandy downhill slope to get to the lake, so you won't be able to lug your stroller down there. Not a big deal at all, but something to keep in mind. This property is across Red Arrow Highway which the commuter train runs along, so if you are a light sleeper, note that you'll likely hear the train whistle once or twice while you're there. There are PLENTY of towels for your stay (both bath and beach), which is nice. The screened porch is amazing for relaxing, with overhead fans and a nice cross breeze as it has screens on three sides. My husband and I spent quite a bit of time out there once we put our little one to bed. The neighborhood is ideal. Beautiful area to walk around in, grab a coffee or lunch from Whistle Stop, and just be away from it all. Our host was so lovely, too! Highly recommend staying here (and would do it year-round!).

A perfect home away from home in Union Pier. Close to everything. Well appointed with a calming beach decor. The host made sure our group had everything we needed for a stress free get away. The home was clean and comfortable. Furnishings brand new. Will stay here again.

Couldn’t be happier with our long weekend stay here. The house looks brand new and decorated with a warm beachy feel. It was also very clean. It’s also close by to the beach, casino and downtown area which are all a plus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we will be staying here again in the near future.

This house is super cute and comfortable. The perfect place to get away and relax. Bright and airy with beachy furnishings... I loved it. Kitchen has everything you need and is perfect size for gathering. While the house isn't over-size, it was more than enough for 10 of us to hang out comfortably. Great location - close to New Buffalo, beach, wineries with easy access to highway while still secluded for privacy. We walked to local joint next to a deli-style grocer. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

We stayed at Just Beachy for a girl's trip and it was just what we needed!! The fall colors were gorgeous and you have a great mix of nature, trees and privacy yet close proximetry to the Lake and things to do. We kept ourselves busy with a wine tour and shopping as well as a trip to the casino. At the end of the day it was a pleasure to come back to such a well appointed cottage oasis. I enjoyed the large soaking tub as well as the cozy fireplace. We sat on the enclosed back porch for morning coffee while watching deer in the backyard. It was a true getaway and we are already planning a return trip.

Cottage was comfortable & clean with superb amenities. Comfortable living area & bedrooms. Bathrooms are great , one with a big tub for a soak after beach days! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed if you choose to cook instead of going out. If you do want to go out for meals, restaurants & pubs are only a few minutes drive away! Beautiful beach is is a quick walk-load up your wagon and go! Definitely will stay again!
