The swimming pool is really nice and breakfast is good. Please take good care of the nature around the complex.

The food in the restaurant is not good and restaurant only offers dinner. Why not offer lunch as well? The restaurant only offers burgers, but really you are eating fast food. It is not healthy to eat fast food every day when you have a longer stay and it is the only option. Please change the menu and provide decent salads, also for lunch. Incredibly overpriced food as it is now.

We were really disappointed to hear upon arrival that the nice restaurant was fully booked - “well, it’s Saturday”. They should absolutely have told us to make reservations for the restaurant when we booked the room. Now, we had to eat a questionable meal at the taco bar.

the breakfast was excellent, but the dining room was crowded and no one was cleaning the tables between guests.

food is expensive on site and is of poor quality, cleaning of the room could be better and it would be nice to have a minifridge in the room for this price

Everything was closed, which wasn’t mentioned in the booking.

The location is amazing, unfortunately due to COVID some of the facilities were either closed or restricted. I had a room with a small kitchenette which was ideal as I was working and had limited facilities at site so could prepare food to take. Also had a nice balcony which got the sun in the evening.

Some parts look a little dated, also the rooms were only cleaned every 4 or 5 days which meant the one small trash bin soon filled up, not ideal with food waste.
