Covid and a tropical storm impacted my stay. There is not flexibility but when there it is a good place for those who want to eat out and just hang outdoors. Kitchen is lacking as just wine cooler and there is no flexibility in bad weather conditions. So just make sure you can make it and want to eat out and don’t need any special requests. But amazing location.

Perfect stay. The Cottage was everything we hoped it would be and more. We hated leaving and already want to plan our next (longer) trip to Bluffton. Kelsey was fantastic to work with.

The cottage far exceeded our expectations. The photos are lovely but don’t capture the full beauty and grace of this property. This is a must stay for us.

This cottage was perfect for a couple's getaway! The property is accurately described and pictured and even more beautiful in person. It is comfortable and cozy yet plenty of space for two people. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the back porch, reading on the patio's rocking chairs, and kayaking in the May River. It is a quick walk nearby restaurants and shops. We highly recommend and look forward to visiting again!

Perfect little getaway for our first family vacation Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. The cottage is cozy and met my OCD standards for cleanliness. Walking distance to Old Town and all of our favorite restaurants and coffee shops. Can’t wait to stay here again! Loved working with Kelsey and the owners are an absolute delight. I so wish I could give the worst review ever but I can’t. I honestly don’t want anyone else to know about this amazing place because I selfishly want it available whenever we want it. Seriously the property was amazing and Kelsey, Joe and Tammy were the best. The location is super relaxing and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Old Towne. The only downside was that Winston the dog didn’t visit us more. We really did not want to leave and could have spent every minute at the property. Thanks again Kelsey, Joe and Tammy for an amazing time at your amazing location. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!!

We had a lovely three nights and wish our stay was longer! The property is right out of a magazine - picture-perfect views and a gorgeous historical cottage that has been restored to its modern-day glory! The cottage was pristine and well-equipped. The hospitality was so warm and inviting, and Kelsey was so easy to work with. The location can't be beat - only a five minute walk to dinner, ice cream, coffee. Can't wait to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay here. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was so much better than the pictures even showed. The property is absolutely gorgeous. We also really enjoyed the easy walk to restaurants for lunch/dinner. Would highly recommend.

This cottage was just the right touch of rustic chic that I love. Steps to the May River offered a long day of kayaking and loads of sunshine. The property is beautiful inside and out. Very quiet and private. We also enjoyed the short walk into downtown Bluffton for dinner or ice cream! Loved this place and we will be back!

Property was spectacular! We took advantage of the lovely backyard views of the water. Cottage was charming, and it made for a great getaway for the weekend.

The Cottage is delightful. Very compact but has everything you need and is beautifully decorated. The gardens and dock area are stunning. We so enjoyed an evening cocktail watching the sunset over the River May. Bluffton is delightful with good restaurants and some unique shops.

Really enjoyed the relaxed beauty of the property. The owners are wonderful that they share their property, they are friendly, helpful and kind. We had a great time in Bluffton. Restaurants are amazing, town is quiet and laid back. The entire visit was a true reflection of Southern hospitality.

We had a such a great time staying at this property! The cottage was spotless and provided the perfect space for us to relax. It was the perfect laid back vacation spot we had been craving after months of COVID induced business. We loved the location- we could see the river from our porch and loved walking to the old town Bluffton area to eat and shop!

We booked the Cedar Bluff Cottage on short notice after canceling our vacation to New England because of COVID. We had never been to Bluffton before and wanted to go somewhere that we wouldn't be around large crowds/tourists. Everything about this property was perfect. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and the interior is so welcoming. The house was just the right size especially since we have a one-year old daughter. We enjoyed grilling out on the deck, getting fresh seafood from a nearby fish market and walking around Historic Downtown. The best part of our visit was playing in the backyard on the sprawling lawn that looks out onto the water with our daughter. The backyard is incredible We also loved sitting out on the dock and watching boats go by in the afternoon. It's close enough to Hilton Head if you want to drive there but also perfect to just check-out and relax with plenty of privacy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer.

We enjoyed a spot that was quiet, cozy, and beautifully appointed. Although perfectly serene and out of the way, we could easily walk to restaurants, shops and galleries. Glimpses of the May River encourage you to stroll down to the dock and then spend some time rocking at the gathering area above. And should it rain, you will never spend a better two days inside...
