Loved the big kitchen, large dining table and expansive deck. Was great for our small reunion!

House was spacious, clean with plenty of kitchen utensils, plates and silverware. Quiet neighborhood.

This place is AMAZING! Perfect in every way. Fully equipped for cooking for a large family and so thoughtful with "forgotten" items. Very convenient for our frequent bike rides. We will absolutely try to book this home next time we get to go to Sunriver. I've stayed in many homes in Sunriver and this is "hands down" the best - all others pale in comparison! Thank you, thank you, thank you. The only thing missing was a guest book for me to write a personal note to the owners.

The house was a good place for a couple families to visit. Good communal space and spacious enough to have some privacy, too.

Love this house, it's so clean and well stocked.

Overall it was a wonderful stay. Great rooms with comfy beds, beautiful outdoor patio/chairs/hot tub/bbq (though BBQ needed cleaning in order to safely use). Host was responsive. Everything is close to this location and having bikes in the garage for us to use was a big perk - we loved exploring all the trails. We Love Sunriver!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Check in process was easy and the home was ready to go before the actual check in time of 4 PM!! The home was AMAZING! My grandkids enjoyed the bikes and rode everywhere! The hot tub was a hit and I have to say your utensil drawer blew our minds!! So organized and my daughter said “we need this in our home!”, it was beautiful! Funny how a utensil drawer can make someone cry with tears of joy! Lol The only draw back was the dishwasher, wasn’t sure if it needed maintenance or it was just stained but didn’t want to chance it so we didn’t use it. There was also a couple of other issues with one window and upstairs top bunk but nothing to drastic that would make our stay uncomfortable, we still had a fantastic time!!

Perfect for our family reunion. Located close to everything in sunriver. We had a fabulous time. Janet responded quickly to my questions and everything went smoothly.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for our biking family. We enjoyed the bikes provided. House provided ample room for the 8 of us. Would have given 5 stars, but the lack of AC created some sleepless nights. Other issue was an upstairs bed’s mattress, and the linen needs a refresh. Other than that, the house is perfect. A couple issues were dealt with extremely quickly by Cascara Rentals, which was appreciated.

Overall a nice place to stay. However, dishwasher needs to be replaced, it did not work. Pots and pans are scratched and in poor condition. Mattresses are uncomfortable, basically broken down.

My family and I have been coming to Sunriver for over 30 years and this house has been one of our favorite stays in recent years! So much space and extra amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There are two outdoor living spaces and the hot tub is HUGE! We enjoyed the two family-room type spaces in the house as well. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I can't recommend this house enough!

The house was beautiful. stocked to perfection with anything needed or wished for. Fortunately not too hot during our visit. No AC but plenty of fans. Wished for SHARC passes as we accessed the river multiple times and had young teenagers. Lovely, quiet location.

We had such a great time both in the home and of course enjoying Sun River. This home is incredibly well stocked! Next time we won't pack nearly as much stuff as it is all there waiting for you :) I was most surprised at how cool the house stayed for a hot summer week, just perfect.

This property works well with us. Second visit to this property. The kitchen is really well stocked for family meals. Lots of bed and sleeping option It could use a facelift.

We had a great time on spring break at this house. We have rented houses in Sunriver every year for the past five years and this was by far the nicest house we have stayed at. This house is stocked with all the little necessities that you might need or want. Dishes, tools, puzzles, games, high chairs, they even had a pack-and-play. My kids loved the bunk beds, foosball table and bicycles. The house is only about a 5 min bike ride on the trails to the village. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely rent here again!

20 yrs renting in sunriver and this home is perfect! Very well stocked with supplies, and dishes etc. Excellent size, lots of room. Loved the foosball. Nice touch are the dog tags.! Love the clear notes about if we forgot anything, we could borrow from the closet. Just incredibly homey and would recommend in a heartbeat.

We had such a great time relaxing in this home. It was clean, welcoming, had everything you might need and then some. It was perfect for our two families. We would definitely go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of space of for everyone. We were able to spread out when needed to. The living room has a very cozy vibe. There are 2 great outdoor, deck spaces to enjoy! The hot tub was a huge hit! The amenities were more than we expected! Fully stocked kitchen, tons of items for babies, bikes to ride, clothes to borrow. They are very thoughtful to the guests that stay in their home. Would highly recommend this home and plan on coming back!

In summary: We loved the house and the location. We kept saying we wished we could buy the house. Pros: House layout, location, kitchen (fully stocked), room layout. We loved the deck and hot tub. Cons: It was hot, which is fine, it's sunriver, but in order to cool the house down at night, you need to put fans in the windows and sliding doors. The problem was, in two of the sliding doors, there weren't screens! So you couldn't cool the house down. I would give this a pass, like if the previous occupants broke them, but i specifically saw a previous guest mention it in a review and the owner comment they would fix it. Also the shower in the downstairs master did not turn on. Very annoying, but we didn't want to have maintenance come during our stay so we made due. My biggest complaint is that SHARC passes were not included (only two, but our group was a group of 8). It's insane to me that a Sunriver house in the summertime would not include SHARC passes. I didn't realize this when booking, honestly I didn't know I needed to make sure they were included as I assumed ALL houses included them. This was HUGELY disappointing. Once I realized it, the owner seemed willing to work with me, but at that point other houses were all sold out. I understand "covid" as the excuse for everything, but SHARC was open and coming with 4 kids it was one of the main reasons we came to Sunriver. Hugely disappointing. All in all, would stay here again if SHARC passes were included AND some of the things in the house were fixed. Honestly, we want to buy this house if it ever comes up for sale. We really did love it that much!

This house was perfect for our family vacation!

Our first time at this property. Overall nice. Did not realize that there is no air conditioner!

The property fit our needs well -as a family reunion, there was ample to occupy everyone's needs -bike riding, hiking, hot tube, river floats and rafting. The temperature in the high desert is hot during the day and cool at night, the fact that there is no AC was troublesome the first night until we mastered how to cool down the house quickly. Opened windows with box fans placed on the ledges, cooled down the house well. The property management company was quick to deliver extra towels and look at the dishwasher that needs a minor repair. Our favorite part of the property is the dual outdoor decks with the hot tube sandwiched between - awesome!

We had such a relaxing, fun stay in this home. We’ve never been to a home that was so well stocked with dishes, utensils, games, bikes, dog supplies, and more! It was so nice to see a basket of extra toiletries in bathrooms. We had plenty of room for the 3 couples and our mother to relax, play games, and sleep. We enjoyed the 2 decks with comfortable outdoor furniture and the amazing hot tub. We were a short walk/drive to The Village to enjoy shops and meals. The only small drawback to this home was lack of A/C and no screens on the large patio doors, making a few hours each day very stuffy inside the home.

Beautiful home, very well equipped and we loved our stay! The deck was wonderful to gather on and enjoy throughout the day as well, and the Kitchen had everything we could imagine to use for our family! Thank you to Janet for allowing us to spend time in your lovely home!

We spent the week here for my daughter's birthday and we had a blast! The location was perfect. A short bike ride to the Sunriver Village, close to the river for tubing and swimming, and quick access to tons of biking trails. We loved it!

Stayed here with our family of 4, 2 kids 2 adults. Everyone had a great time, and the house was lovely with lots of space to spread out. Lots of small touches like a high chair and baby gate made it extra accommodating for our baby.

Great place to meet up with family we haven't seen in a while. Clean, well furnished and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy everyone's company.
