Only the building is new but again new building without concious to clean well is also a waste.

We were staying from Friday to Sunday in Batu for a visit to jatim park. First : i think this could be better, how the owner and the housekeeper doesnt communicate well. I told the owner already (the one who contacted me first) , that our group will arrive around 15 pm. And she gave us the house keeper number. But then owner didnt pass the information to him. But thats okay since he hurridly come to pass the key. Second: as the night arrived, there was the nightmare. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, that we use and put our stuff in. The big cockroaches start to appear in every room. We tought it was just one, but as we pushing the bed to aside to clean the one cockroach we saw. Many other are appearing. It was so horrible. U can check the picture. The rooms were smelled bcs of the cockroaches. Also the Bedcover, the blanket, the pillows are humid, stink, and has yellowish water stain. I dont know, how can they pass the rooms with that condition to Guest. We chatted the house keeper on that night. And he couldnt come, bcs he was in malang. So we had no another choice but clean the house by ourself. It was night and we couldnt even rest there. We slept at the living room. We dragged one bed from bedroom to the livingroom. And put blanket on the floor to sleep. It is really disappointing, u paid for a good rest but they didnt provide what they described. The house keeper promised to come on the day after. But he didnt tell us what time. It is really unproffesional. We cannot wait the whole day there, since the first thing we went to batu is for a trip not homestaying. We did all the cleaning at the end for our second night. As summary at the end either the owner or the housekeeper were showing up to explain or try to do better for our stay there. Such a shame.
