We stayed with another couple, all of us over 65 but very active. The house is wonderful and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfy. We contacted the guest consultant as the thermostat was set too high for us and we thought that a few more kitchen items would be appreciated as we cooked most of the meals. Truly within 5 minutes, the thermostat was unlocked to a lower setting remotely and all the items we suggested were ordered through Amazon and delivered to the house. Top knotch service and attention to detail. We were able to park a large SUV and our 8 foot bed F250 King Cab truck in the garage. Amazing!! We hiked Zion, Cedar Breaks and Bryce. Cedar Breaks had great hikes with fabulous views and no crowds. I would highly recommend this wonderful house .

We stay in a lot of VRBO homes, and this one is at the top of the list. The home is very spacious, clean, new, and has all of the amenities we needed. After a long day of hiking in Zion, it was nice to return to La Verkin to a comfortable place that felt like home. This home is just a short drive to Zion. Nice restaurants are close by. We especially like Rock River Coffee which serves excellent food all day. We would strongly recommend this home for your Zion trip.

Evolve provided all of the necessary information in a timely fashion. Checking in and out of the home was easy. We loved the house--comfortable, bright, great location, quiet, excellent accommodations. This was an excellent experience.

The house is extremely clean and comfortable. The owners have made sure of this. We all found it to be a great place to come back to after a long day of hiking. It's farther from Zion than Springdale, but we also liked that we had closer access to St. George and Snow Canyon State Park. There was a great park right in the neighborhood that we took the complementary bikes down into and rode along the Virgin River. Beds were sooo comfortable and we all slept so well. The town of Hurricane is close and had a couple of great places to eat as well as the very close River Roasters right in La Verkin. We definitely lucked out booking this home. It's exactly as pictured and even more comfortable.

I highly recommend! The view is excellent. One side has rock mountains and the other side has snow-capped mountains. The house is extremely clean with an excellent layout. They had all that was needed for grilling and cooking. They even had bicycles available for us. The location is great as well. 30 min to Zion. 30 min for suvenior shopping. Two hours from Vegas. They even took our trash down to the road for us!! Don't hesitate, book this house!

Beautiful home which was perfect for our family of five. About 21 miles to Zion Ntl Park, but was in a nice quiet neighborhood if you want to get away from the tourist hustle and bustle.

Beautiful home. Great location about 30 minutes from the main entrance to Zion. Spotless, well maintained and they have all the little things long distance travelers wouldn't necessarily bring (paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.).

This property was perfect for our group of 5 (extended family). Communal spaces/ kitchen/ dining were bright and inviting. Bedroom spaces were very comfortable and quiet. Kitchen was well-equipped. I loved the location because I could take an early morning walk in the park while others slept in.

First of all, when we walked in the house was so clean I thought if they didn't have plates we could just eat off the floor (not a suggestion...just an observation). But they DID have plates (any everything else you could possibly need). The beds were sooo comfortable! An extremely relaxing home to return to after a long day of hiking! We are from the D.C. area and had no lay of the land when we booked the trip. The house is very close to the grocery store and River Rock Roasting Company. And while Springdale is technically closer if you want to go to Zion, I liked the location of this house. It was close to Zion and St. George (Snow Canyon ). We also loved the park located in the neighborhood. You can walk/bike along the Virgin River right in the backyard. That was very cool! The house is well stocked and the owners clearly make a great effort to ensure you have everything you need which made our long trip out there so relaxing! I got so much credit for booking this house with my family! It's a homerun staying here.

My kids and I stayed in La Verkin for the first time and fell in love with this home! It’s the perfect size with large rooms, comfy furniture, beautiful kitchen and the master bath is divine! The fireplace in the living room was on whenever we were home and put out great heat. My suv with the pod on top fit perfectly in the large garage. There is a beautiful jeep you can rent but didn’t have time this trip, next time for sure. My kids and I decided five minutes after getting there that we would make this our home away from home in La Verkin.

This home is wonderful - clean, we'll stocked, spacious and in a great location. The home is as just as pictured. My family of four was very comfortable here during our week stay. I would highly recommend as a good base to explore Zion and surrounding areas. I also worked remotely during the week and had no problems with internet speed. The only issue is communication through Evolve and the guest contact, neither of which was responsive. The owners themselves are very responsive and accommodating.

The house was so clean and beautiful! It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The driveway was steep, yes, but If you pulled in and out at an angle it was no problem. This was one of our best experiences yet! Great location, great house, easy check in. Would definitely book this again and again!

La Verkin is a great location for setting up a base for visiting Zion National Park. This wonderful home was exactly as described and pictured. Meticulously clean and the kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. Plenty of space for our family to unwind and spread out. Comfortable beds were welcoming after nice long hikes in Zion. Note the driveway is one of the steeper driveways we have ever encountered but we managed just fine by taking it slow as we pulled into the garage. La Verkin has several restaurants and a very convenient and nice grocery store less than 5 minutes from the house. Hurricane, UT is only 10 minutes away with many other stores and restaurants if needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would encourage others to consider this great home.

It had everything a house close to Zion would need for a group of people seeking adventure! It had a big table, bunk beds ,a big family room and a spacious back yard with a fire pit. (S’more sticks provided) It had a Jeep with kayaks and paddle boards one could rent and go exploring. The washer and dryer came in very handy and I appreciated the soap pods. If we would have stayed longer , I would have put the grill to good use and gone for more bike rides. I definitely recommend this lovely home!

My family and I were visiting from Miami, FL and we had a wonderful time. We loved that the properly was very clean and Suzy ensured we were all good to go. This house was the best one we stayed at on our SW trip. Very clean, spacious, easy to enter, great location and stocked w lots of items to make our stay easier (salt & pepper, TP, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc). Beds were super comfortable with high quality sheets. Highly recommend this rental for a family.
