Perfect set-up for three couples! Very quiet neighborhood. Great location, only an hour away from Key West. Each couple enjoyed a spacious king bedroom and their own bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen did not disappoint. We had everything needed to cook meals on the evenings we stayed in. There were plenty of spices available for our use as well. Loved having plenty of dining options for 6, especially outdoors. Morning coffee under the Tiki Hut was the perfect way to start the day. The pool and hot tub were our favorite places to relax. The large icemaker and fridge in the room adjacent to the pool were a huge bonus. We also enjoyed using the kayaks on many occasions. We even had a manatee visit us by the dock. Our favorite guest was a very friendly gecko we named Hemingway. (He enjoys cooked shrimp). Jon & Lori are very gracious hosts and we truly enjoyed our week in their beautiful home.

The house was super clean and well stocked. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with great views of the bay/sunset. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub and had a wonderful time all around! I highly recommend Jon & Lori's place and would definitely stay there again!

A well thought out rental property. From having a wash down hose ready for your boat trailer after launching, to a well stocked home. This was a great stay for us and the owner/manager is very responsive. Highly recommend

Jon greeted us upon arrival and was super helpful getting us checked in! The house was very clean and had just about everything you need. Jon lives nearby and is just a phone call away. We had 2 boats docked with no issues with room. Next trip to the keys will definitely be booked here! 10/10 recommend.

Let me start by saying I don’t ever take the time to leave reviews but I felt like the service and the hospitality were impeccable and the property manager and his wife definitely deserve a 5 star review. The kitchen was labeled and stocked to suit anyone that flies in from out of town. The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you would have at your own home. The grounds were amazing and the pool was so nice. Had bait cutting/fillet area which was great. The bait house, well I can’t say enough how everything was stocked, we even had an ice chest to use with a huge ice machine that was so convenient. I know if I ever have a vacation home I want it to be identical to this one. Thanks so much for the grand conclusion to two college careers. Boomer Sooner!

Very well managed property at the end of a private street. Property owner is very accessible and helpful, but not bothersome. If you want a real quality place to stay in Marathon this is it. Jon runs a first class operation.

Beautiful home and grounds. Quiet area but close to everything. Caught fish from the dock. Kitchen was great to prepare meals. Jon (the owner) was so great to work with along with Tony. Pool/spa was clean and used often. Hope to make it back next year!

Jon and Lori were awesome hosts. Super flexible and accommodating. Property is very comfortable and our kids had a blast.

We were celebrating the big 5-0 with friends, so having the 3 king suites was great! We brought our boat and were able to keep it at the dock. The house was well stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We loved the pool/hot tub and the dining areas downstairs. We did have a couple of meals on the screened porch. All of us loved the house and look forward to booking again! Both Jon & Lori were great!! Easy to communicate with and helpful about the area. The house was perfect for what we was looking for. Absolutely a beautiful set up with the pool and hot tub. Easy dock to get into and out of with the boat. The hosts were absolutely wonderful to work with.5 stars all the way around!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pictures are an accurate description of the house, and the host takes great pride in it. The pool was sunny most of the day and sheltered from the wind, so we spent a lot of afternoons there. The house was well provisioned, we cooked a few times, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the upstairs porch in the morning and evenings. The location was close to a lot of things, very convenient, but we appreciated that it was at the end of the cul-de-sac, so quiet from a traffic standpoint. It is near the airport, so we had some plane noise some days, but not disturbingly so.

This was our first time visiting the Florida Keys and we were looking for a house with a pool, hot tub, a place to keep a boat and a dock to fish. This property checked all of those boxes and more. The backyard is incredible. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and we loved the tiki area. We enjoyed grilling and eating outside and the tv in the tiki area was a fun bonus. My husband and son were able to watch football while swimming, relaxing in the hot tub and fishing. Another bonus was the separate living area and bedroom on the main level with its own entrance. My 17 year old son loved having his own space while my husband and I and our younger son had plenty of room in the upstairs living area. Jon and Lori thought of everything when it comes to this property. The house was incredibly clean, the kitchen had everything we needed including spices. The added touches like motion lights and the lights and tiki torches in the pool area are really nice. The house is close to everything yet still very private at the end of the road. It’s a little piece of paradise.

The property was exactly what we needed to relax and connect after the busy holidays. The pool and hot tub were the perfect compliment to the Tiki Hut and outdoor television. We spent the majority of our time under the Tiki enjoying football, puzzles and family. The perfect oasis along the quiet canal. Bonus in that our boating excursion was able to pick us up at the dock if we chose. Wonderful responsive hosts as well.

Had A great stay at this property. Everything was just as described. The house is perfect for a relaxing stay. Right on the water with a short boat ride out to the gulf. Caught lots of fish right from the dock. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and the beds were very comfortable. The house is set up perfect and the owners had left plenty of supplies to get you started. Was going to bring my fishing poles down but the owner suggested I just bring my reels and use the rods that are at the house and that was a great idea. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away and relax in a waterfront house in a quiet neighborhood. We rented a boat from Island time boat rentals, and they delivered it right to the dock, so if you are thinking about a boat I would look them up.

This was our first time staying at this location the outdoor area and the dock were stupendous. Great access to the Gulf but also the Atlantic. The house was totally stocked with everything that you would need. One of the best features is the commercial ice machine. The owners were very studious in making sure that we had everything that we needed at all times. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great time.

Very easy and convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the amenities. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks to get out on the bay, the pool was clean and we used the dock to rent a boat. The owners were great with suggesting reputable companies to dive and rent a boat from. It was a great family vacation.

We had a great time. The house exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Jon and Lori were very welcoming and Lori even shared where she purchased the pillows from. My husband and I both had the best nights sleep because of the pillows. We will definitely come back next year.

The house was beautiful, and in a great location. They guys were able to fish right off the dock. Even though the airport is nearby, the air traffic was minimal and not super noisy. Pool and hot tub were perfect and clean. Having a room downstairs near the pool with an ice machine, fridge/freezer, and area to set up beverages and snacks was very convenient. Plenty of parking for our 2 rental cars. Washer and dryer both upstairs and down was nice having 3 couples vacationing. This was our second stay in the Keys, and we enjoyed being on the Gulf side, instead of the ocean side. Owners live directly across the street. We felt a little bit of a lack of privacy. For some people, that may not be a big deal. We just wish we would have known that prior.
