The place was very clean and comfortable. Perfect overnight stay for us as we were heading south after a late flight into Perth.
The addition of breakfast foods was greatly appreciated. It saved us from having to leave early in the morning.

fully contained two bedroom house next to main house, very clean close to the hospital which was perfect for my exams at hospital. beautiful gardens & kangaroos feeding in evening

Was clean, tidy, safe and good cake for money. Being able to sleep 4 people there is good value for money. Good facilities also and great owners.
Is fairly out the way but you can c that on the maps already. Does get very cold quickly in there and takes ages for it to warm up with the aircon. The pillows can be better also.

This house was quite delightful, set in the Perth southern hills. It has everything I needed. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements. The fridge was stocked with milk, eggs, bread and spread. The house has a split system air conditioner and a large TV. In the late afternoon the kangaroos come down to eat the grass.. if you want a quiet place to stay, this place is an excellent option. All you need to pack is your toiletries and your clothes. Everything else is supplied.

Great communication from Zeus. Easy check in and out. Loved the groceries that were left for us, spacious and comfortable.

Zeus was helpful and friendly. Cottage was roomy and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. quiet cul de sac location. Kitchen well equipped.
Definitely would stay again.
Air conditioner struggled with 36 degree day getting temp down at the end of the day, after cottage was locked up. Once it had cooled down it was fine.

The unit is clean, and the surroundings are beautiful and quiet.
It will be better if some aluminium foil and baking pappy are provided.

breakfast was included but consisted of bread , open pot of jam and 6 eggs . The addition of butter and cereal would be good.

Lovely clean and very comfortable place in a very quiet setting. Perfect place to stay after a long flight before driving back to Albany the next day.
As a villa owner myself and for the price of the chalet I was very surprised not to have some very basic breakfast condiments. Some Vegemite, jam , peanut butter and some cereal would have been lovely to choose from to start our day. If these were to be supplied it would be a perfect place to stay

Feeling like I was hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the city but yet close enough to access all my needs.
The kitchen is well equipped for those who love to cook.
The Darling Range, Roleystone and Avocado's café/Restaurant at your door step.
The cottage, the gardens, and that big handsome Kangaroo that patrols the area.
The weather wasn't favourable enough for me during my short stay to explore the lovely gardens and meet the Western Greys that roam the area!
The airport hire car's GPS, it didn't recognise the street but I was lucky to have an iPhone with google maps!

Fully equipped house on a hill. A different kind travel, home feeling. Flood of wild Kangaroo appeared outside the house add flavour to the place.

The Apartment was cosy and welcoming - secluded in the Kelmscott hills ideal for a relaxing holiday or short get away - surrounded by nature you’ll see the kangaroos daily that are very tame and friendly. Idea location for exploring Perth and surrounding suburbs. Hosts are polite and welcoming and maybe you’ll find milk/bread/eggs coffee and tea in the fridge as I did as a special touch.
Maybe a little bit more detail to cleanliness in the bedrooms and bathroom.

great location for the places we wanted to see. Raeburn orchards, Lesmurdie Falls, Seven Sins for lunch etc

Everything about the place was to our upmost standards .. it was nice and cosy with all the necesary amenities .. up on the hills with a scenic view .
Would surely come back again in the near future

good size, price was good. kitchen was sufficiently equipped to cook for the family. good heating available in bedrooms.
not the cleanest. could see dust over some items in the toilet, also saw hair on rug in toilet not cleaned when we arrived. generally the carpets in the living area didn’t feel clean either. tv remote wasn’t working well, not many options on tv. just note that it’s not the most child friendly place with glasses pieces in the house and a glass dining table, probably more suitable for couples / friends etc. we knew check out was at 10am and we were trying to pack up as quickly as we could, handling a toddler at the same time but we would have appreciated if the owners could’ve been more understanding and tolerant instead of chasing us to leave at 1010am.
