Great room and bathroom, comfortable beds, very friendly staff, pool, surroundings.

Only small complaint we have is that breakfast has no choice and too many sweet stuff for the price - no vegetables, no salami, no cheese and awful bread, only a lot of cookies and sweet pastries.

We really liked this place, nice and welcoming. Everything is new, modern, perfectly clean. Good location in a quiet area. Not far from Venice.

Great place, with a high quality breakfast. Service was fantastic. They kindly serve us the breakfast 30min earlier than usual as we could not stay until the opening time.

The location and the hotel itself were spectacular. We were really well looked after Amos and Marco. Some of the rooms (1-3) are very slightly smaller and have a door to the outside patio/grass whereas rooms 4-6 don't have this but are bigger. All are well equipped with all the usual facilities, but make sure your mini-bar fridge is on ours was off and it took a while to find the switch inside the door! The bathrooms are super clean, modern and have great rainfall showers, along with a huge towel rail. The pool is excellent, extremely well maintained, but the sun loungers are a little hard as there is no cushion on them, but this is really really minor stuff when you consider how fantastic this hotel is. Don't forget to bring your own pool towels. Great cycling and running routes and also there is a great outdoor fitness gym on site. You are 40 minutes drive from Venice and about 25 minutes from a few beaches to the south of the lagoon, you are in 'real' countryside surrounded by the sites and sounds, including the local church bells that ring on the hour and half hour. They also have some cute Japanese Chickens on site. EV charging is on site and reasonably priced. Nice breakfast and everything was kept super clean - a really excellent boutique hotel - highly recommended

Honestly, it is very hard to find something wrong here...maybe if you don't have your own transport this could be an issue

The staff was very nice and gave us good tips for the visits (notably, how to go to Venice by train). Breakfast was great (and so was the watermelon by the pool).

A bit more shade by the pool would have been appreciated. The spots under the shade were often taken and it was hard to stay under the hard sun.

We were welcomed by a very friendly staff, we got aperol by the pool, everything was just beautiful.

Small detail, but given that they allow dogs they could also provide some dog towels.

It is a brand new house, very clean. The pool was great! The communication with the host was good and fast - he waited for us even though we arrived later than we had announced - thank you!

To gain the extra 0.1 percentage point, would strongly recommend adding some sliced cold meats and cheeses. In the future, if and especially when the demand is high, a traditional English/Irish Breakfast'.

Our host was very accommodating and helpful. Although we arrived to early he made it possible so we were able to check in. Room and bathroom was brand new. Enough parking spots.
