Great house. Plenty of space and views of the mountains and river. You step out the back door right into the beautiful outdoors of Red River. It’s close to the ski lodge and downtown. You can also ski in and out straight from the house. We had the best time.

This house was fantastic! The location is central to everything in town. We were able to park the car and just walk everywhere. The bathroom was recently remodeled and looked great. The sheets smelled clean. The backyard was the river, the front yard was Oktoberfest. During the fall, the leaves looked like gold coins glimmering in the trees. This was a perfect home away from home.

Due to the bathroom remodel, we were unable to have hot water for the first day. Also the toilet upstairs leaked and ended up dripping on my daughter's bed. I will say that the issues were addressed immediately and resolved.

I loved every part of The Round Eagle house on the River ! Beautiful high ceilings with beautiful wooden walls! Spacious with nice layout and privacy on top and bottom floors ! Gorgeous views ! Loved how quite and peaceful e area is !

Great location on the river.

Major updates needed. Furniture downstairs is very old and drapes need replacing. Upstairs bathroom floor is torn and needs to be replaced. Shower upstairs leaks and spays all over the drywall ruining it. House is in a great location and a little money spent to update some really old furniture and drapes would really pay off. Ceiling in upstairs bathroom is peeling .
