Only 1/2 mile off of 41 in a private neighborhood. Quick drive to the beach! Publix, Trader Joe's & Walmart very close. Lots of restaurants in the area! Short drive to downtown Naples and even closer to Bonita Springs. This home is VERY clean! Comfortable with lots of attention to detail. Owner lives next door and is super communicative if needed, but never intrusive! Pool is very private and landscaped beautifully. Both bedrooms have their own entrances to the pool. I HIGHLY recommend this property!

The owners are very accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect. The home was very clean and comfortable. The lanai and pool were our favorite parts. Close to so many restaurants and stores and beaches. We will certainly stay again!

We (my wife and I) spent three weeks here and everything was as promised. Great location. Great hosts. Great property. We loved the pool and the foliage surrounding it that provides privacy and a lot of birds.

My family and I were very impressed with our recent stay. The heated pool provided all day entertainment, and the homes location is amazing for shopping or going to the beach! It is truly everything you need for a great get away!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the house. We loved having our morning coffee peacefully relaxing by the pool in the sun and again in the evening with a glass of wine. The area is very quiet and the house private but also very close to shops and restaurants. The pool is heated so we were able to swim in the evenings too. Jan, the owner, lives next door and is on call for any help/advice which is handy. We are definitely going to stay there again. 5 stars!

This is a beautiful property in Naples Park, close to everything, and with a wonderful pool. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were essential for us, since we invited another couple to join us for a portion of our three week stay. The owners live right next door, and were very nice. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian made his appearance early in our stay, and we were evacuated from the area. Fortunately, the property only suffered superficial damage, so we were able to return once the danger was past. The owners were amazing in helping to get everything back to normal. The storm did prevent us from going to the beach for the remainder of our stay, but that's no one's fault. We were able to enjoy the rest of our stay anyway. We want to thank Jan and Garreth for all their help, and we'll likely visit them again. We'll also continue to pray for those who were adversely affected by Ian.

This house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Great house that was perfect for my wife and I on our most recent trip to Naples. This house is close to everything minutes to the beach minutes to shopping and minutes to entertainment. The pool and lanai are the highlight of the property, and there is an very nice kitchenette area with a mini fridge and a very nice gas grill. The house is very well maintained super clean and is stocked with every and anything you need. This house is on the top of our list for our future visits to Naples.

This little house is a surprise. Both bedrooms have French doors opening onto the lovely and roomy patio. I could talk about cleanliness - A+ or I could talk about convenience to grocery stores and just the right amount of utensils and pots and pans etc needed for a meal in. We loved having the heated pool. The neighborhood was mostly quiet -- but this part of Naples does have construction going on. 95% of the time it was peaceful. But the owners were very generous with offers to stay extra time and made it clear that there is a neighborhood movement to solve the noise caused by construction equipment. My take is that the entire State of Florida is always under construction and it bothered my fellow guest more than me -- I was able to ignore it completely. Also this house provided a great base for side trips to San Marco and Sanibel. The beach, shopping (including bookstores) are close by. I would easily rent this house again.

Home is just beautiful and private as represented. There is some construction next door however this did not interfere with overall stay. Would love to come back again!!

It was the best break away from the craziness going on in the world. This quiet little bungalow hidden in the best location and a couple of blocks from the main through way is a jewel. The house had everything you would need and a little more. The screened in lanai with a wonderful pool to get into everyday was the best space to drift away. All the lush greenery in the fenced in yard really made you feel like you were in your own little paradise far away. My brother and my little puppy had the best break away vacation one could ask for. Two separate full size bedrooms, two full baths, living/dining, complete kitchen with full-size appliances and a laundry room with full size appliances was more than one would expect when its advertised as a bungalow. Perfect for one, two or two couples. I can't wait to come again. Our host, Jan and Garth are perfect. We wanted for nothing. Didn't know how to turn on the grill outback and Garth came over immediately. Wonderful host and a pleasant clean quiet home. Thank you and hope to see them again soon!

After we unpacked, Jan and Gareth, the owners took a moment to come over and introduce themselves (at our request) and gave us useful local information for our trip. They are the nicest people and are always available to help should anything go wrong because they live right next door. You don’t often have the property owner as accessible for assistance when renting properties which helped put us at ease. We can’t emphasize enough how well located this place is as it’s only a short car ride, quick bike ride, or nice walk to the beach which we visited daily while there. Not to mention our favorite grocery stores Trader Joes and Whole Foods were only a short ride away making it simple to utilize the well appointed kitchen. Towards the end of the week some kind of construction began next to our rental property and it got a bit loud at points though luckily never at night. It was a mild nuisance but Jan and Gareth offered to give us a few extra days into the weekend for the inconvenience without us even asking. These host not only wanted to ensure we had a wonderful time by providing a very clean, comfortable place to stay but went above and beyond to make up for the small construction inconvenience and ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect!!!

If you are reading this review, STOP and BOOK before it’s too late. This is an absolutely perfect bungalow to stay at in Naples Park. Our family of four, including our dog stayed in Jan and Garreth’s rental house for a week in March. They were the perfect hosts (they even live next door) and are available for any questions or needs you may have. For example, early in our stay the washing machine went out. Within minutes, Garreth was over to check it out to find that yes indeed a new washer was needed. Throughout our stay Jan came over and insisted that she would wash any laundry before a new one arrived. She was AMAZING and so kind! So not only does the house have a new washer, but it also has new leather furniture in the living room. It was absolutely beautiful and quite comfy for our family movie one evening. During our stay, there wasn’t anything we needed-the house had everything we could have asked for. It was incredibly clean and plenty of fresh linens. Our family loved the caged pool everyday (I would suggest having it heated). If you don’t know much about Naples Park, it’s a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach including Delnor-Wiggins State Park. We plan to definitely stay at this house in the future if it’s available…so book soon. Thank you Jan and Garreth for an incredible week.

We have rented coast to coast and in Paris. This was by far our best rental ever. The house is even better then the pictures. The house is immaculate. Great location. But our favorite place was outside by the totally private pristine pool. We were completely relaxed minutes after walking in. We loved it so much we already booked 2022! Owners are wonderful. This place is perfect.

The house is a pleasant, safe ten-minute bike ride to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, a pristine forested beach and one of the nicest places to swim and relax in the Naples area, if not the nicest. At the same time, the house is a short car ride off Tamimi Trail and Immokalee Road, so a quick drive to anywhere in the Naples area. The house is in Naples Park, a tidy neighborhood of suburban homes. At first, after Googling the house, we were a bit concerned about the area’s density. But it turned out that the neighborhood was peaceful and friendly and Jan and Gareth’s house unusually quiet. Jan and Gareth live next door and their house is surrounded by greenery. We never heard them. On the other side is an empty lot while the houses behind are also quiet and well landscaped. When were not at the beach, we lived in the lanai, an oasis surrounded by greenery with a particularly pleasant swimming pool. We could sit there, having lunch or working on the laptop, and just listen to the birds. Perfect. We were four adults, three of us working remotely. We found the house an ideal retreat and would highly recommend it for two couples or a family. The kitchen is well stocked – we are serious cooks – and Jan and Gareth could simply not be better hosts. We happened to mention that there was no dish rack and magically one appeared. Although right next door, they are only as visible as you want them to be, no more no less. We found them to be charming people so we were happy to see more of them but if you wanted complete privacy, they’d be perfectly accommodating. They are both accomplished artists and it was only after several days that we realized that most of the fine art work on the walls, which we had noticed as being of high quality, was theirs.We were in Naples both to escape the frigid north but also the depressing reality of a Covid winter. We mainly ate at home – or occasionally at an outdoor dining area – and felt quite safe in our cozy retreat. We are so glad that we chose Jan and Gareth’s home and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in the Naples area. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants a private pool (has the option of being heated) with a lovely area to drink your morning coffee or unwind and relax after a day of enjoying all that Naples has to offer. We were able to get a good night’s sleep as the beds were comfortable. Jan answered all questions before and during our stay about home and surrounding area. Home is well stocked and if you have forgotten something grocery and other stores are close to home as well as restaurants. Beach is in walking, bike or car ride. Hope to return to this home.

We stay at a lot of VRBO homes but this Naples stay was our best. The house is perfect, the pictures look great but the actual house and property is even better. Comfortable, beautiful, everything you want in your home away from home. But the location to the beaches makes it even more special. Wiggins beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in FL. And for convenience, every store and restaurant is within 5 minutes of the house, but somehow with out the chaos of being so centralized. Property owners were wonderful as well.
