There is nothing not to recommend. The villa is beautiful, spacious, airy, clean and comfortable. Exactly like photos. Exceptional hosts, highly communicative and super helpful. And of course the Four Seasons resort overall is spectacular and lovely, though certainly not cheap. Highly recommend.

The property and grounds are simply amazing. Everything you could ever want is a close walk or golf cart ride away. We will definitely be returning!!

The villa is beautiful and spotless. We didn't leave the Four Seasons property except one quick trip to town. Adriana and team were lovely to communicate with. The kids loved the pool. All 4 bedrooms are quite private. Highly recommend.

Lovely clean villa wonderful views and accommodations, delicious chefs prepare gourmet meals in your villa. Beautiful setting for a large family or group. Terrible shower water pressure, Maids rushed us out on our last morning. My advice is tell them not to start cleaning till 11:01 am. Otherwise it was perfect.

My wife and I, along with our two children (ages 16 & 20) stayed at this property in June. Our stay was exquisite, exactly what we needed. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and activities. The villa was incredible - even better than the pictures on VRBO. It was beautifully appointed and had clearly been updated recently. Our concierge, Adriana, attended to our every need. She had everything set up for us prior to our arrival and was extremely responsive to any request we had. She booked all restaurant reservations and excursions for us prior to our arrival, which removed a lot of potential stress. Mari was incredible - she cooked breakfast for us every morning (we stayed 8 nights) and cleaned the villa each day. We rented a golf cart, which was the best way to get around Punta Mita, including the various beach clubs, the St. Regis resort, and the local town of Punta de Mita. Having full access to the Four Seasons was an underrated amenity as we enjoyed their pools and lazy river daily. If you are looking for an upscale, relaxing yet fun-filled experience, I highly recommend the Villa Riva.

We had the best family trip, eight Adults and two kids. The house is big and beautiful. We had breakfast prepared every morning with fresh squeezed juice. The girls who took care of our breakfast and house were so nice and pretty much were there for anything we needed. Adriana the concierge was amazing!! She handled everything for us, excursions, golf cart rentals, transportation, family pictures... She was so easy to communicate with and was there for anything we needed last minute. We rented two golf carts and they are well worth it. We took them everywhere, made getting to the lobby and town so easy. You are in the four Seasons property so everything is available to you, beach, pool, spa. We can't wait to return!

The house is beautiful, the view is nice and the property is well maintained. All the staff and the concierge are wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast every morning was great. The kids really enjoyed having space to roam in the grass area in front and to the side of the patio. Loved having our own golf cart to go into town or to other properties as opposed to taking a taxi when staying at the resort. We've stayed at the resort a few times and we really enjoyed having more space but still being close enough to enjoy all the amenities of the resort.

We loved our stay at Villa Riva! The staff was wonderful. Regis and Sarika were very organized, and the ladies who cooked breakfast were amazing. We hope to come back very soon!

Snuck away for a girls trip and everything about this property was perfect! The big table outdoors, the covered seating with a stunning view of the ocean and whales, the separate bedrooms...would highly recommend. Having full access to the Four Seasons was an amazing bonus to this property...would rent again in a heartbeat.

The property and staff are amazing! Had a slight hiccup with the four seasons staff but Regis the property manager was on it and took great care of us!

We could not have been more Pleased with our villa. It was stunning. Regis and Victor were absolutely amazing in making sure we had a great time and handling reservations and excursions. Their service was superb.

We can't say enough good things about the villa and Regis our Concierge. From arrival to departure everything was wonderful. The staff that cooked breakfast each day were also amazing. We look forward to being able to book another visit to the villa in Paradise in the future.

The design of the villa is elegant, the bedrooms and suites are very comfortable and nicely decorated. The Jacuzzi and infinity pool with ocean views were our favorite place to enjoy margaritas at sunset and we loved having breakfast by the pool, prepared by our cook Emilia. We also had the best dinner at the villa, prepared by a private chef and served by butler. Access to all Punta Mita facilities, beach clubs, village and resort was easy, our teenagers loved it and were free to enjoy their own activities. The location and views are delightful, we very much enjoyed to relax in the hammocks by the pool and watch the whales. Our concierge was efficient and responsive, providing assistance at all times. Excellent and friendly service from the villa personnel and the resort staff. We were very happy during our whole stay, we rented a golf cart and didn’t need to leave Punta Mita except for dinners at the Anclote beach. Highly recommended villa inside the Four Seasons private residences, a few steps from the lobby and about 1 minute by golf cart to the pools, beaches, kids clubs, spa, restaurants...

We had a wonderful time at Villa Riva. We spent our evenings enjoying sunsets by the pool and had dinners at several restaurants on the beach and at the hotel. We experienced many of the Four Seasons facilities, and exploring Punta Mita beach clubs, golf courses and abundant vegetation by golf cart was the best experience. The bedrooms and suites are splendid.....plenty of space to spread out and we very much enjoyed watching the whales from the heated pool and Jacuzzi. We hope to come back in the future. Our host was available and highly efficient at all times and the staff was amazing.

The villa and surroundings are splendid. We stayed with a group of friends and had a fantastic vacation. The Punta Mita facilities are beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi were always at perfect temperature and perfect for breakfast and afternoon cocktails, service was very attentive and extraordinarily efficient at all times. Regis Escarras and his team went above and beyond and really secured a superior experience. The beach clubs we visited offered excellent dining and activities. Highly recommended villa, we will come back!
