The house was set up perfect for our family of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant. Owners were very quick to reply on any questions. We paid to have the pool heated as it was January and it was perfect!! Great location to everything!!

Great, spacious, family friendly home! So close to Disney! Safe, gated property. We had unexpected maintenance issues, but communication with the property manager was easy and helpful, overall. The maintenance team on-site are friendly and super helpful. Agree with previous guests that more routine inspections of home systems (pool, HVAC, appliances) would be helpful before guest arrival.

We stayed at the property for ten days in June 23. Overall, we had a great time and the property was lovely apart from a few minor issues. It certainly has a wow factor when you open the front door. A couple of the issues we experienced have been raised in previous reviews and they haven't been rectified unfortunately. The lock on the back patio door needs fixing or replacing and the lanai has several holes in, leading to insects and squirrels entering daily. The in-built microwave above the cooker didn't work, but the property management company were really quick to provide another for us to use. A few of the walls are looking rather tired with damaged picture frames and marks/scratches to the paintwork, but nothing too major. The property is perfectly located for Disney, Windsor Hills resort is nice and you feel very safe walking at night. The bedrooms are well proportioned and with our party of eight, we felt very comfortable. The kids loved the use of the pool and the games room. Be aware that the juke box also does not work. Overall, this is a lovely place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate in coming back, but a few cosmetic updates from repeated rental use would make it perfect.

We had a great time at this rental. It was clean and spacious and had plenty of towels, etc. for our stay. It was a close walk to community pool and east to get in and out of.

We stayed here for a week while we explored Disney parks with our kids and another family. The house was perfect! The kids loved the themed rooms and playing in the pool.

The Home was beautiful and had amazing accommodations for my family. The house was clean , the instructions were a great help and we really enjoyed our time . The community was welcoming and the area is great for shopping and Disney excursions . The only critique is to update the hole in the upper screen in patio area. We had a few visits from a couple of squirrels that came into the pool area which frightened the kids and family but eventually he found his way back out. Also updating the washing machine would be great since with swimming you are washing towels which are heavy when wet so we were able to only wash 4 towels at a time . However , I rated a 5 out of 5 because none of those things overshadowed the amazing time we had in the home. Also, many thanks to Darcy for making sure we had our entry gate passes and she was very responsive leading up to the vacation . I would definitely refer the home and come back to stay again !

We absolutely loved the house, the location and especially the owners. If we had any questions we would message them and I would always get a quick and helpful response. I spoke with Leslie before we went and she gave me a lot of helpful information. The location of the house was great. We had three small kids and they loved the park. The house was close to the entrance, the main lobby and water park. And the castle park was right across the street. It was well worth the money to have the pool heated. We used it a lot even later in the evening. Since it was January it was still pretty cold at the big water park. We would have probably used it more if it would have been warmer. The day we were there they had live music that was really good. If we come back we would definitely stay there

We rented this beautiful home during our stay at Disney. It was the perfect location, near Walmart, Starbucks, restaurants and close to all Disney parks which was so convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay, the owners were super responsive and so nice. We really appreciated the little things that made it homey and festive, like a Christmas tree, nightlight in bathrooms. Kids really enjoyed the game room, especially the Foosball table. Unfortunately, it was quite cold during our stay so we were not able to utilize the pool as we hoped or had time to utilize any amenities available. We would definitely stay here again in the near future.

Our group of 6 had an amazing time at this property. I appreciated having the loud pool alarm to ensure safety with a pool on the property (even though we probably annoyed our neighbors trying to get used to it - you have to press a little harder than expected when entering into house from pool for alarm to disengage properly). Being so close to both the playground and the community water park was a big perk when having 4/5 year olds with. Arrangement of bedrooms was great too, could have a much larger group and still feel there was plenty of space. Having two living areas was also nice. Kids could watch TV in one while the adults visited in the other. "Cons": I wish there was some cleaning supplies on site to help maintain cleanliness through stay (chlorox wipes or spray), but Walmart is close and we understand why minimum products are provided. Wifi information was missing from book but hosts were so prompt when issue was identified and wanted to resolve ASAP. Would be nice to have salt/pepper, pan spray etc., but again, Walmart is close! Definitely recommend this house for all ages! We hope to return in the future. Thank you!!!

The property was exactly as listed. Plenty of space for a family to share and have their own privacy as well. Great location, convenient to everything. The host also immediately answered and helped with a last minute request.

This house was perfect for our family’s Disney trip. The girls loved their princess room and the boys loved their Cars room. The pool at the house was also a hit! ( and a great way to relax after a day at Disney) The neighbor pool was also fun, especially the water slides. We would definitely recommend this property.

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family of 9. Plenty of room, pool and spa and game room were the hit for our family. The house is decorated well and great communication with the owner. Only 1 hour and 20 minutes to Cocoa Beach.

Nice close location to Disney and Walmart. Good size house with amenities, park across the street, and not far from clubhouse and front entrance. We received the incorrect door key code but the owners responded very quickly, thank you! Pool heat worked great for December. The house needs more than 2 sets of towels per bathroom and more than 6 coffee mugs. Also the garbage pickup was supposed to be daily, but they didn’t pickup during the 4 days we were there. Check out instructions were a bit confusing as the welcome book, pamphlet, and wall instructions have conflicting information about towels and sheets, but overall good rental.

Travelled with friends and family in July. The house was perfect for our group, which included a 5 yr old and teens. Location was close to parks and only an hour from the beach. Darcy, the home owner, was very responsive and easy to work with!

The Magnolia Blossom house is beautifully decorated with modern furniture and decor throughout. It is spacious and plenty of room to host a family of 12. Having a swimming pool and hot tub on the premises is great. And the game room was enjoyed, although the jukebox was out of order. However the experience we had didn't live up to the great reviews from previous customers. We were disappointed with the house because it was not clean. We found dirty towels and beds. The housekeepers did not service this house. Darcy and Leslie were accessible by phone and we explained the situation. Leslie was responsive, offered an apology and contacted the property management company immediately. This completely ruined our first night in the house, because we needed to leave the house with our vehicles full of our personal belongings and wait for it to be cleaned. To make a long story short, we finally got settled into the house by midnight. However, with the pandemic lingering over our heads we were leery as to how clean the house could really be in such a short time. They did not have time to sanitize everything like it is advertised. This certainly put a damper on our vacation. However, we made the best of it. Thank you Darcy & Leslie for refunding us for the first night's rent. Hopefully you will have better luck with the property management company for your future clients. There should be a maintenance person who evaluates the house to make sure everything is in working order before the next client. We had to request for a toilet to be fixed and reported that the iron was broken. And there should be protocols in place where the owners are notified that the property maintenance and cleaning is complete.

Close to everything, super clean, very private and safe. It was a very quick walk to the community pool. We will definitely be coming back and choosing to stay here again!!

My family of four shared this house with another family of 5, including a toddler. House is toddler friendly and all enjoyed our stay. Great location. A couple of minor issues were resolved immediately by owner/property manager, such as replacing a broken blender same day!

This house was perfect for our family get away. We never went to any attractions - we spent the whole time at the house. With the game room, the pool, the hot tub, the playground across the street and the water park within walking distance our time was filled. Beautiful house, cleanliness beyond compare, and very attentive home owner! Thaank you.

I searched and read review after review while trying to find the perfect home to rent for a group of 11 ranging from 3 to 60 years old. The house was very clean and just as pictured in the listing. Any issue that we encountered was quickly addressed and taken care of. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and large dining area to eat together. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed (kids glasses and plates too). I would 100% rent this home again.

We stayed a few days at Christmas. We were surprised to find a Christmas tree there. it gave the home a special feel. The house had everything we needed down to the electric fry top. We would stay again.

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful home and owners were immediately responsive to a small issue with the pool that was quickly addressed. Will stay here again.

First of all I would like to thank the owners for working with us in order for us to actually get to take our trip. We had a trip booked for spring break in March and had to cancel due to Covid-19. We bought trip insurance and quickly learned that Covid was not covered. The owners of the house told us no matter what the insurance did, they would help us out and work with us so we would not be out all our money. Eventually when we thought it was safe to travel again, the owners allowed us to transfer our week to the end of June. I was so grateful that they allowed us to move our weeks without any hesitation. Our family was truly grateful. The house was beautiful and very clean. We had a great time just relaxing at the pool and playing in the game room. We kept it a pretty low key vacation due to Florida being a hot spot, and the house was perfect for that. We spent a whole week and never got bored. The resort pool was also very clean, and the kids had a great time on the slides and the splash pad. I would stay here again for sure.

Magnolia Blossom is perfectly located if you are heading into the Disney World parks. The security of this gated community makes us feel safe. The house is beautifully decorated and the children in our family especially loved their themed bedrooms. The beds were quite comfortable. An end-of-day treat was hanging out at the pool, the adults preferred the spa end, and watching favorite Disney movies that we could stream to the patio TV. We spent most of our "at home" time in the kitchen and adjoining family room. We cooked breakfast every morning in the large kitchen. The washer and dryer was an appreciated convenience. Although we weren't home enough to enjoy it, there is a nice game room. I found the owners to be very quick to answer my questions before booking, and easy to work with. Darcy was attentive to a couple of questions I had, once in the house, and is eager to make sure that everything in the house functions well for all vacationers.
