This location is 1/2 block from my grandchildren. Very easy for me to visit but still have my own space.

This house is so cute and well appointed. Nice neighborhood, beautiful back yard and very comfortable.

Perfect size for my husband, 17 year old daughter, myself. Great place to be and close to campus to participate in Fall Family weekend at Gonzaga! The backyard was perfect to play games and play with dogs when my son came back to the house to hang out with us!

My daughter and I had a very nice stay in September in the Beehive. We have stayed here several times before and it is always a pleasure to stay in Randy & Amanda's homes, and this time was no different. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and I appreciate that everything is clean. This house has all the little extras to make it inviting from the décor, the nice fenced landscaping outside and comfy outdoor furniture, to a full sized fully stocked kitchen with nice appliances. We love it here which is why we have come back so many times for my daughter's medical appointments. The house's proximity to the hospital district is helpful, and the quiet neighborhood is equally nice. It was especially nice to have such good weather that wasn't too hot to spend some time relaxing in the back yard this visit. The hosts have always been attentive to any questions we have too, so communication is good. We would be happy to come back.

This was my second stay. The cottage was as adorable and clean as I remembered. It's in a great neighborhood (I highly recommend eating at Francaise.) We wish we could have enjoyed the great backyard more but there was terrible wildfire smoke in Spokane that weekend. I would have given the cottage 5 stars except for 2 things: 1) the bed in the front bedroom was very uncomfortable, which wasn't the case on my stay 3 years ago, and 2) I would have tried the other bed but the ceiling fan above it was dangling halfway out of the ceiling. If these issues are resolved, I'll definitely be back.

The Beehive was a perfect landing spot for my husband and I while we dropped our daughter off for her first year of college. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, it's clean and so cutely decorated, has a serene backyard (perfect on a sunny day!) and it's within walking distance to the Perry District. I enjoyed my 10 minute walk to The Shop for a late afternoon coffee amongst a busy (and emotional!) weekend. Randy and Amanda are wonderful hosts and we'll definitely stay here again!

Randy was just the perfect host! So accommodating and kind to deal with. Home was sparkly clean, fully loaded with amenities and lovely touches. Older home that has been updated and has good energy! Driveway to park in to boot! Walk just 3 minutes to my favorite new restaurant, Francais. They serve Roast House Coffee which blew me away because it’s certified organic, and not many restaurants want to pay for premium coffee! If your there on a Wednesday, there is a farmers market place 4-7 (I’m not sure of the time). That was also a lovely treat to find. Just a great ‘up and coming’ neighborhood. I’d stay again!!

We were able to walk to the South Perry district and in the neighborhood. The back yard was WONDERFUL; quiet, well-maintained, and private. Homeowners take great pride in making the property welcoming and cozy. Snacks, laundry supplies, bathroom products are easily accessible and just what we needed. Homeowners brought bikes over, but we unfortunately did not use them. We'd book the property again in a minute.

Amazing little gem In a superb location. Was not sure what to expect but a beautifully kept property and house. Nice little personal touches when you enter. Amazing hosts who communicate right away. Definitely one of the highlights of our first trip to Spokane. We will be back…

The Beehive Cottage is fabulous! It's beautifully decorated with bee accents, very comfortable, and outdoor fenced backyard, gorgeous landscaping, and excellent patio furniture were spectacular. Great for dog owners as fenced backyard is spacious and lets them roam without getting out. Owners are super nice too which is always a plus. The neighborhood is quaint, and feels very safe. Love this cottage, hope to come back in future.

Coming to Washington for a wedding and family reunion of sorts. The place was perfect for me and my family. Cozy and the backyard was beautiful!! I highly recommend to come and stay here. Hope to visit again soon!

The Bee hive house was clean, quite &just perfect! We loved the neighborhood. You can easily walk to cute little shops and for food. I highly recommend!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time at the Beehive and we plan on returning. We have stayed here several times before and it has, and still is, one of our favorite properties, as well as the Beehive's sister property, the Birdhouse. It is such a nice place, inside and outside too. The owners have gone the extra mile to make the house extra special, from the nice decor to ensuring we have everything we need for our stay. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, the fenced yard is lovely and in all the times we have stayed at the Beehive, there has never been a negative experience or anything lacking. I appreciate that we can bring our little furry kid with us too. The only thing out of the ordinary for this visit was a power outtage that cleared our front door code so we couldn't get in, so for the first time since we began regularly staying at the Beehive, I needed to contact the owners. I was able to talk to Randy immediately and the front door lock code was reset within about 2 minutes. I forgot a book the last time I visited too and it was returned to me which I really appreciated. So we will be back!!

We *loved* the treats left on the counter and appreciated the excellent condition & cleanliness of the property. Had all we needed and were quite comfortable. The only quibble I have at all is that I kept sinking into the corner section of the couch & had trouble standing back up (=: Not a deal-breaker at all. Would absolutely stay here again. Appreciated that the walk was shoveled before we left in the morning. Noticed also that the garbage was pulled to the curb & returned on garbage day.

My daughter and I stayed at the Beehive for three days in April, 2022. We chose this home, as it is a favorite, and we come back to it, or its sister property, the Birdhouse, as much as possible for our regular medical visits to Spokane. Both the house and the hosts are a pleasure to deal with. We brought our little 5 lb dog, Maia. The house is just as friendly and comfortable for her, too. The house is fenced which is nice to keep the furry kids on the property as well as making the yard look nice, especially with all the nice landscaping. It is really a treat to be able to sit out on the comfy lawn furniture on warm days. This is a house that is much loved and the hosts go the extra mile to have it look homey and have it be as comfortable as possible for their guests. Whether you plan on eating at restaurants, or decide to stay in and cook your meals, you will find everything you need at the Beehive. One of the major plusses for Lauren and I is that we can cook and heat up our food with all the bells and whistles needed as we have at our own house. Everything is nice and clean too! The beds are comfy. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we feel quite safe being two ladies traveling on our own. There have been some pretty cold days over the last few months we have come to Spokane and the furnace system keeps us quite comfortable which has sometimes been an issue in some older houses we have stayed at. But not at the Beehive with all its nice updates. Will we be back? Most definitely. :)
