Thanks! Excellent. Highly suited to our group of 3 couples especially with the downstairs section with the extra bathroom. Driveway not an issue for us. Good location for the wedding that we attended and close to the tourist sites we had planned. Without doubt beautiful view across Port Phillip Bay...loved the misty silhouette of Melbourne city floating in the sea. Dishwasher would have been good and had to be careful with the steep entrance steps. Lighting however was good.

This was our third stay at this lovely beach home. We love it so much and feel relaxed the minute we walk in the door and drink in the incredible ocean view. Thanks Robert & Denise for another wonderful stay. We are already looking forward to the next one!

Our stay was lovely at this spotlessly clean, well supplied holiday house. Comfortable beds and linen, well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery and basic pantry supplies. Great views over the bay and only a few minutes drive to the beach, shops and connections to the rest of the Peninsula. Denise was a very helpful and responsive host. Check in and directions clear and easy. Would recommend to others.

Just what we needed
The house was just what we needed for our short stay.
Even with the cooler/ rainy weather we felt cosy with the heating within the house.
The kitchen provisions are also generously provided.
Location close to other attractions, beach, playgrounds and shops.
We will no hesitate to stay again.

Ocean views and perfect family holiday home!
Denise's property is a gorgeous home away from home. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking and it had us all up early to watch the morning sun. The home had everything we needed. Do not bring a thing! As foodies, it was the perfect getaway as the pantry and kitchen were so well stocked. As we stayed over Christmas, Denise and her family left candy canes and a box of complementary chocolates and a little Christmas gift for the kids. It was so kind and so thoughtful. Denise was easy to communicate with and we had a fantastic time!

"The views are better than we expected and the fireworks on New year's Day were amazing. The house was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. Thanks to Denise and Robert for a wonderful holiday home and great communication which made things easy. This house is amazing and our 3 children were very comfortable and happy here. Beautiful house with wonderful view
This is a gorgeous large house with a great view to the water. I loved everything about it - but will note that when I booked the map showed the house right next to the water. It’s a good 20min walk away, which was fine for us, but something to consider if you are booking based on what the map was showing you. Had such a wonderful time and will certainly book here again!

Great holiday house overlooking the bay. Plenty of space for a group of couples or a large family. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back for a long weekend next time! Denise was very accomodating and prompt to respond to questions.

A wonderful , comfortable ,relaxing property to stay at. We thoroughly enjoyed our time away. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. The garden was a wonderland for the kids to play safely in. Excellent Property!
The Dromana Bayside Escape house was awesome. Location was perfect. Minutes drive to Red Hill and surrounding Wineries, close to the Peninsula Hot Springs, Shops and the Beach. The views are AMAZING. We sat for hours on the beautiful decking looking out to Sea. The house was perfect for us and our family. The kids played safely outside all day on the large block. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean, neat and tidy and Living area more than comfortable for a family of 6. We'd definitely and happily rent this again
