We enjoyed staying in this wonderful house with many fun amenities.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood with a gorgeous backyard and games room that our grandson's enjoyed. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were very well stocked. Definitely recommend paying to have the pool heated. The spa runs on an app and at first that worked really well. Then it wouldn’t pump even though the app said it was working on our end and the owners app as well. He came and fixed it the next day. That was great we could use it again. But when we turned it on again later it didn’t pump again. The owner communicated that it was working on his end but it wasn’t. We always looked forward to a relaxing soak at night so this was disappointing. Other than that we were very pleased with this home.

We had a great stay at this property! Lots to keep the kids occupied and the pool was lots of fun too! We had an issue with the electrical outlets in the kitchen and it was fixed immediately, amazing property manager!

This was a great location, very centrally located :) We enjoyed our stay & the amenities on site.

Very impressed with the well equipped kitchen. Had all the necessities even a variety of spices& cooking oil. The game room was a hit with our kiddos. We did have a large group and could have used a few more towels but we washed them as we used them. Overall stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed visiting outside by the fire pit and hot tub.

The property is just as described. Tons of things to do in the house and yard for the whole family. Minutes away from old town Encinitas and the Moonlight Beach. Easy access to the freeway to go into San Diego or even up to Disneyland (60-90 minutes, depending on traffic). Highly recommend.

The house was amazing. Came in for son’s bootcamp graduation and it was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. Had everything we enjoy as a family right in one house so we felt that we could enjoy and not have to leave to do things! Only thing is the wording on the pool info. Pool was 67* and in the book it says they heat to 85* but when we turned on the heat to the pool we were called by owner to make sure we were good with the daily fee for heating. We were not so shut it down. The hottub was small but nice to have!

One of the most fun properties we’ve stayed in! We loved this place. I grew up in the area and wanted to bring my family for a visit. Great location not too far from the beach, close to shopping, groceries, etc. loved the pool, thought it was worth the extra to heat it our kids spent hours in it every afternoon. Loved the garage with all the fun games, loved having plenty of seating so we could watch tv at night. Probably the most well appointed kitchen I’ve ever seen, it had every little thing we needed. Especially appreciated kid specific plastic dishes. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back. I was nervous about neighbors because kids can just be loud in a pool by nature but we wrapped it up early at night and had no problems.

The property exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, excellent amenities and ambience.

Our stay at the Encinitas Family escape was really fun. We went to the beach, and enjoyed all of the supplies provided! The kids had a blast in the playroom, and the pool, and the putting green was quite the treat! All the perfect touches for a lovely family vacation!

Well maintained and extremely well equipped house had something for everyone. Management replies were immediate and we were very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We had three families gathered for a birthday celebration and this house did not disappoint. The pictures are completely accurate. It had great gathering spaces for everyone. The pool and game room were perfect for adults and kids alike. The house is well stocked and well appointed. We didn't feel like anything was missing. The location is great as well, close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to multiple coffee shops! We had a fantastic stay and would recommend this house to anyone.

The kids had lots to do and they loved it! The pool and hot tub were awesome! Communication with Mo was great! Had lots of fun! Great location- close to restaurants and grocery store.

We stayed at here with our three kids (3.5, 2, and 3 mos). It was perfect as it has a game room, more than enough space, and a pool with a fence around it. The house is equipped with everything you need (from the kitchen to a pack n play, high chair, and booster seat to beach chairs and toys). Everything was clean and well taken care of!

Our family of eight stayed here for a week. The neighborhood was quiet and lots of shopping nearby. The house was clean, well cared for and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The only small complaint would be the dishwasher is dated. We all enjoyed the game room but the absolute best was the back yard. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Mo was an excellent host, responding quickly to our inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation. We loved our stay and would rent this house again.

This property was incredible. It was way more than we could have ever expected. There was plenty of room, the home was more than well-stocked, the location was incredible, and the list goes on. My kids enjoyed the game room, pool, and backyard even more than we could have expected. Communication from the host was excellent and provided all info that we could have ever needed. Would recommend this property to any family looking for a home for a family vacation.

We stayed here with two of our grown children and their families (3 toddlers under 2). As reviews have stated, the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. There was nothing we needed and couldn’t find. Mo was very attentive to our needs and answered any requests or texts promptly. We had the pool heated and the temperature was very pleasant. The fence around the pool was a must with toddlers. Lots of beach chairs and pool toys. The mattress in the master was a bit hard, and also the mattress on the lower bunk was apparently uncomfortable. However, overall, it was most enjoyable and we hope to return soon! Great location! Thank you!

Renting, check in and check out process was easy. The host was extremely responsive when we had questions. The house is well stocked with pots, pans, spices and toys and games for the kids! The arcade garage was heaven for the kids (and adults) and we swam in the pool and hot tub every day. Great location, close to the beach, legoland etc. lots of bedrooms and sleeping configurations and the outdoor fire pit and putting green were loads of fun! We loved staying here!

This property was fantastic for our whole family. There were plenty of games and sports equipment to use to keep everyone busy and having fun. Plenty of room as well. The kids enjoyed it as much as the adults!

Great home for kids and adults, good communication

This experience was perfect from the beginning. Such a great home for family to be entertained. The location was perfect, a residential neighborhood, with easy access! The home was stocked with all needs(soap, shampoo, body wash, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc), there was also plenty of towels and beach/pool towels. The game room (garage) and backyard were perfect, also the pool table was a hit. We loved the gas grill, outside fire, and open kitchen. This made entertainment and meals perfect. The host was very accommodating and communicated. I would rent this house again next time we head to the San Diego area.

Our group of two families- (4 adults and 5 kids ages 4-10) had such a great time at this home! The backyard oasis is where we spent most of our time! The game room was also a huge hit with all of the kiddos. The owners were great and very responsive when I couldn't figure out how to heat the hot tub. (it was so easy :-) ) The location was also perfect for us- close to the beach and many restaurants. I highly recommend this home!!

The house is nice and spacious. Backyard has a lot to do. If it's cold out the pool costs a minimum of $375 to heat (for only 3 days) and goes up from there. Hot tub was nice and quaint. Unable to walk to anything so if you have a large group have more than one rental so you can split up. The nearest beach is rocky & beautiful for adults. The teens wanted sandy beaches further south toward San Diego. The owner had good communication. The kitchen had all the appliances one could want. Keurig too!

Great Location close to grocery store and some restaurants. Easy access to the beach too. Game room is awesome!

We loved all the sports activities, which are mostly in the garage. Kitchen had some spices and oils for cooking. Plenty of towels and detergent for washing, rooms were big, beds comfortable, lots of board games as well. Downsides include no very few sports TV channels, and the hot tub which is actually a tiny corner of the pool, and had to be heated up with an app I had to download and would only work when in the WiFi at the house (as opposed to a dedicated hot tub always hot so no planning needed) and auto-turned off after an hour or so.

A good time was had by all. Everything we needed was provided. The kids especially loved all of the games that were provided.

Honestly, we didn't "want" for anything at this house. They had it all and plenty of stuff to replenish items as well, if needed. There ended up only being seven of us so we had ample room. My kids loved the game room and the pool table. There is a TV in all but on bedroom and one on the main floor and downstairs if that is something you are looking for as well. They have a lot of board games too. They had beach towels, five beach chairs, five or more boogie boards, a cooler, and an umbrella you can use. There is a fun fire pit, spa (attached to pool) and of course the pool. If you don't heat it, be prepared for it to be cool. It said it was in the 70's but my kids thought it was too cold. If the temps outside aren't above 70, I would pay to heat it. We had a ton of fun in the spa though and it stays very warm. There was a lot of other outdoor stuff you can do too. The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much everything you would want. It is about a five minute walk from restaurants, grocery stores (Ralph's and Trader Joe's). Overall, it was great and the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a nice stay here- especially because of all the fun games and amenities that supplied endless entertainment! We even went to the beach and were supplied with chairs, umbrella and cooler! The house could use some improvement in beds. The bunk beds were horribly wobbly and my kids were scared to sleep in them. The guest mattresses were really hard and uncomfortable (and also wobbly). While we enjoyed the garage full of games, it would get very hot in there, and there isn't any air conditioning. The owner told us the garage doors are out of order and so we couldn't open them for fresh air. Adding a fan or any kind of cooling mechanism is needed. We stayed here during peak baseball and football season, and the TV's do not have any kind of subscription availability to watch live games. Unless you have your own YouTube TV account you can log into, it's a bummer to not have that option. We only have Hulu TV which doesn't allow us to log into live games on a random TV. Lastly, while the owner always responded very quickly to our questions or requests, I found his tone to be really condescending and sometimes just downright rude. It didn't get in the way of our stay, but just something to be aware of if you are a sensitive soul!

This place has everything you need! Close to San Diego and very close to local beaches which were a hit!! A lovely, clean property! Thanks for a great trip!!!
