The townhome is clean, lot of extras (kitchen, bathrooms) and easy to have family over for dinner and use real plates and silverware. Location is perfect to get to Jacksonville, Central Point or Eagle Point. The home is comforable, easy to use the TV and wifi works great. The host responds to any questions with a timely manner. We would stay there again and we highly recommend the place. Thank you! It was wonderful!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this cute home. We loved all the special touches like a bottle of wine and cheese and crackers. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was great and we will definitely be back again next year!

This is by far one of the nicest VRBO homes we visited. We use VRBO several times a year, often for long term visits (3-4 weeks). The house was clean, modern and one of the best stocked homes we have enjoyed. They should all be this nice.
The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We felt safe during our stay. It is close to a main highway and several stores and restaurants. The attached garage was just the right size for a Ford Edge we rented, it was great being able to park inside. (The driveway is a bit steep)
Everything inside was clean and well maintained. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the yard, but it was a nice, fenced in area.
Communications with the host were also great. Quick responses any time we had a question.
I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

The duplex was amazingly clean and the decorating was so much fun with elephants and llamas featured in bedrooms and bathrooms.
There is a small patio with tall table and stools plus some regular outdoor chairs with lots of green plants and a wonderful rose bush.
There was a garage with washer and dryer and again very clean.
The area was all family homes and convenient to shopping.
A great place to stay and relax.

This home is a 5 minute drive to my daughter's home so it was super convenient to go back and forth. It had everything we needed including welcome snacks and a lovely selection of red, white & rose'!
The beds were very comfortable.
I sure hope it's available the next time the whole family has a celebration in Medford!

Extremely clean and well decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex. It had everything we could want plus lots of personal extras, nice reception when we arrived and thoughtful present for our son. I think it will be near impossible to fine as nice a place for the money spent.

This was a great place for us to stay with easy access to what we were doing. We were delighted with the comfort, the delightful decor, how well-stocked it was, and we even had a garage! We went to the Camelot Theater in Talent and saw a great performance of Something Rotten. We will stay here again if it is available!

I live 3 hours away from Medford & will be relocating to the area in retirement and need a place to stay as I familiarize myself with the area and make arrangements for my move. Kathie & her team provide a cozy place to stay. It's clean, well stocked and in a fantastic location when exploring Medford and the surrounding areas. I'll be staying again!

This is our second time staying here. It is so comfortable and in such a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed using the back yard this visit. Kathy is such a great host. She has made this a home away from home!

Host Kathie was very nice and easily approachable. Property was i n nice residential area . It was easy to get on Crater Lake highway, to various towns and Ashland. We enjoyed our week visiting various attractions in the area.

Our minivan fit in the garage, a big plus because we were finishing a long trip and didn't want to unpack everything. We took a day trip to Crater Lake NP, a bit of a drive but it was nice to overnight in the suburbs. Comfortable beds, everything works. The back patio and small yard were also nice.
