The city Cagliari was very interesting and the situation of the App was best. Gas ofen function was very unstatisfied, the balcon was big enoug and sunny. Our flight was very bad delayded and it was difficult to get contact with the owner. But mostly good.

We loved the two levels of terrace that looked out on the city and waterfront. Central location and quiet. Elevator was welcomed given it’s penthouse floor. Many very good restaurants within blocks. Overall a very good place to stay while in this city.

Die Lage der Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Cagliari ist hervorragend. Alles liegt quai vor der Haustür; das Higlight der Wohnung ist die Terasse mit Rundblick auf den Hafen und die charmanten Altstadgassen. Wer zu Kompromissen mit Raum und Komfort in einem historischen Gebäude bereit ist, findet alles was man braucht. - Der Aufenthalt in der letzten Septermberwoche war immer noch praller Sommer mit Graden um die 30. Abends ab 20 Uhr füllen sich spontan die charmanten, engen Altstadtgassen bis in die späten Abenstunden, um das überaus reichhaltige Angebot der Gastronomie von Osteria bis Rinstorante zu genießen - das pralle Leben! - Arividerci Cagliari Maria und Manfred

Die Übergabe erfolgte problemlos und professionell. Die Unterkunft mit Aufzug (!) liegt in der 3. Etage. Sie ist klimatisiert, aber durch viele Fenster auch gut belüftbar. Aus unserer Sicht ist sie sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist belebt, es gibt viele Straßenrestaurants. Praktisch ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof (regelmäßige Züge zum Airport für 1,30 Euro) und Busbahnhof (Busse zum Poetto Strand)

Wir haben unsere Woche in dem liebevoll renovierten Appartment sehr genossen. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, wir haben sogar Grundzutaten in der Küche vorgefunden. Die Terrassen bieten einen wunderbaren, verschwiegenen Entspannungsraum, sodass man sowohl bei Tage, aber besonders auch am Abend in traumhafter Atmosphäre seinen eigenen Platz in dieser lebendigen Altstadt hat. So konnten wir hier den sardischen Alltag genießen, Ausflüge an Strand und ins Umland machen und die überall sichtbaren historischen Aspekte der Stadt erkunden. Schöne Cafés und Restaurants sind viele zu finden, genauso wie kleine Mini-Markets mit frischem Obst und Gemüse und allem, was man so braucht. Wir wurden gut empfangen und eingeführt, die Vermieterin war sehr entgegenkommend. Besonders schön für uns war, dass die Bilder an der Wand wirklich gut ausgesucht waren. Wir auf jeden Fall haben uns sehr an ihnen erfreut. Insgesamt also sehr empfehlenswert! Nachtrag: Vielleicht ist noch interessant, dass die Terrassenmöbel seit den Fotos deutlich aufgewertet wurden. (Liegestühle, schöne Bank, Esstisch mit Stühlen, Beistelltische, schöne Kissen)

Perfekte Location in der Marina, nahe von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shopping und Restaurants und angenehmes Entspannen auf den beiden Dachterassen

Situation idéale, appartement lumineux et confortable. Par rapport au descriptif pas de TV ni de lecteur CD, ce qui ne nous a pas manqué. L'équipement de cuisine gagnerait en confort avec un petit four ou un micro-ondes et un grille-pain. Accueil sommaire par la personne qui nous a remis les clés, la propriétaire étant absente. Appartement glacial à notre arrivée (température extérieure de 5°C); 24h de chauffage nécessaires avant d'avoir une température acceptable; heureusement la température extérieure s'est rapidement améliorée... et nous avons profité un peu de la terrasse, malgré la saison. Consignes et conseils utiles et pratiques par écrit, trouvés en arrivant. Bonne literie, pièce de vie très agréable.

The apartment had everything we needed, except a kettle. Great to spend time on the sun terrace. Fantastic restaurants on the doorstep. Ines was very easy to communicate with and flexible about our check in when our flight was delayed.

This apt is exactly as described. Full of light and very comfortable, the living area is plenty large enough for a couple. The bedroom is somewhat small but to the living area's benefit, so this was not a factor. Ines (owner/manager) has equipped the apartment with the important items most travelers require as well as many thoughtful extras which only come from experience. As well, she was helpful, honest and extremely pleasant to deal with from the moment we made contact until the last day. In the heart of the Marina district, you simply have to walk out the front door to be among countless cafes, restaurants and shops. The two terraces are better than any photo can depict. Coupled with the great management and comfort of the apartment, you can't go wrong. We would definitely stay here again.

Ich möchte nicht die bereits gelobten Aspekte wiederholen -es ist alles tatsächlich so gut und angenehm, wie beschrieben. Was bisher noch nicht erwähnt wurde: Ein Bäcker ist im Haus gegenüber. Wenn man 10 Minuten Fussmarsch in Kauf nimmt, gibt es auch kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe des Bahnhofs.

We booked this apartment for a winter retreat during Xmas and New Year Period. We could not be happier with this apartment. The apartment is located on a quiet street just 2 blocks from Via Roma (which is the main street of Cagliari) and only 1 block from Via Sardegna which has lots of restaurants and places to eat. The building is renovated and it has a lift that takes you directly to the 3rd floor where this apartment is located. You get into the apartment and there is a hall where you can hang your jackets, leave your shoes or suitcases and a small desk. Then you climb one floor up using the stairs (private stairs = it is still within the apartment) and you get into a quite spacious living area, with a kitchen and a dining table. Though the design is far from being fancy it is super comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen is great for cooking your breakfast or light dinner. We ended up arriving during one of the coldest week in Cagliari so we hardly used the terraces, but they are both really incredible with great views over the city. The bedroom is small with a closet and the bed was comfortable. Luckily there are shutters at the apartment and the bedroom so you have fully dark bedroom in case you want to sleep after sunrise (the apartment is really sunny). Note that there is a church really next to the apartment and they ring the bells at least twice every morning. Quite annoying as you wake up at 07:30 every day but it was not such a big nuisance after all. All in all a great, clean, comfortable apartment on a great location and with a very friendly host. Ines was super kind and sent us recommendations before our arrivals about what to do during NYE and though we haven't met her personally (she was travelling to Germany during XMAS), her replacement, Federico was there to help us with the check in. Cagliari is a super nice city and the island of Sardinia is beautiful with great long beaches, impressive landscape and warm, friendly people. Food on the Island is mainly Italian/Sardinian Cuisine which is very good and simple (though after a week, I could not see pasta or beefsteaks anymore - it seems that all restaurants have the same menu) Thanks again Ines. When I come back again to Cagliari I would definitely stay again at your beautiful apartment!

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely apartment. The flat is filled with light and there are spectacular views in all directions from the two terraces. Just being outside among the rooftops in the glorious sunshine, seeing so much sky, will definitely be the strongest memory we have of our holiday here. Some days we would linger on the upper terrace for two hours after breakfast, just reading. We received a very warm welcome from the owner of this apartment and really appreciated the list of recommendations that she provided for restaurants, cafes and shopping. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very nicely furnished. The building has been recently renovated and it has a lift. We didn’t have a car and found this flat ideally placed for getting about by public transport. It is only 10 minutes’ walk from both the railway station and the bus station. The building is on a quiet street and the apartment is very peaceful. We slept really well here. There are lots of places to eat in the streets around the apartment and it is only two blocks away from the main street, Via Roma, which runs in front of the marina. We enjoyed taking an evening stroll along the front and watching the sun set beyond the yachts in the marina. Our holiday was filled with special moments. We spent a week in Cagliari and enjoyed it so much that we didn’t go beyond the city limits. In addition to the excellent recommendations left by the owner, we enjoyed watching the flamingos in the salt marshes of the Molentargius park, shopping for food in the San Benedetto market, admiring the bronzetti in the archaeological museum, swimming from Calamosca beach, walking through the wild flowers and fragrant bushes of the Sant’Elia headland, meandering through the winding streets of Castello, visiting the Galleria Communale d'Arte, walking through the pretty Giardini Publici and eating our way through a plate of mixed Sardinian cakes accompanied by a wonderfully scented mirto. We enjoyed this apartment very much indeed. It is a great place to stay!
