We had a terrific family vacation at this property. Lots to see and do in the area and the home is great and very relaxing.

The view was amazing, location was great, size of home was perfect. Super clean with all the amenities needed! Be careful using the driveway, our car is larger so we just backed up the driveway. Easy check in & out, friendly management. Would love to come back!

This cabin has everything you need! Views, beautifully decorated, several areas to stay warm with fire pits etc! We absolutely loved it here and will definitely return!!

Beautiful place! We had a great time house was clean plenty of Blankets towels and kitchen utensils. Property has wild flowers all around great views! Will be booking again next year for sure. Not one complaint about anything.

This place was excellent! We stayed for 5 days and had a blast!! The amount of space in the House was incredible. Large bedrooms with really comfortable beds. The views from the back porch were incredible, quiet and the weather was terrific. Everything you need in Town was only 10 minutes away. Cooked on the grill several times, made meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and ate out several times at some great restaurants in town. Ready to book again next year!!

We would absolutely stay here again! We loved the kitchen, gas fireplace, and the beautiful deck to look out at the mountains.

It would be hard to beat the beautiful vistas from the deck of this well appointed home. We found it comfortable and spacious. The master bedroom, bath, and closet are large with king bed, large dresser, bedside chests, lamps, armoire ( which held extra bedding), t v and 2 arm side chairs. Double sinks in master bath and drawer space were nice features. Large jetted tub but small separate shower. There are two guest bedrooms, comfortable but small with a shared bath, also small. An upstairs bonus room with comfortable sofas provides a half bath as well. There were some minor maintenance issues need to be addressed. Overall it was very comfortable and functional. Access to the garage was a real plus.

We enjoyed the property very much. It was just as presented on the website. We especially enjoyed the pastoral setting. The only negative thing I can say is that the driveway was a little too narrow and hard to negotiate for my full-size truck.

Gorgeous, clean home nestled in the breath taking Smoky Mountains in Banner Elk. Kitchen very well stocked if you like to cook & great restaurants 10 mins away if you prefer to eat out. A variety of hiking trails are close by and Banner Elk and Smoky Mountain vineyard all within 10-15 minutes from the chalet. Everything worked properly. Home owners and house manager responsive and answered all questions. A perfect experience to take in the stunning mountain views.

It was a awesome view and love the place and the private movie room 👌🏻 the only thing We didn’t like was that it’s like 45 min. Away from Boone or any activities

This property was over all amazing. Amazing mountain views. It rain most of our stay but we enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the view. Tye house was amazing had everything you need to have a good stay. Recommend everyone to visit here. Property manager was amazing as well. We be booking again in January.

Property was very secluded with a great view. House has very good bones and the location is perfect. Super quiet neighborhood and beds were quite comfortable. Nice enough outdoor space. Jetted tub in the master was wonderful! Overall I would give it a 4 out of 5 but it could be a 5 with a few updates and a little TLC. The check in process was a little "wacky" as the key code didn't work at all. We called someone from the "evolve" team but never got a response. One of the things we like about VRBO is typically we deal with the owner of the property but apparently "Evolve" is more of a property manager. It just was not the same pleasant experience that we have come to expect from VRBO.

We had a great time at this property. Everything was clean and orderly, the manager was appropriately attentive, and the property was as described. Most of all, our spirits were elevated by the majestic and serene setting. Just what we hoped for. Thanks!

It was a wonderful place to stay

The only problem we encountered was the indoor fireplace did not work the last 2 days of our stay. Other than that, it was a stellar vacation with gorgeous weather!

Perfect weekend getaway! We enjoyed local wineries, long walks, fires in the pit and on the porch! Would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our time at High Gravity. The house was exactly as advertised, the check in was easy, the view was beautiful, and we really hated to leave. The whole process was easy and seamless. We will definitely be back.

Very clean home with great amenities. Watching the deer from the porch while drinking my morning coffee was the best part. Would definitely stay in this home again.

This property surpassed our expectations. The views were breathtaking. The property was clean and quite comfortable. We has a small glitch with the coffee maker and the property manager took care of the issue immediately and to our full satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family and would book it again if the opportunity arose.

Beautiful location, & house

My friends and I take a mountain trip every winter and we very much enjoyed this cabin. The location is convenient to Banner Elk and the ski slopes. The cabin was very nice and as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and will stay in this property in the future.

We rented this house for my wife’s ski trip birthday weekend. It was everything we were looking for and more. Gorgeous views and excellent access to both ski resorts. Will definitely come back.

One of the nicest places we have stayed at. Everything in the house was first class. The owners were the nicest people we have encountered. We would highly recommend to anyone who is considering a rental. We will be back.
