Our stay at this property ticked all the boxes for a perfect, much-needed quick getaway from the Atlanta area. The long-distance views of the mountains are beautiful and constantly changing, especially when storms are rolling through. We saw some stunning sunsets (the cabin is aptly named "Sunset Mountain Cabin," after all!) The private, inground, saltwater pool and the hot tub in a screened-in porch were highlights, providing nice options for relaxation. And the ping pong table, basketball game, and magnetic darts added a fun touch to our days. We also loved relaxing and watching the Olympics on the smart TV.
The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our food. We enjoyed making our own meals and never felt the need to go out to eat because the view from the property was so captivating. Butterflies and hummingbirds abound. We even saw deer and their fawns!
Of note: The home has three levels and we actively used all three. We slept on the top floor, dined and lounged on the main floor, and enjoyed the hot tub and games on the bottom floor. There are two staircases in the house, and there are stairs that lead down to the pool. Keep this in mind if you have any issues with stairs. We are very active 50ish-year-olds and had no problem with the stairs at all.
Overall, this property provided everything we needed for a memorable and relaxing stay. We are already looking forward to going back!

Even better than listing shows. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the pool and fire pit. We got to see a deer come up to the fence and stay there for a while when we were in the pool. So cool!!

Great place. Only problem was wi fi wasn’t strong for teams calls so had to go to town to do work. Other than that great property

Beautiful views, well stocked and easy access to Helen. This place was just as listed and was perfect for our group of six. The downstairs was perfect for the kids to have their own space. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and games as well.

The mountain side views were amazing. The rooms were better than anticipated with the basement activities and the overall bedroom selections. The outside deck was sizeable with plenty of seating for our family of 6. The pool was great with lounge chairs available. The kitchen area was more than adequate and the open concept for the living area and dining area was great for our family to enjoy.

We had a wonderful time together! The home captured sunsets, laughs, games, pool time, good food and accommodating space for 3 couples and a grand! So close to activities in Helen and Cleveland. The host was very welcoming and available for questions at all times. I highly recommend!!

Wonderful cabin. Had a few initial issues but the owner was very responsive and really cared about making our stay the best. BEAUTIFUL view and cabin was in a great location.we really enjoyed sleeping in the upstairs loft and waking up to the views from both the bedroom and the bathroom....full 180 view! Thank you for such a great stay!

I Definitely Would Stay Here Again. I Choose This Cabin Because It Wasn't To Far From Gainesville Hospital Which Is Where I Had My Surgery. I Needed Early Checkin And Sam Worked With Me To Make It Possible. Quick To Respond And Very Welcoming. The View Was Just Icing On The Cake.

Had a great stay for two couples in this comfortable home. Was centrally located to the numerous wineries in the area and Tantrum brewing. Yes, this was a drinking trip and not a hiking trip! The kitchen was well stocked and we used everything for breakfasts and dinners eating in. The hot tub was great - nice and hot! The pool area looked great - we didn't use it being out of season on our trip.

House has stunning views and was close by to everything we needed. Pool was super fun and host was accommodating and helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Drive up to the cabin was a little scary at night, but that's because I'm not used to driving in the mountains.

Excellent stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The listing was just as described, and we took advantage of everything it had to offer. We spent one day in Helen right down the road, grilled every night, and swam everyday!! I was thrilled to see a Momma deer with her baby one morning in the backyard. We will definitely be back!

Best of both worlds! Being in the mountains! Amazing views from cabin! Having your own private pool! Being near Helen and also small town Cleveland. We had a blast making memories!

The house was a little outdated with the decorations and interior of the house. The cleanliness of the house was not as I would have expected for the price we paid. . Thought it was a little extreme that if you were to use over 2 trashbags that you would be charged $10 a bag...Overall it was a good trip though! Wouldnt book this house again though.

We had the absolute best time! This cabin is peaceful and secluded with amazing views! It is very close to several great hiking trails, waterfalls, and restaurants. We enjoyed hiking in the morning and lounging at the pool in the afternoon. The pool was fantastic! The property was clean, beds were comfortable, communication was great! We hope to do this again!
