Our family has been vacationing at Lake Okoboji for over 40 years, and this property was really nice due to its proximity to the main hotel and pool area. The condo had just the right amount of space for our family of 4 and the property owner was available and responsive to requests. All in all, a very nice experience.

Definitely would stay here again as we come annually for a family reunion. Very clean and nicely furnished. The only item of improvement would be the master bed. Very very soft to the point of being uncomfortable at times.

Nice accommodations but right away we noticed the unit wasn't very clean. Kitchen floor was sticky. Lots of areas needed dusting. It was like the high points were hit but not detailed. There was a light bulb out in master fan and in the laundry room. There were no hangers in the closets - perhaps those get taken by guests. Perhaps the unit had not been rented the week before but the toilets needed freshened. Kitchen was supplied adequately but one of the pans needs replaced as its finish is chipping off. The beds were not $800/night quality. Beds/quality sleep is crucial in the hospitality industry. They could use a refresh. For the master we removed the thick foam pad and purchased cotton sheets at Walmart and slept better after the first night. The sheets on the beds are man made/polyester and do not breathe so this in addition to foam pad + waterproof mattress pad cover made sleep impossible the first night. The other two bedrooms could use a bigger fan in them. Of course ideally a ceiling fan would be best but hard to install at this point. The toilet seat in the master is loose also. We had a fun time and we were basically comfortable but for a high end priced stay in our opinion we think things could be spiffed up a bit. No doubt we will be back in future summers as it is a fun location!! Thank you.

We chose to stay here for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The location was great and the space worked well for us. Some of the basic supplies hadn’t been replenished for our stay but Kristin was quick to respond and get us what we needed. The grill was in tough shape so we were not able to use that, but all other kitchen supplies were there and in good shape. We made good use of the waterpark passes and had a good time! We really enjoyed the proximity to the waterpark and restaurants. Overall a great stay!

The original property had list a deck/patio that was available. Approximately 7-10 days before the date of our stay, I was informed the the deck would most likely not be available due to construction. We had looked forward to sitting outside of our unit and enjoy time with our family. That was a big disappointment.

The condo was very nice. The kitchen utensils were pretty sparse. It was a great location! Wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have used the outdoor pools.

The condo is very nice and clean, and the location was great for our family. Kristin was very responsive and a great host. We would happily stay here again!

The location was ideal for us. We spent a lot of time at the water park. Since we were a large group and had two condos not having the deck wasn’t ideal. Also at 7:00 in the morning they are working and we had no shades so no privacy. Looking in at us. I really think I should have been offered a discount. The bath mat was filthy as well as the master bedspread. You wouldn’t want to run the ceiling fan with the layer of dust.

This condo was perfect for our family and my friends family to stay at with 4 littles ranging from 1-8 years old. Was very close to the bridges bay pools, easy to access, nice to be able to cook some meals there vs eat all meals out. Property manager helpful and answered any questions we had prior to and after booking! Highly recommend!

Roomy 3 bedroom condo set up with large family room and kitchen. Comfortably fit our two families consisting of four adults and four kids ages six and under. Had a great time at the water park and pool and loved having restaurants within walking distance with views of the lake.

This condo was extremely disappointing compared to the other condo that our group rented. Bed in master bedroom had a very thick foam pad, assuming it was there because of a bad mattress, my wife still has a backache. We had three couples and there is seating for five in the living room.
Checking out: the other condo was able to lock up and walk away. This condo has a long list of cleaning up duties that you have to do before leaving and it still includes an excessive cleaning fee. This includes taking out trash, washing towels and putting them in dryer while putting bedding in washer etc etc etc.
How was their cleaning service? I have pictures of black mold in the shower.
Five star evaluation for our other condo, two star evaluation for this one.

We were able to get away for a last minute trip with the kids. We knew they would enjoy the water park, and this property is a great spot to access all the things that the resort has to offer. Host is an excellent communicator, we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location for the water park and the owner was very responsive to the few questions that I did have. Place was clean; only small downfall was the king bed was not the most comfortable and there was a blind missing on our patio bedroom door. Would stay again - No Hesitation!

Really enjoyed our stay! Condo is close to both pools and access to restaurants. Parking no issue. Kristin stayed in constant contact when we had questions. Love being at top of steps and elevator close by. Would recommend and stay there again! Great trip!

Great location within resort!
We had a great stay at this property! The location is ideal for going to the resort pool. It was an easy walk each day. Sleeping arrangements were ideal for all ages and families. We had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating! We would definitely stay again!

The property is perfectly placed and easy to use. The owner is super responsive, but you really don’t need it as all the information is provided to you in advance and actually works! This is our third stay with them and we will be back!

Best of everything!
The condo is immaculate, very open & spacious with so much natural light and views of water park! Stayed with two young children who loved the bunk room and close proximity to zip line, water parks, and arcade. Those living room chairs are made for lounging during breaks from the activities. The blackout shades ensure the kids get a good night’s rest after being up well past their bed times! Literally everything you need is there - just bring food, toothbrushes, and swimsuits!
We stayed over the 4th of July. Went in with zero expectations and lots of patience expecting crowds to make it difficult to find space at the pools and restaurants. Not the case at all! Loved our outdoor dining experience at Bracco - such a beautiful setting with live music.
Caught fireworks right off the deck to the condo on July 3rd and took in all the July 4th festivities at Arnold’s Park and Preservation Plaza. Wow, that was spectacular!
With the condo being in the absolute perfect spot to enjoy all Bridges Bay & Arnold’s Park have to offer, we packed a lifetime of memories into just a few short days.
If you’re coming to Okoboji, this is THE place to stay!

Excellent stay
First time renting a condo in Okoboji, and the stay was great. 2 adults, 3 teens and 2 children; and it had plenty of room for all. Very clean and comes with everything you need, except food. :-) Also was the closest condo to Bridges Bay resort (1 min. walk). Owner responded almost immediately when questions were posed. Hope to get the same rental next year.

Great for family
Bridges Bay has something for everyone, from toddlers to adults of all ages. This property is spacious to accommodate our family. It is well-maintained, comfortable, nicely decorated. We would gladly stay here again.

First time.
The property was very good overall. This was our first visit to okoboji and we enjoyed the area. The kids loved the adjoining Waterpark.

Great get away for our family, time to just relax
Property was in a great location. It was short walking distance to the indoor/outdoor water park. We also enjoyed fishing off which was also a short distance away. We rented a boat and went on the lake, the rental place was about five minutes away.
Great eating places are close by.

Quiet Getaway
Good communication. Condo was nicely done and up to date decor. Due to the extra cleaning fee I expected it to be clean. Was disappointed in cleanliness upon arrival. This was the only negative of our stay.
