Nice quiet location backing to open space.

Our large group enjoyed this spacious, open home for three nights. Plenty of room for whole-group conversations in the downstairs living area. Many kitchen amenities helpful for our frequent cooking together. Outside pool/gas fireplace/table area is lovely. Pool didn't heat up to swimming temp, but it was January and could probably be adjusted with a call to the owner. Surrounding suburban area very relaxed. Would recommend and stay again if/when near Phoenix.

Lovely spacious house. Backyard area with gas fireplace and heated pool was just what we wanted! We had some water leakage from fridge and sink/dishwasher, so we weren't able to use the water dispenser from the fridge most of these weekend or the dishwasher the last day, but Doug was responsive, and I'm sure it was fixed for the next guests!

Great house. Loved everything about it. Doug the owner was very accommodating. The rental company on the other hand was not very informative and didn’t have some of the answer needed before renting. But the owner answered in a very timely manner.

Doug and Kathy were fantastic hosts. The house was just perfect for the nine of us. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and was in a great location for our day trip to the Grand Canyon. The pool was a huge hit with the three kids (ages 5, 8 and 11) and even the big kids loved it! :) We would definitely stay here again!

Everything is as described in the listing and the manager was easily reached by email for questions. Great pool and outdoor area. Well furnished kitchen. Good beds and showers. House has everything we needed.

Six of us for family reunion. We had more space than we could ever use. Kitchen is very well furnished with everything we needed. The lanai and pool area are great. The beds are very good as are the bath and showers. One note, there is only one bedroom on the first floor if you have a lot of seniors.

The house was as lovely as all the pictures. It was well-equipped both in the kitchen and with pool toys, towels and linens. The house was immaculate! Doug, the owner, was available to answer any questions or any problem that came up. The pool area and backyard were beautiful with the Sonoran Desert right beyond the fenced in yard. We really liked that the pool was fenced off from the rest of the backyard, allowing our grandchildren to be outside without fear of them falling in the pool. We loved this spot so much we have already booked it for 5 weeks next year!

We love this house. It is within 10 minutes either direction of 17S or 17N for an abundance of shopping, restaurants, activities and nightlife. It is well kept and the owners are so friendly and accommodating. It sleeps easily our group of 8 adults with room for more.

Had a very good experience. Owner very helpful and quick to respond. Location was very convenient for our needs and grocery and restaurants close by. Would stay again if in the area.

The house was clean and has enough space that we were able to all be there and not be on top of each other.

We rented this property specifically for the pool and patio looking for a quiet place to swim and relax. This property gave us that and more. 9 of us slept comfortably in the beds. There was plenty of space, though not necessarily all together. We ate several meals in the house on separate dining tables in two different rooms or out on the patio. There wasn't enough seating for everyone in front of the TV, but we didn't come to watch TV. We paid extra to heat the pool, which was totally worth it. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. We loved being on the outskirts of Phoenix, but were within a 30-40 minute drive to the variety of golf courses and restaurants in the area (go eat at Fuddruckers!).

The Tramonto house had everything we needed… more than enough spacious and comfortable bedrooms, three full baths and a perfect backyard swimming pool with plenty of floats to enjoy. Great hiking nearby but start early. Easy access to all places along I-17, too. Grocery stores and restaurants close along Carefree Highway.

Grill was filthy, bugs in shower light in mbr. No television cable...not able to watch local, national news

Everything was as presented. Very nice, clean, comfortable, functional and well appointed. Would certainly stay again!

Needed a place to plunk myself and some friends for a few days while visiting family. Well appointed kitchen, pool was in perfect condition, bedrooms/bathrooms all super clean and comfortable. About the only thing we had a little challenge with is the dishwasher. Finally discovered that if you turn it off, turn it on, then hit the start button (labeled as such) it's all good. Definitely will stay again if need the room.

O M G. Doug’s place is awesome! They have everything we needed. My family loved the house. We were in the pool every night! Getting ahold of the owner is easy! There was something wrong with the WiFi but it was resolved pretty quick. The AC upstairs didnt cool off the rooms that well, it may have been user error but everyone was still comfortable! We love this place ! We picked this house because we’ve stayed here before and the location!! We went to the Grand Canyon and the next day we checked out some museums in Phoenix. Finding food/markets was easy everything is just down the street. Neighborhood was nice. Thank you!!

We stayed 7 nights, 6 days. 4 days golfing, one doing nothing, and one to the G.Canyon. Great location for all the above. A.C. was not working. I texted owner and he was on it. Great place for 3 couples. bedrooms for 5 couples, but not enough bathrooms for that many adults.

Our family had a great time enjoying the pool and sunbathing deck. The property was in a quiet neighborhood but still accessible to many amenities nearby. The house was clean and had plenty of room to spread out.

We wanted something north of Phoenix in order to have closer access to Sedona and to not have to drive in Phoenix traffic to get everywhere. This was a great location for that. The house and outdoor space are exactly as advertised and pictured. The property was very clean upon our arrival. A large family or group of friends will have an amazing time here. The reasons I did not give 5 stars- 1)Dealing with the vacation rental company (property manager) was not easy. I sent several communications prior to our trip and never heard back directly on any of them. One was a request to heat the pool, which they never responded to but did charge me for, so I assume they get and read the messages, but I’m glad I did not have more pressing questions that needed an answer. And 2) The front door keypad is a nightmare. We obviously got in to the house after many, many attempts, but every single time we left and came home we waited outside trying to get the door open. To some this sounds like a minor inconvenience, but we have two teenage daughters who came home earlier than us from a dinner and ended up not being able to get into the house at all. We asked them to sit in their car while we came home early to help them open the door. It’s a safety issue how long it takes to open the front door! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this wonderful home.

The house was great and meet our expectations. The owners were willing to turn the pool heater on for us Minnesotans that think it is warm in Phoenix in January :)

Our overall experience was great. We enjoyed our stay. However check-in instructions regarding the front door lock should include that after you place your palm over the keypad you must push whichever numbers have lit up in order for the whole keypad to light up for door code entry.

Great house to get away to with friends. Convenient location to interstate, grocery, and restaurants.
