Im 48. Stock (mit coolem Hi-Speed-Aufzug) hat man nicht nur die ganze Stadt zu Füßen, sondern lässt auch deren Lärm weit weg. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster. Im großen und hellen Zimmer alles, was der Mensch braucht und von hoher Qualität. Das Continental Breakfast ist von hoher Qualität und sehr reichlich. Zum Essen geht man wohl am besten raus. Uber fährt reichlich, bequem und freundlich. Man kann sich aber auch im hoteleigenen Marketplace einen Bürger machen lassen: Sehr lecker. Personal ist supernett und hilfreich. Der Concierge ist der Hammer.

Lage extrem gut, Sauberkeit war top - Ausblick extrem gut. Betten sehr gut.
Das Frühstückskonzept ist etwas verwirrend aber gut. Das Personal wirkte auffallend oft genervt, das war für die USA auffällig, weil ungewohnt. Nachfragen und Bitten wurden komisch aufgenommen und eher überheblich beantwortet.

That parking was $50! And if we paid our spot wasn’t guaranteed if we left so we couldn’t leave in our car.

Sehr schönes Hotel, gut gelegen, um Seattle zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 40. Etage mit Fenstern zu zwei Seiten. Die Ausblicke waren traumhaft. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit genug Möglichkeiten, alles unterzubringen. Alles immer perfekt sauber. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen

Terrific new facilities, the gym was well maintained and stocked. Staff was superb. The lounge and breakfast exceeded expectations.
For a hotel chain of this caliber I would expect disposable slippers and bath robes in rooms.

If the hotel is hosting some kind of event like this week, the hotel should let customer know if their booking. When we living in the hotel, the elevator stops every floor to pick up these event customer with huge costume on( tail and fluffy head）. My room is at 25floor and we usually need 8-10 stops to get to first floor every single time! Very bad experience!

The price when booking through booking.com somehow only reflected for first night plus deposit and not the total of the entire duration of stay. This mislead me to think the total is affordable which in truth, much more expensive than I expected. When I discovered, I am already at the property and will lose the first night plus deposit if I decided to go to a different hotel

The Concierge was able to arrange transportation to/from the cruise terminal for us. It was so convenient and the car service was amazing. Also the beds were very comfortable.
