If you drive a full size truck, have allergies to dust & musty basements and value your toes, this is NOT the place for you. House is on a busy street with parking that is not great for a full size truck. Enter a sad looking home (very dirty on the outside, dirt and dandelions for the yard and the fence is leaning inward) and a strange smell hits you. There’s a lot of dust on the two plastic palm trees as well as under the tv. The door is filthy as well as the baseboards and window sills. I had the room in the basement closest to the outside exit door. It’s musty smelling down there, scary and there’s a piece of raised wood for the transition strip into the bedroom. If I did not remember to pick up my feet, I jammed my toes into the wood every time I entered the room. My friend was too scared to sleep in the other room in the basement. She slept on the porch that had a few bugs. It was funny that we were asked not to place the washed dishes back in the cupboard so they could be inspected for cleanliness.

Do not book here. I appreciate the desire to own a rental, but this place needs some SERIOUS WORK. Fence was falling down, yard was all weeks and Danielsons, smelled absolutely HORRIBLE inside. It looks like they just bought an old runs down house and slapped some paint and new linoleum inside and called it good. Carpet smelled like dog urine, bedrooms are in the BASEMENT where there is unfinished walls etc. all I could think of all night was what was crawling out of it. If you’re going to have a short term rental take some of that. $ and fix it up to the standards people expect. This place was like a little house of horrors. We could not wait to leave.

We liked the cabin. The location is close to a lot of the places we wanted to go. There was plenty of space for our family sleep. It was good overall.

Great little place to stay! Property was clean and comfortable, my dog loved spending time in the yard enjoying the beautiful weather (completely fenced in and safe for pets).
I was in Twin to visit my son who is attending college there, we spent each night at home BBQing rather than going out.

Property nice but had my husband come as planned he would have had trouble with the stairs!

We came in for a family function with our fur babies and options for our stay were limited. The cabin allowed pets so it was a good choice. The central air during the heat there made our stay very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

This home was a great stay. We came to Hwy 30 Music Fest with our daughters. The home is older and the layout was a little different, parking a little tight especially having a big truck and another car. The home was clean and put together, had all that we needed. Only suggestion I would make is maybe throwing up a long mirror or another mirror. 4 girls trying to get ready made it a little cramped in the bathroom. Other than that suggestion, we enjoyed it! We are pretty easy keepers though. Thanks for the stay, we will be back!

The exterior looks run down. Also, inside it was organized but had an incredibly awful odor that smelled like cat urine. It was so overbearing that we had to leave first thing in the morning after our first night and they did not offer a refund for the following night. The setup of the house is…interesting too. The only queen beds are in the basement, which is unfinished, has holes in the ground and exposed piping. The rooms in the basement also have minimal to no windows. The setup is not conducive to a cozy environment and the smell makes it unbearable especially for anyone with even small pet allergies.

It’s a cute little place, The fence gives you great privacy and keep the dog in the yard. Parking is tricky it’s off a busy road during the daytime hours, it Quiet down at night.

We went to Twin to see the light show at the Falls. The home was great, and there were no complaints from any one in our party. Cute decor!

Stayed over one night with my two dogs who loved the backyard and large house. Super comfy - the fireplace during the winter is awesome to use!

Great property, Cozy and was right down the road from our family. Really the only problem we had was the little bedroom upstairs was really cold at night. But we loved your property

The house was clean, and had everything we needed. Only 1 bathroom was not too bad for 5 of us. Everyone had their own bed, but 3 of the beds were in hallways. Not too big of a deal since I was traveling with teenagers.

Great location - near grocery store, coffee and restaurants. Cozy, clean and cool - beds were very comfortable, yard and house was large enough for my dogs to run around after a long drive. Kitchen had lots of cooking supplies. Clear, prompt communication with owner. Definitely recommend this to folks with or without pets, and hope to make this a regular stop on my travels!

We quite enjoyed this place. It was a little run down but it was nice and clean and in a nice area close to stores and restaurants. We would totally come back.

Paid $120 extra dollars and told host I had 5 people staying, only got 4 bath towels 1 roll of paper towels and 2 1/2 rolls of toilet pepper for 4 nights. Bugs everywhere and rooms are in basement were it’s very cold.
Wasn’t thrilled with what I paid vs what I received

We booked this home primarily because of the fenced yard for our dogs, however there were spaces around the bottom that our small dogs could escape. We were only there for the night, but the bathroom on the main level forced my husband to sleep in the laundry room to be close to the bathroom. I slept in my clothes on the living room couch. The basement bedroom was too creepy for me.

Checkin processes was great. However it is failed to be mentioned that 2 rooms are in the basement, which is unfinished. There are pipes visible, a cement floor, and behind 1 of the shower curtains down stairs there is an open hole in the floor. When attempting to get a refund for the stay because we were uncomfortable with the situation for our little one, the owner made jokes about the baby hanging from the pipes in the ceiling. Then when we asked for a refund she told us no, and then proceeded to show up at the property with her spouse to ask if we were leaving or not, to which point we did.

First lets be CLEAR the house is on a very busy Street!! The latch for the gate to enter the property was broken and difficult to open & close to enter the yard. Screen door on front of house very old & would not open properly to allow adequate ventilation thru the house. Needs to be replaced!
Master Bedroom was very small, dark & cold in Basement! No Bathroom down there either! Stairs were not Code, as were other steps in the house! Stairs were somewhat steep and uneven. There was only 1 Bed on the main floor in the Laundry room!!
In the
Bathroom there were NO Towel racks anywhere to hang damp towels. The Tub itself was old and did not look very clean with an old Vinal shower liner. The knobs for the H/C water were loose and a challenge to adjust. The Shower Head itself was old and cheap with a stinging feeling as the water hit your skin. The shower head had no ability to adjust the volume or the delivery of spray! Needs to be replaced along with Liner! Kitchen was ok, the dining room table & chair set was beautiful but the magnitude of the weight of each piece was a real challenge to move around! Very heavy to move or adjust on the carpet.
Important fact!!!
this house is NOT for older folks with any Disabilities.

It was a nice place for us we baked brownies cooked dinners and relaxed after hiking.

The property description was accurate, but the location is right off the main road, so it was tricky to find in the dark for the first time. The decorations inside were fun. The bathroom doubled as a hallway which was not our favorite. Things were generally clean but there were places (like around door handles or higher shelves) where there was dirt and dead bugs. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our short stay.

Place was comfortable, like that it had WiFi. Didn't like that I was charged a cleaning fee AND was expected to take out the trash and do the dishes. No kitchen towels available and no tissues. Someone had a cat in the home at some point; we are both very allergic to cats and would have appreciated a warning so we could be prepared.

Stacie is very helpful. Every time I reached out she promptly answered me back. So far we have stayed two out of three of her properties, and both of them were very clean and spacious enough for me and my family. in fact, we will be coming back down in May and are planning on renting another one of her houses. Thank you again Stacie

Property is charming. Old, but its clean and comfortable. We used the bedrooms downstairs and did not mind that bathroom was upstairs. Loved that the property is fenced, it was perfect for our dog.

My husband and I stayed at this cute little house/cabin during Thanksgiving and we were both pleased. We have been going to Twin Falls for several years since my father in law lives there and this is the first time we did a VRBO but now that we have a dog I wanted to find something pet friendly. This house fit all our needs and the other family members who came to town ended up hanging out with us at the house and they also found it comfortable. We read about the basement being cold all the time but first off it is a basement so it will always be a few degrees cooler but with the furnace set upstairs the basement was quite comfortable for us sleep. I was able to prepare 95% of Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen since it was so roomy and the bar was ample counter space. The only two downfalls were the parking but the family who came over just parked in the alley or the empty lot and the bathroom being in the middle of the house, but it is a 1920 house so things were built differently then. Oh I noticed that some people added in their reviews that the neighborhood was sketchy, it isn't sketchy by any means, it is just an old neighborhood. Some people keep their yards immaculate and some don't but the traffic from Addison Ave can not be heard while in the house. We will definitely rent this place again when we go back to Twin.

This was a perfect place to stay the night in such a convenient location! The house was spotless and it was very clear every effort was made to make it as welcoming as possible. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great place. Well stocked with very convienent items much like a high end hotel. Loved the fenced in yard. I have a service dog and this place was perfect. We walked to downtown town as it is less than 1 mile and a pleasant walk. Thank you for the oatmeal too!

This was the worst VARBO I have stayed at, since 2010. We were attacked by wasps, a 4 year old and an adult were bitten. The house was infested with ants and spiders, we killed 15 spiders in the lower back bed room alone in just 5 days. One type of spider was the Brown Recluse, we killed two of them.

I'll preface this review that we only spent one night here whilst passing through and checked in late. It was doable, but do not recommend, especially for long stays.
Pros:
-Host had good communication for check-in.
-It was relatively clean, but did have an older, smokey home smell.
-Had the amount of rooms that we needed.
-Had a fence which is nice if you come with pets.
-Ample toiletries and stuff to shower.
-Coffee and oatmeal provided. BYO sugar and milk.
-Close to attractions and shopping.
Cons:
-The listing doesn't specify that most of the bedrooms are downstairs. There seems to be an AC issue because the upstairs felt comfortable but the basement was so cold. There were no extra blankets and we all had to layer to sleep. I can't even imagine how it must feel down there in the winter.
-Spiders: the basement was full of spiders. Highly suggest they get it sprayed. It made it super hard to sleep wondering if you'd have visitor in bed with you.
-The beds are so uncomfortable and the leg on ours was broken. Didn't feel sturdy or safe at all.
-The house is located on a main road and be prepared for noise. The neighborhood also seems sketchy and we were glad to only be staying a night.
-The layout of the house is very, well, unique. The bathroom is right in the middle of the house so if someone is in there, you gotta walk around to access the basement.
-If you stay here for a long stay, just know there are no kitchen basics for cooking in, spices, plastic wrap, cooking spray, etc.
-No TV in the bedrooms. There are DVDs or BYO, but that was a bummer.
-They tacked on a surcharge for "extra people" even though our group was within the amount that is permitted on the listing. By the time we paid all the extra fees, we should have gone to a hotel.
Overall, definitely don't recommend. I wish I would have just paid for 2 rooms at a hotel. This place is defintely not set up for overnight stays or even prolonged stays. I was nervous that our car would get broken into. The neighborhood just seems a bit sketchy and parking isn't super secure being right by a main road with not a lot of lighting.

This home was amazing. A little older but it gave off so much charm. The rustic cabin theme was perfect as we are not city people. Beds were the top comfortable bed we have ever slept in on a trip and we stay in hotels and vacation rentals alot. Water stayed hot for 2 kids and 2 adults. Bedrooms both being down stairs made the rooms cooler and they were on the same level which was perfect for our children. We lost our dog less then a week prior to the trip so we didn't get to have a dog in the yard. But baggies were supplied and there was a nice little area of grass to run.
I contacted the host to make sure we did what they would like done prior to leaving. A house book would be nice so we could leave little notes for the next person. Thank you again for accommodating us for 3 nights.

Very interesting little place. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Provided everything you could possibly need. The filtered water was a plus!

Pros:
Clean
Convenient to town/attractions
Allows pets
Has a fenced yard
Communication was good
Had popcorn and coffee (maybe get some non sugar though)
Cons:
Too early of a check out time
On main road, lots of road noise
Downstairs is too cold. Needs a space heater. Also no extra warn blankets.
Only one bathroom. Although it was fine for 2 of us, any more people and it would be hard. Toilet was behind door, awkward!

Old cabin, busy street and strange layout but still great.
We had a great time. The kitchen and open family room/dining room were a great hang out space. Used the bbq for grilled chicken. The AC will chill this place down cold and fast- which was awesome since it was over 100 while we were there. The layout is odd with the bathroom in the center, but it all worked out just fine. Beds were comfortable enough. It isn’t a luxury property, but overall very comfortable.

Odd and Old
This is an old and funky place. Beds on two levels, one level vastly colder. Problems with ants and spiders. Supplied adequately and renovated but odd layout and uncomfortable couch. Inaccurate instructions for TV. No welcome packet and sketchy area.

Mid-Point on Our Travel to Yellowstone National Park
This location was perfect for us on our way to Yellowstone National Park from Reno, NV. And we stayed here on our
way home. The Cozy Cabin was very clean and well maintained and we felt very safe with the location. The Cozy Cabin is well located and found several local places to visit nearby. We would choose this location again!!
Thank you
