Our stay at Blue Water Beach Villas, booked through VRBO and managed by Vacasa, was nothing short of a tropical dream come true. We enjoyed the huge terrace, sumptuous double chaise and the view. The premium tv channels and bottled water were nice bonuses. Lourdes was especially helpful and responsive. She arranged everything from golf carts to tours, and everyone was prompt, courteous and eager to please.

The condo is well furnished and clean. The location on the north end of the island is ideal for those who are looking for a more chill vibe. The condo had so many amenities and was lovely! We dove three days and was picked up and dropped off right at our dock. The swimming pool was lovely and there was plenty of parking for golf carts.

2nd time we've come to this specific property we love it so much. we love the privacy of the beach right outside the door and the fact that there's kayaks available for use with it. quiet and clean, we'll be back!

Location, property, amenities and communication was just perfection. We fell in love with this place and was so hard to leave. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but close enough to get to.... The pier was fantastic and i worked out on it every morning after a long ride out on the ocean with the kayaks which are provided... I am definitely going back.... The best part about this condo is the amazing view! It’s pretty far up north and it’s on the 3rd floor. You get a workout going up and down, but the view is definitely worth it! The condo was spacious and very clean. This was our 2nd time staying at Blue Water Villas A3 and we will be back.

The property is beautiful, clean and peaceful. It takes about 30 min in a golf cart to reach the downtown of San Pedro but there are a lot of fun spots to stop along the way for food and drinks. Lourdes (the concierge) set us up with transportation and excursions making our time on the island unforgettable. We will absolutely be back and I’d stay here again if it’s available for my future dates.

A wonderful view with very timely responses to our maintenence concerns (clogged drain and loose door). great location, a bit out from the main town, but that made it quieter and private.

The view at BWBV A3, is the best in the entire building. On days where relaxing is the play, take a nap on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing on the reef.

Beautiful, modern and clean. The condo was great but it really was Ana, the property manager who we worked with, that was the very best thing about our stay. She and Ambar (Ana’s manager) took care of us like no other. They went above and beyond in so many ways.

The whole place is modern, clean, and well kept. The condo's pool has a clear view to the ocean. The beach chair on the patio reclines individually on each side. There are a bunch of great restaurants near by and you're only 20 minutes from secret beach! Our concierge, Ana, was great at helping us plan the trip. She had a snorlking tour and sunset sail come right to the dock and pick us up!

Located north of town this third floor beach front unit is afforded a quiet that lets the sounds of nature in. The grounds are maintained to a best in class standard, daily and hourly. The pool is refreshing with plenty of room for relaxing. The concierge, Ana, provides service and attention to detail that rivals the five star resorts of Europe.

This is the second time we stayed at this property and we were pleased once again. We'll be back!

The condo itself was fine but needed some repairs which I am sure happens and is needed over time. it wasn’t as clean as it should have been and there were issues with the sliding doors so use of the balcony was difficult. I am sure she is extremely busy but It was difficult to get ahold of the property manager so we did what we needed to on our own and had a great time in this beautiful area.

Blue Water Villa was a great condo! It was clean and was well equipped to cook meals while we were there. The condo is as out 5 miles north of town and on the 3rd floor with a giant balcony. While the view is amazing it is a long and very bumpy ride to and from town. It’s definitely best to travel during the day when you can see the potholes and bumps. Ana, the property manager was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and throughout the entire stay. We will definitely be back to San Pedro and Blue Water Villas.

We loved staying here! View is outstanding! Watching the sun come up each morn was refreshing and exhilarating! Ms Ana and her staff went above and beyond for our stay! Even reserved flight to the island after our main flight was delayed 3 hours! She had a book to welcome us with information on best places to go for food, tours and entertainment. The view was amazing!!! We also loved the privacy offered at this location. Perfect blend of privacy and closeness to town. Ana was super helpful.

It is a bit out of town, but that's what we liked about it. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the main town. You'll definitely want a golf cart rental to travel back and forth, but it is worth it! We would stay here again! The view was beautiful!

If you're trying to get away from all the hustle and bustle of town, this place is great. My wife and I spent a great weekend away together. It was isolated but with good resort restaurants nearby and Matagrande store nearby. We hope to come back soon! Thank you, we loved the room and hope to visit again soon!

Best feature was the view it was not the location-too far from town, not the water pressure-struggle for one to take a shower, not the mosquitoes-plenty of those to keep you swatting morning , moon and night.

We loved the accommodations. There were a few mishaps that took place. Some resolved and some were not. We did not have water for a couple days which was a result of the water pump. The pump was replaced but with a pump that still provided salt water. We ended up staying as they did their best. Cleanliness was not there in our first day but was quickly resolved by the property manager. Neighbors were cool and relaxed. Pool and kayaks were awesome. Golf carts are a must in a remote location! We will be back.

Property was fine, clean and beautiful on the inside and out. This property didn't have the aroma of sulfur that some of the other properties close by had. Very nice.
