Condo was very clean, in great location, close to the beach and felt safe with my mom, 2 sisters and 2 babies. Would definitely stay again. Only con was there weren’t any cooking oil, seasonings, coffee or sugar, due to COVID which is understandable so I would just make sure to bring that next time. Also you will need bug spray. The mosquitoes were out to attack you as soon as you stepped one foot outside and when you are walking down the path to the beach. Not sure if it’s just this time of year but OFF was our best friend. But other than that we really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend!

Our family stayed in this townhome in October 2021 and really loved this unit. The decor was coastal and beachy. All tv's and appliances worked properly. The guest bedroom maximized its space by adding a twin bed along with the queen bed which was perfect for our family. Both bathrooms are spacious. The balcony faces Lake Padre and when you open up the blinds to see the lake it makes the unit feel scenic and spacious. Due to Covid, the comforters were different than shown in the picture and the outdoor patio pillows were put away. The balcony is a great feature! Can't say enough about the location of this property to the beach - location, location, location! The complex pool is spacious and has a great sun ledge, but no hot tub. The shared gas grilling station was honestly really great and we all would gather for lunch after swimming in the pool in the picnic area next to the grill. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

Great beach access, but the beds are hard as a rock. Need to really get new mattresses. A little discerning that the cleaning fee is so high when we found grapes and trash under the couches, and when we wash our hands the water was clogged, well we found a bunch of hair and crap in the sink plug...... But if those where fixed it would be perfect!!! Seriously my back is killing me due to the bed....get new mattress.

It’s a two minute walk to the shore, very nice and clean, everything that we need it they have it, even provide us with dishwasher soap.

You want your guests to have a restful stay and to wake up energized. This will not happen with the bed. I really thought about going to Walmart and buying a bed in a box for you. The one big thing guests want is comfort. This should be a big priority for the owner of this place. And also, the sheets are scratchy and uncomfortable. Call me if you like and I can talk to you about my COMPHY sheets. I have them on each bed and sell them as well. Guests deserve the best. Great location close to the beach, quick access to everything we needed. Check in and check out were easy and simple. There was a pervasive smell of stale smoke present the whole time. The floors and rugs didn’t appear to have been recently cleaned, and someone stepped on a piece of broken glass not from our stay. Would benefit from additional towels and blankets. It looks like somebody used a small grill on the patio and left the charcoal mess behind. Overall, the accommodation were attractive and comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: The pathway to the sea is a very nice facility, but I would recommend picking a different unit/condo. We had 4 big issues:1. our check in was 4pm and we were not let in until 4:20pm despite multiple phone calls. My one year old was in tears and our vacation started off on the wrong foot.2. Has a gas grill that looked nice but we didn't use it. Also after getting back from the beach, the pool area has a outdoor shower to rinse off so you don't drag a ton of san back into the condo. Depending on how long yoiu stay, an extra garbage back or 2 will be helpful. Extremely Easy check in and check out!

Loved the drive on beach. Price was a little high, but that was mainly because we booked short notice and over a weekend. Would come back for sure.

May consider replacing for a more comfortable experience. We were also unable to use the restroom at the pavilion and the after hour person I spoke to said she had never been asked for a code.
