Everything exceeded our expectations! The house was very comfortable and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. A lot of great memories made here. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat!

Our family has stayed in Wild Dunes for the past 7 years and this home is hands down the best beach house. From the location, the layout/space of the home to the amenities the home offers, it's fantastic. The home included a golf cart and an elevator which was a huge bonus! The owner is extremely nice and responsive when we had a few questions upon our arrival. Overall, this home is beautifully decorated, spacious and well maintained - with lots of areas for everyone to have their own little corner. Such a great stay that we are already looking to book it next year! Thanks again!

You will love this house for your IOP vacation! The house is beautiful, and the location is great! The house is well stocked with the essentials; pots/pans/coffee makers/utensils, soap, and TP :), beach chairs, etc. The screened porches are so nice to sit, relax, and enjoy. It's a short walk to the beach which is a less crowded section of the beach- hooray! The garage/game room was a favorite - Galaga tournaments each night. And Dave (the owner) is so nice and responsive, responding to our questions before we even booked our stay. We would definitely stay in this house again!! Thank you, Dave

This was the perfect beach house for our family reunion. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated our large group. We especially enjoyed all the activities and sports equipment included - we played many games of pickleball, ping pong, basketball, corn hole, and even an old school arcade video game. The gorgeous beach was an easy walk from the house and we appreciated the abundance of beach chairs. The golf cart was a fun & easy way to visit our other family members staying in other houses on the isle. David was very responsive and addresses any concerns we had immediately. We had a truly magical week in this beautiful beach house!

If you are looking for a place to take family this is the place to be. We loved most of the rooms had bathrooms. The home is in walking distance to the beach. Loved they had a large golf cart and cart to pull the beach toys. Lots of lounge chairs. Home was quiet with lots of things for the kids to do. We had 4 grandkids that were 6 and 8 years of age, They had a blast. Plenty of room for the adults to sit and talk. Would recommend this home. The owners are amazing to work with also.

Owner makes everything easy with well stocked kitchen, extra fridge, and generous use of beach chairs, golf cart, etc. This lovely updated home has a wonderful open concept on the main level for gathering, but plenty of other spaces and small porches so everyone can do their own thing when they feel inclined to do so. The back driveway is great for parking and activities—also eliminates having to go through the resort each time. The nearby beach access is a less crowded area of the island too. Great accommodations for a Wild Dunes/Isle of Palm vacation.

I give this home Tens across the boards! The layout of the home is so well done. We brought our family with us as well as some extended family. We had my 87 year old mom and my 2 year old nephew. The bottom floor with the game room that lead out to the driveway and Palm Blvd made it so easy and convenient for us to get to the beach. All floors were so spacious so when the toddler wanted to watch his shows at night and settle in to sleep, his mom could take him to the top floor and no one could hear him and he could not hear the activities happening on the first floor and bottom floor. The elevator made it so easy for my mom as well. The attention to detail in the home is top notch. The beds and linens are fabulous. The kitchen is so big and well stocked. We had a graduation party one of the nights. We did not need to bring any serving platters etc... they had plenty already there. The homeowner was so good about providing details and staying in contact with us. Top notch service. We will definitely be repeat customers.

It was an amazing property for a girls getaway. Plenty of beautiful bedrooms & bathrooms. Very tastefully decorated with lots of rooms to gather and 2 fabulous screened porches, one for dining and one for relaxing. You can even hear the waves crashing on the beach when sitting on the upstairs porch. The owner was very responsive (best to contact him via text). Would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone.

Not only is the home absolutely gorgeous inside and out, it's super close to the beach... they are such wonderful hosts! They have a basement equipped with strollers, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys... absolutely anything and everything you could need for a family beach trip! So convenient! We were thrilled and would come back anytime to this amazing home! 5 Stars all the way! Thank you again for an amazing stay!!!!

The house is set up perfectly for family vacations lots of rooms that are masters with bathrooms and comfortable beds. Plenty of things to entertain you and all the necessities for staying with kids. The house has lots of hang out space. Located at the beach with golf cart for easy access too! We will for sure be staying here again! Thanks for everything David

The house was equipped with everything anyone would need and besides that —what a beautiful home. The design was so sophisticated which I appreciated. My mother-in-law really appreciated the elevator. My nephews loved the ping pong table and I loved the golf cart! My husband, brother-in-law. and nephew—all great tennis players—played every morning at the Wild Dunes tennis courts. David and Jennifer couldn't have been more helpful. Best beach house I've ever been to!

This is a beautiful modern home in a great location. Spacious, clean and very well equipped. I have never stayed in a rental property that offered so many amenities, large and small. To name just a few...a wagon full of beach items including chairs, a multitude of toys and games, kitchen utensils, laundry and cleaning supplies, on and on. It didn't feel like a rental property, it felt like home! Our hosts, Jennifer & David were super accessible and helpful. I recommend reading all of the detailed instructions they provide.😉 There is a wealth of information about the house and the area. We hope to return!

We fully enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities it was a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Charleston tucked away in a little beach side town. We loved it!

This home did not disappoint. Everything was even better than the pictures show. We had 6 adults and a 3 year old and had more than enough room. We have stayed in many VRBOs across the country and this was hands down the nicest, best equipped home we’ve stayed in. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. The location is perfect for a quiet retreat within walking distance to the beach yet close to quaint shops & restaurants. This was our first time visiting the East coast and we will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the beautiful house in IOP and felt that David (owner) was quite attentive to any question we asked. We didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend the place.

The house was very clean, furnished well and had everything you needed to feel comfortable. The host had solid communications skills. There were only six of us, five adults and one infant and we were very comfortable in the house, which could clearly accommodate a larger group. Close to beach and the golf cart and back driveway--avoiding having to go through the gate each trip--were very convenient. If you're looking to stay in IOP this home is a great option
