Objekt in traumhafter Lage über Lerici mit Blick über die gesamte Bucht. Leider ist die Zimmeraufteilung für 6 Personen ungeeignet. 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer sind ohne trennende Türen, so dass man als zusammenreisende Paare keine Privatsphäre hat. Für Kinder wegen fehlendem Treppengeländer von Schlafzimmer zu Wohnzimmer nicht geeignet.. Außenbereich mit zu wenig Mobiliar und Schattenplätzen für 6 Personen, für 4 gerade so eben. Ansonsten schön eingerichtet mit zweckmäßiger Küche.

This house is lovely. It is nice furnitured and modern. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The landlord is very kind and friendly. We had a great holiday.

This property is beautifully located with great views and was very clean. However, it is impossible to find this house because it is very hidden and there is no address on the road. The contact number directed us to a person who did not speak English. She had to meet us in town and we had to follow her there to find the place. You definitely need car here. The driveway is extremely steep and the house is well off the road. Communication with the contact person was extremely difficult, if not impossible, and there was no welcome package to help us orientate to the property and the area. We did not know what to do with the garbage and the recycling, which piled up during the week. We ended up leaving it downstairs in the laundry room. We had to ask for a kitchen garbage container and there was only one bag that fit the garbage container that they left us for the whole week. The two upstairs rooms had no doors on them. Since we were sharing with another couple, we had to devise a privacy system using the rolling coat hanger and the shower curtain ( which was not installed so there was not curtain in the shower). There was also no door on the bathroom in the larger room. The closet in the smaller upstairs room could not be used because the door could not be opened because the bed was in the way, so guests had to live out of their suitcases for the week instead of unpacking. During the first two nights, the people below let the dog out in the middle of the night. The dog barked and barked, so our sleep was disturbed. We complained and the people did not let the dog out in the middle of the night for the rest of the week. We had to buy our own toilet paper and bath soap as there was only a half roll in each bathroom and no soap was provided. I would not recommend this place unless the owners put a little more effort into making sure the property could be more easily found, that the contact person spoke a language that encouraged communication and some basic supplies were provided.

When we arrived I was amazed with the location and beauty of the surroundings. The villa is full of character and is maintained to a very high standard. I will return some time without doubt. Thank you very much for your hospitality and recommendations.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful villa in Lerici. The view from all the swimming pool was absolutely stunning. It was very peaceful and relaxing and we loved the swimming pool. Higly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in Lerici, the house is really cosy and well equiped (and bigger than it looks on the photo) with a nice garden too and a magnificent swimming pool with a spectacular sea view on Gulf of Poets. The weather was gorgeous and there's so much to do and see in the area! Great restaurants, Beach clubs, Pubs, Music, Snorkeling, DIving and much much more. :)

Place with enchanting, stunning view. This refined and charming property has just everything you need . Perfect welcome and excellent service and cleanliness. Garden with sea view, well-kept and equipped with deckchairs. Lovely romantic pivate pool with a fabulous view on Gulf of Poets . I highly recommend it
