The accommodation is found three quarters of the way down a long road to nowhere. As such, there is very little passing traffic and it's consistently peaceful. The house is cosy and the log burner is more than sufficient to keep the house very warm even on the coldest winter nights. The garden and pool area are stunning and the views from the bedroom window are breathtaking the garden area are equally perfect. The house is fully equipped with everything one could need and the hosts (Naomi and Stefan) are very helpful, even providing us with free range eggs, oranges, lemons, and a rolling supply of fire wood. There are plenty of beautiful walks in the surrounding area and all people in the small surrounding community are most pleasant and helpful. Orgiva (the closest town) is full of hippies, has a health/vegan food shop, supermarket, many cafes and restaurants, and again provides everything you might need. Naomi and Stefan speak 100% fluent English, Spanish, and German, and a incredibly knowledgeable regarding the area. We really couldn't rate this place more highly. Incredible stay and we have already decided that we will most definitely be staying here again! Thank you, Elena and Leon

This little villa with its lush and flowery garden and immaculately maintained pool is absolutely lovely. There is everything you may need in the villa despite it being small. The view from the bedroom window and patio is so picturesque and relaxing. The owners live next door and maintain the outdoor spaces, but they are not at all intrusive. They clearly invest a lot of time and energy in maintaining the property and garden and this makes the experience of staying there very pleasant. If you are there for the beaches, the villa is on a twisty and small road from Orgiva, and Orgiva itself is on a twisty mountain road from the coast. But as long as you don't mind this, the drive is not too long. We thought it was nice to be up in the mountains and away from tourists. Thanks again to our hosts for the lovely stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei Stefan und Naomi. Angefangen bei der netten, warmherzigen Begrüßung durch die beiden über die gemütliche Ferienwohnung und den traumhaften Garten bis hin zur Lage des Domizils, die ein guter Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Aktivitäten ist. So waren wir zum Beispiel viel wandern, haben Granada besichtigt und das Meer bei Nerja genossen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns gefühlt wie im Vogelparadies. Morgens so geweckt zu werden war sehr schön. Das Apartment ist gemütlich und mit allem notwendigen versorgt. Als wir den Pool mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht gesehen haben, hat unser Urlaub begonnen. Das Apartment sowie der Pool war sehr sauber, sogar Handtücherwechsel wurde vorgenommen wann immer wir wollten. Man hatte uns sogar die Möglichkeit gegeben, die Dreckwäsche abzugeben. Wir haben uns sehr gern am Pool aufgehalten und die Gegend um uns herum vergessen. Den Ausgleich haben wir immer mal mit einer Wanderung oder Ausflügen verbunden. Der Ausgangspunkt ist perfekt, um sich das ein oder andere anzuschauen. Die kleinen weißen Dörfer sind nur 20 min entfernt und auf jeden Fall ein muss. Granada ist gerade mal 1 h entfernt und zeigt einem den arabischen Einfluss. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und haben uns gern Tipps zu der Umgebung weitergegeben. Die Gespräche waren sehr schön und hilfreich. Wir würden das Apartment weiterempfehlen und freuen uns bald nach Orgiva zurück zu kommen.

For a couple of days only we stayed at Stefan's place and enjoyed the lush garden with the private little pool as well as the cozy apartment perfectly equipped for the two of us. Thanks again and best wishes. We definitely would love to come back!

If you don't like peace and quiet and the sounds of singing birds,then don't go here. Stefan and Naomi were perfect hosts,willing to go out of their way to make your stay better,if that's possible. Nearby Orgiva is a lovely typical Spanish village with all amenities

We spent two nights at the studio cottage and wish it could have been longer. Everything had been thought of and the property was spotless. Location was stunning and only a short walk from views of the mountains that will stay with us forever. Will certainly be visiting again.

A delightful place to stay - the owners Stefan and Naomi were more than helpful. Such a peaceful and beautiful lovely location - near to the town of Ogilva. So many walks and birds etc to see . I would love to return and soak up the atmosphere of this amazing place again.

Naomi and Stefan gave us a wonderful holiday in their pretty, rustic cottage. We had everything we needed during our week there - a comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen, lovely gardens with bbq area overlooking the olive groves and mountains, swimming pool perfect for cooling off after a busy day out. We went on some amazing walks, a village musical evening, a visit to Granada, Orgiva's Thursday market, (all recommended by Naomi and Stefan). I can highly recommend Naomi and Stefan's place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable base to stay while exploring Andalusia. We will be back.

A great place for a couple to enjoy a quiet relaxing time. Located at the end of a small village, nearest shops are in Orgiva about 1 mile away. The owners, Stefan and Naomi, live in the adjoining cottage. They are very friendly and helpful, but respect your privacy. The accommodation was clean, but quite small with a rustic style decor. All the basics were provided. The pool, though small, is a great boon. It is kept very clean. The garden surrounding the pool is gorgeous, it has welcome shade at different times of the day. The views are wonderful. There is built-in BBQ and dining table under a large olive tree. If requested a delicious 4-course evening meal can be provided by Naomi at a very modest price. A car is essential. There is on-road parking. We weren't interested in the local beaches, just as well as they only scored one out of 10. We enjoyed horse riding, walking, and a day high in the Sierra Nevada. We had a most enjoyable time.
