Great location, beautiful surrounds, upstairs for kitchen and shower, needs larger tv, heaps of dvds, hot water was turned off upon arrival

We had a short stay. Fishing out the back off the small private pontoon. It would have been good if there were a light on the pontoon for night fishing. The wifi and tv reception was poor. It was nice to be able to have a fire in the cold winter.

It was ok a little bit like stepping back in time it was a bit dusty but was ok

Property was right on the water , which made it easy for us to tie up the boat over the weekend.
The neighbours were friendly and the house is in a great location.

Nice location and great views. Property is neat and tidy. It would have been more enjoyable if there were tea/coffee and milk supplies.

Great for kids to fish off jetty. Easy access for boat to tie up. Oven stove a bit tricky. No gas for bbq. But we just went with flow. Thanks

As mentioned in title.
However, range hood is broken. Many of the lightbulb around the property needs to be changed. There's only 1 garbage bin+bag around the house.
Could mention there's no Bluetooth enabled device on the property, guest can bring their own entertainment. They have an assortment of DVD movies.
The 4G reception is very poor around the house. Property could offer Wifi service.
The property introduction binder in the house isn't for the right house.

Great location,
Great location on the water, gardens maintained well, Good size house for up to 6 people, no air con or fans which would of made sleeping more comfortable as it was very humid. Rangehood not working and some light bulbs need replacing. 3 stars for cleanliness.

Issue with stove and washing machine
Everything abt the place was great except the stated items. You cannot change thr temperature of the electric stove (only on/off) and the washing machine does not wash the clothes well.

Lovely property on the waterfront of Sussex Inlet
We had a very relaxing & fun holiday at this property. Was beautiful to wake up looking at the water & gorgeous to sit & relax on the little private jetty. The house was great big enough for us & the deck nice to sit in the sun. Will be back.

Lovely holiday house
The house was very comfortable for our family. Our three young children enjoyed fishing off the jetty in the backyard and we were able to relax and unwind in the peaceful surrounds. We were also a short drive to some of our favourite south coast surf beaches.

The location is perfect and peaceful, the home is spacious and close to all amenities.

Filthy and would not recommend
No air con or fans the fly screens have holes in them doors upstairs you can’t open
The bed down stairs is like sleeping on a rock the single bed upstairs has bed bugs and ate my son alive
The place was dusty smelt mouldy even had a collection of used old soap in the draw
Worse experience ever I would not even shower there
It’s nit kid or dog friendly

We enjoyed the cosy and homely decorated house. Loved the terrace were we watched a big variety of birds and view of the inlet. Boat pier great for docking your boat. Fishing was great aswell.We had some issues. The foldout bed was not clean and broke during our stay, the lights in the house did not all work, air-condition broken and was hidden behind picture.Down stairs master bathroom shower missing shower curtain.

Quiet and Comfortable
Stayed 3 nights with 3 couples. Quiet and in great location with lovely canal outlook. Well stocked with items for use, including books, DVDs, games, etc. All reasonably clean and well maintained. Only comment for future users: check with owner re use of washing machine (in a wooden box on back porch & no instructions for use). Would book again.

Private & peaceful place for a weekend away
Ive booked this place twice and like to go back because of its exclusive surrounding, well maintained accommodation and fishing was fun.
