The house itself is a 3 but the location is a 5. I'd give it a 10 if I could. The house was cleaned but the couches, carpets, drapes, outside furniture all need to be deeply cleaned. If the house had a facelift, it would benefit it greatly. But at the end of the day, the location was more important to us. It literally took us just 1 minute to walk to the beach, and the house is on such a quiet street that you would never know you're only a 3 minute drive to Coligny. So you get the best of both worlds.

Very cozy and quiet. Well equipped. Fabulous location. Very close to the beach. Great fenced yard for the dogs. Would definitely go back!

Sitting in the sunroom you could see the path to the beach! I was worried because it said 4 rows back. It was a two minute walk to beach! We had four college age boys and the POOL was the biggest hit by far! The kitchen was perfect and two containers for the grill! Nothing like a burger at the pool! The showers always had hot water as well! Table in dining area was big and perfect to eat at too! Plenty of seating in and out! We left some pool floats for the next group to enjoy. Great time and great food at HHI. Definitely would stay again! And we got to bring our sweet dog! Thank you!

Off a dead-end road on a very private lane. Pool is beautiful and heated. This was our second time renting this home and saw updates from 2020. Could still use a few minor updates like new shower liners. The only complaint is that the televisions still need a master's degree in computer science to operate! Property management is very responsive and replies back immediately. We loved out stay there with our grandchildren. The bunk beds were a hit! Note that this home is also pet friendly. Walking distance to shopping and places to eat. Loved our stay. Hoping to return again.

Excellent location incredibly close to the beach. Pool was heated to a fantastic 87 degrees making cold days still pool days. Very responsive and helpful management.

The house is in a great location. The living and dining room are a great space. We liked the screened in porch. So grateful for a fended in yard. Nothing fancy but suited our needs with the exception of the bunk room. It was not great for grown adult children.

Everything was wonderful. Location, pool, size of house, etc. Perfect for our pets as the back yard is fenced. It think the cleaning crew could do a better job but otherwise we really enjoyed the property and would stay again.

The location of the property is great! It is centrally located to the beach, some shopping, and eating places. The condo is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. However, the kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked a whole Thanksgiving meal with what was there. The beach bikes are not in good repair. They need to be replaced with new ones. The pool area looks a little rundown and not very clean. The deck is old and is not safe for kids. The railing slats are too far apart. A small child could slip through and fall. Overall, the location to the beach is what made staying here a good experience. We did not spend much time in the condo.

Questions during the stay were mostly answered within 24 hours, not within hours. Backyard is fenced and great for dogs, and the house was good for dogs. The Beach Chairs were nice and brand new. 4 bikes available to ride were also great. We didn’t use the pool every day as it was October, but it still was pretty warm and had a very shallow part that is a nice area to soak your feet. There were some mosquitoes though in the back yard. The front load washer worked but is very moldy, and kitchen was not terribly clean. We had to clean it ourselves before having guests over. No condiments, no oil, salt minimal soap, and we had to buy cleaning supplies (not even a sponge handy). Only 2 Trash bags provided for an 8 day stay and they didn’t fit the trash can (had to buy alternates to close the drawer). Shower curtain rods were very rusted which was odd. There were lots of towels, and dryer worked fine. Paper towels were cheap, and toilet paper was a lot like sandpaper. Had to buy replacements and cleaning supplies asap. Beds were comfortable and Heating and Air was good. Overall, a little TLC, some welcome items, and some small repairs would go a long way!

Perfect location. The private pool has a wide shallow area for the kids. Ants were bothering us but we are in south.
