This apartment is surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location within walking distance to all that Mornington has to offer. Being so close to the beach was a big plus. We were also very impressed with the well stocked kitchen in terms of equipment/utensils etc and particularly liked the little deck area leading off the master bedroom where we sat & had our breakfast each morning

Clean neat. Needed outdoor furniture in front courtyard ( had to being our own) Couldn't find a sandwich maker Crisper in fridge not there.

We had a great time, the property had everything needed and was just across the road from the beach.

This 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our weekend away with friends. Super neat and tidy, our host had thought of all the extras needed to make a weekend away easy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped so all you needed to bring was food and drinks, and the shower was awesome! The beach and a great café are literally around the corner and an easy 10 minute walk to the main shops made this a perfect spot to relax for a few days. Our host Deb was welcoming and very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a relaxing weekend away. The property was close to the beach and a short walk to the Main Street.

The apartment met all our needs very nicely. It was in a good location, with a nice walking distance from the main shopping area and very close to the beach. Deb was a great host. We have had many messages between us as we had to keep changing dates, to fit in with the restrictions. When we had trouble with the hot water system, it was attended to very promptly, so we were able to have lovely hot showers.

We had a great time here with our 2 kids , close to shops and the beach . Everything you needed was at this property

Deb our host was great, good communication and nice touch with leaving us some chocolates! Property also in a great location allowing you to leave your car behind and walk to all the shops and cafes, highly recommend!

This was an excellent property to stay at, it was comfortable, quiet, had everything you need inside, was close to the beach and facilities and was a great price. I came from Albury to have a medical procedure at the Peninsula Private Hospital while my partner was there to support me but also to have a little break. We also have a dog so we could look at it from several viewpoints and from all of those it was an excellent place to stay, holiday, recover and enjoy ourselves and also not have to worry about our dog. It is in a great area and there are so many things to do around the Peninsula in general that it is also a great place to make your base. We were both quiet taken with it in general. I can't speak for our puppy but all indicators were that he liked it too. The other aspect that was great for me was the ease with which all the administrative processes went. The owner made things easy, responded quickly to questions and all instructions were simple and straight forward with access also being easy. Overall, I could not rate this experience anything but excellent, but on top of that, just as an example, we were a little late leaving due to my medical condition but the owner waited patiently until we were out and was most courteous to us in all respects, particularly remembering that she had to have it ready for new arrivals on that afternoon. Very clean and tidy accommodation. Well equipped and comfortable. Chosen as it pet friendly but with rules that are clearly laid out in pre arrival email from the owner. Recommended if you need space as can sleep up to 6.

Great location opposite the beach, very clean and big enough for a comfortable stay for 6 adults. We loved sitting in the sun in the courtyard and exploring all the local attractions! We are so grateful for being able to check-out late too! Thanks Deb!

Absolutely loved this cute apartment! We stayed for 2 nights and the house was in amazing condition. We asked for a later checkout and Deb the property owner was more than happy to allow this. We will be back 100%.

We very much enjoyed our short stay, the apartment was in a wonderful position and there was plenty of room for two couples and two kids.

We’ve now stayed at Debs property 3 times - it’s perfect for families - a cafe Right up the road meant I could take my boys for a morning walk and get my wife and myself a coffee before starting our days touring around. Really cosy and feels like a home. Beach so close, can’t say enough positives about the place! Even had chocolates and wine waiting for us. Thanks again Deb!

5 of us women stayed for 3 nights and were very impressed with the property. Tasteful decor and had everything we needed and more! Very comfortable and relaxing with the ocean at arms reach which could be heard at the home to provide additional serenity. Highly recommend!!
