Broken furniture, rusty outside furniture and beach chairs that were unusable. Outlets and some light fixtures did not work. Burnt out light bulbs. Main shower had hair on walls. No bunk beds as shown in photos. Queen bed above trundle collapsed when trundle was pulled out. Had to move tables to pull out trundle.

My family and I had a great stay. The condo was spacious enough for the 5 of us. The pool was nice and close. Getting to the beach was a convenient walk across the street. The host (or management group) was easy to reach and very responsive.

Fabulous stay! Everything was clean and as advertised. Plenty of space and check in/out process was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend!

SeaBreeze is easy to deal with and quick to answer any questions you may have. Our condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed and wanted. Love the location as it's right near the beach and has a nice clean pool.

This condo was perfect. Large kitchen, plenty of dining seating, all the beach equipment you could ever need with a wagon, a great pool/hit tub, and within walking distance of the beach. Plenty of safe parking too, covered or open. Listing did show bunk beds that weren’t actually there, but I think they fixed that! I’d highly recommend, and we’ll be back.

It was a lot of fun! Close to the beach and we loved the apartment.

Nice place, very accepting to my loud children in n the pool. Lots of room to roam. Nice that you can access the bay side and the ocean side. We had grocery delivery before we got there and the office sent someone over and they put our groceries in the house and put the cold stuff in the fridge. Overall is was a nice place

We absolutely loved Anna Maria. The chilled atmosphere, super easy access to the beach, easy parking, wildlife sighting, amazing food made this vacation very memorable

Beautiful location with great access to the sand through gate across the street. Covered parking if vehicle is shorter tan 7'2". Door code to enter unit. Lots of seating inside, 2 sofas, recliner, dinning, bar stools. Screened in balcony with ceiling fan. Nice sized Owners Suite with walk in closet, dual sinks, roomy shower. Unit is equipped with all the beach toys and chairs you would need including a beach wagon PRO'S Great Locations, Beach chairs and wagon assailable, Great water pressure, ceiling fan outside (thumbs up), Washer and Dryer works great, Covered parking, Good size TV's.

Clean with everything we needed to feel just like at home. The location was perfectly located for getting to the beach, to restaurants and shopping. We can't wait to come back again.

Disappointed. Unit needed updating. Many things wrong that you could not see in the listing. Rusted beach chairs, my grandson fell through. Rusted shower curtain hooks that broke when someone was showering. Had to call for new ones. Overall unit needs painting and some updating

We had a wonderful trip to Anna Maria Island and enjoyed our condo at Bradenton Beach Club! We love our annual trips here!

The condo could use a little updating (furniture, rugs). The wifi, phone and microwave didn't work. Cell service was spotty so I couldn't call to ask for help.

We loved our stay in the unit 242 at Bradenton Beach Club Condos. The unit was perfect for our larger family of six. I was the most thankful that they were able to accomodate us and let us in on a very Short notice in the same day. Their unit was clean and well stocked with towels and everything you need for a beach stay. Even though our kids are much older, they still pulled out the Beach toys and built castles with them, which I could never imagined they'd still want to do that. 🥰❤️

We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect! Close to the beach and great restaurants. The pool was a great temp, would highly recommend.

The condo was very nice and clean. Was big enough for us 2 adults and 4 teens. Close to the pool and short walk to the beach. Love the nearby restaurants too.

Thus far the best VRBO property I’ve chosen. Great location, the property was absolutely beautiful with a pool & hot tub nearby and let’s not forget the beautiful beach within walking distance. The area is is very clean and quiet. While in the room, my favorite was the screened-in porch with ceiling fan. A treasure of a vacation.

Great location! Family of 5 visited for a wedding and a much-needed vacation in May. Check in was smooth. Had AC problems at first - unit didn't work. But maintenance arrived within the hour and fixed it right away. Carpet got wet on other side of wall due to AC problem. That was taken care of also. Took care of strong odor in kitchen skin drain too. Location to beach was a 3-5 min or less walk. About equivalent of 1 block -- acceptable. I wanted a spot right on the beach but this location was fine. Just had to cross the street to get to the beach. I had adult children so it wasn't so bad. BUT, the road could get busy at times when crossing. Fortunately, most driver's stop to let us cross. Friendly town. Lot's of great restaurants, shopping. Live music in just about every restaurant we visited! Also Visited Manatee Beach nearby and LOVED it! Don't have to pay for parking. Easy drive from our unit. Had Restaurant, bar, live music, shop on beach. Food/drinks were great! Groceries, small strip mall, salons, pharmacy, etc. within 5-10 min. drive. Marshalls 10-12 min. drive across bridge. Drove to town of Ana Maria Island and would love to go back and finish touring area. Quaint shops, museum, restaurants. Didn't have time to stay longer. Not far from Sarasota and other beaches. Will be back to explore more of neighboring beaches and sites. So much to do...so little time. But did exactly what we set out to do. Relaxed and enjoyed the white sand beaches and scenary. Would stay at property again. Some Recommendations/suggestions: provide salt/pepper, Sanitizing/Cleaning products for counter tops. 2 slice toaster. New bed pillows (better quality). Replace overhead stove light. Toilet in M. Bedroom needs adjusting - water tank is loud when refilling...runs too long. Twin beds need tightening - too wobbly. Other than the above suggestions, we had a great time!

Very positive experience. I'd suggest for the main photo not to display the pool because it doesn't face it. I'd put one of the entrance door and neighborhood street to depict an accurate view ;)

We’ve stayed at Bradenton Beach for many years. Ended up at this property by accident (booked the wrong dates at other property). Loved it so much, already booked next year! Can’t wait to come back!

The staff we talked with were very helpful. The property was ok. dissapointed with the bedrooms. The real turnoff was the traffic. Getting on the Island and arouind was terrible.

Sliding glass door doesn’t lock and it didn’t lock last year when we rented the unit. The TV in the master bedroom doesn’t work. The door stops in the master are on the floor. The bathtub in the guest bathroom drains very slowly and the back is missing on the remote control. When paying that much for a rental I expect things to be in working order. Also, the beach chairs were completely covered in sand.

The condo was spacious and very clean. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We really would have liked one more parking pass as we had friends and family visiting and we had to shuttle cars around.

Everything was fabulous!
