Check-in was poor with wrong access code sent but the accommodations were great.

The proximity to the lift is really convenient and the accommodations were just fine... If you want a late checkout then you should arrange for that upon checking in apparently. I was sent an email telling me that it was available (which really would have been ideal under our circumstances) - The Vacasa site wouldn't allow me to purchase the 4 hour extension. After several tries over 2 days time I called Vacasa and was told I was 15 minutes late to be able to arrange for that (at 4:15 the day prior to check out). The place is great - Vacasa is not very "user friendly"... Now I know to take care of arrangements like that way in advance if they are involved.

We had a great time hanging in Arrowhead for the week. Perfect location, clean and well kept. Hope to get again next year.

Great location - nice size.

The property was not ready at 4pm check in time. The washer leaked water in the hallway and 2 repair men had to come out to fix. No washer until Saturday afternoon our 6th day of our stay. The bedroom upstairs was cold apparently the thermostat is broken. Some of the sinks need new faucets. The toilet in the master seat is falling off.

Great place close to the lifts. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

The home is very comfortable and clean. Multiple apps on a high end television to view after a long day on the mountain. Our group of three skied five days and the location is perfect. Skip the lines at Vail and launch from Arrowhead and ski all Beaver Creek has to offer.

Excellent property, everything you could need. Plenty of room for large group to relax and enjoy the mountains.

The property is beautiful, the sunlight through the windows is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with, dishes, all types of pots, pans, baking dishes, panini machine, Keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, utensils. The locker to store your skies is very convenient and the underground parking is too.

This condo had all you would need in the kitchen. Nice living room and use of washer & dryer. However the jetted tub was unusable as the stopper was broken and under the sink (which did not drain properly). My daughter found hair all over her sheets in the twin room. Our shower drain was filled with hair as well. The kitchen cabinet fell off the hinge. We appreciated the ski in ski out feature.

Spacious 3+ bedroom condo within an easy walk to the lift. Go out the back door and up a few steps and you're on the lift plaza. Very god beds. Could use an upgrade on towels and Kleenex.

Had a wonderful two weeks at Spruce Tree Lodge 208. Very convenient (100 steps to Arrowhead chair), very well equipped kitchen, heated floors (loved them!), spacious, comfortable beds, elevator, indoor parking.

The unit was clean, and management responsive to the minor questions we had.

The condo was very nice and everything was as advertised. Could easily sleep nine ten. It was well-equipped and had everything that could possibly be needed. Additionally, the customer service was excellent when we had a question. Also, we loved the two minute walk to the Arrowhead Lift. Would stay here again. 5 Stars!!

We had a wonderful time staying here and home had everything we needed. Beautiful area! Everything was stocked as listed. We will plan to return. We did have a little trouble figuring out the underground parking at first. Also, on our second day, there was a water main break and we were offered a stay at a local hotel or a neighboring building. Since there wasn't a 3 bedroom unit available nearby, we decided to accept the reimbursement offer from the property manager. A hotel wouldn't have met our needs. I mention this as there was timely response to the problem and a fair resolution to the problem.

This is a lovely unit in wonderful location within steps to the lift! The actual unit and everything that the owners supply is terrific. The management company could do a better job. We didn’t have proper check in instructions and basic supplies such as garbage bags, paper towel, soap and shampoo were not provided which is not the norm for rentals these days. Make sure to bring your own and make sure to ask for the garage code and pool code in advance as that was not provided leaving us scrambling when we arrived to get into the actual building. There are also no instructions for a ski locker or what to do with skis so ask before your stay. I would still stay there again as the unit is terrific but not as smooth as others I’ve rented in the same area and building.

We really enjoyed our week in the Arrowhead Village condo. It is nicer than the pictures. The condo is on a creek, not on the street. The exit to the ski lift is on the same floor, and in a hundred paces and 15 steps you are on the hill. The Weber grill is brand new, and it is very peaceful to sit on the balcony. The underground parking is excellent. The restaurants in Edwards are nearby and pretty good, Avon is not far either. My only issue was that I am used to a firm mattress and found the beds a little soft. We hope to be back next year.

Stayed here with my wife, 4 kids, and a grandparent. The condo has adequate space for everyone; in addition to the three bedrooms there is a pullout sleeper sofa and a sleeper cot. Pros: 1) Space 2) Location (easy walk to the ski slope) 3) Arrowhead - nice and quiet section of Beaver Creek 4) Excellent support from the host 5) Well-stocked kitchen Cons: 1) Shared hot tub tends to be quite crowded in the evening, and there are no "pool" towels there. Bring your own from the condo. 2) Layout of the building is rather confusing at first. 3) Only a Keurig coffee maker - you need to have pods.

Well appointed and comfy unit. Spruce Tree is a minute walk to ski lifts and also has great underground parking. Only drawbacks we noticed was the lack of humidifiers for the bedrooms and no outdoor grill. Would love to rent it again and spend lots of time in the powder on Beaver Creek.
