We already knew the location and it was perfect Lovely new bathrooms

Found a pair of pants under the chest of drawers from a previous stay! Lack of mirrors, especially a full length one and as we were going to a wedding, really missed it when getting dressed up! Patio area outside of back side door was dirty, charcoal loose on the patio, dirty green plastic garden chairs, messy area in general which hadn't been tidied up.

Well-kept spacious property had everything we required for our weekend away. Just a few minutes walk from the boating lake, pub, and restaurant. There were 8 of us staying over the weekend, (all adults) and there was enough room in the lounge for us all to sit down comfortably and more than enough cups, plates, etc for us all to use. The welcome hamper was fab and saved us from going shopping for the essentials (tea, coffee, milk, bread, etc.). Beds were made up for our arrival and towels were provided, all bed linen was clean and looked new.

Given the time of year, it would be great for the heating to have been on for when we arrived. Other than that minor point, all good.

Location close to beach and other towns/villages.

Heating not on when we arrived and house was cold and uninviting.

Location. Lounge. Kitchen. Homely.

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for an adult.

A gorgeous house with a perfect location, everything was as we had hoped and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
