We loved our stay. Condo was a great size for two families. Large downstairs / basement Rec room was key… everything we needed was there! Will definitely book again.

Had a wonderful time with friends at this beautiful house right near the mountain. Perfect for a getaway with a bunch of friends or large families. Lots of space, very clean and great views of the mountain.

We stayed at Paul's Mount Snow vacation home for a week with three other families. Since we all have young children, proximity to the mountain was of utmost importance to us, and the location of this unit did not disappoint. The entrance to Mount Snow was right down the road from the unit and it was extremely convenient to get our day on the mountain started and for drop off and pick ups. There is also a well stocked market with everything you need just down the road as well. We really enjoyed having the downstairs portion of the unit for the kids to watch TV and hang out while the adults sat upstairs and enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountain. There was plenty of room for all four families to sleep and eat. After a long day of sking we watched the snow cats on the trails from the hot tub! The owner was very communicative throughout our stay. We had a great week staying at this property!

We can’t rave enough about our first ski vacation experience! Paul was an amazing host and called and checked on us shortly after we arrived. The house was super accommodating; fully stocked kitchen, lots of linens, garbage bags, soap in every bathroom; in which we packed bc we are used to having to provide. The house was spacious for 2 large families and the kids had their own space and then some. The view was beautiful to wake up to and right across the street from the mountain. It made it so easy for us moms to just grab our little ones off the mountain when they were tired from skiing. I would highly recommend this home and would like to return next winter! Thanks Paul!

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The property exceeded our expectations. The owners interaction and diligent attention to our well-being was especially pleasant and much appreciated. There seem to be something for everybody in this home. We look forward to renting it again.

Our family of 9 adults and 1 infant spent a long weekend in this beautiful townhome. It was perfect- exactly as described. The home is very well appointed, clean and very comfortable. With 5 bedrooms, everyone had their own space but could easily gather in the spacious common areas. Our adult children enjoyed evenings filled with friendly competition in the game room and we loved the living room view of the trails on Mount Snow. We hope to return in the future for a ski weekend!

We’re usually pretty particular when it comes to accommodations and this beautiful townhome met or exceeded all expectations. Convenient location to different activities, great communication and hospitality from our host, and really nothing we can suggest that would have made our experience better. We highly recommend this rental.

wonderful time at a beautiful location

We rented Paul's town home for quick weekend way with 3 families which included several teens and grandparents. The house was perfect and was exactly as listed on VRBO site. It was clean and not cluttered with miscellaneous decor. Everyone had ample room to spread out. The basement was a great location for the teens to hang out. The foyer area had a ton of room for coats and boots. We loved the chefs kitchen. It was loaded with everything we needed, plus more. The house was well stocked with towels, dish soap, hand soap and extra toiletries, if needed. The only improvements I can think of would be more towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms and maybe an additional refrigerator in the basement. Paul was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. If we would visit the Mt. Snow/ West Dover area again we would definitely rent this property again or another property owned by Paul. Thanks for helping to make our trip memorable!

I rented this property from Paul for a family trip, and the house exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the water went out for a few hours because of an issue in the complex. Even though it was completely out of his control, Paul stayed in constant contact with the maintnence people and us to get the issues resolved as quickly as possible. Very impressed with his responsiveness. We will be staying at this home again for sure! - Joan

Property was well suited for my party of 16.Plenty of accommodations and room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen work perfectly. Location to the mountain is about as good as it gets without be located at the base. Paul was very responsive to all of my inquiries. I would stay here again and recommend it for anyone with a larger sized group.

Perfect house for three families of 4 with young kids. Clean, spacious, and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Amazing views of Mount Snow from all 3 levels but you can't beat the hottub views!

My experience of renting was excellent.

This fantastic home was everything we had signed up for. The Owner Paul was not only accessible.. but also so helpful and hospitable. The home was beautiful and so close to the mountain that we could go home for lunch (across the street from the mountain) during these crazy COVID times. The parents and kids loved all the amenities and the parents loved the kids being occupied by all the amenities! Would Definitely recommend. Thanks Paul.

Everything was smooth and easy to set up this booking. The place is amazing. All the furnishings in the house are well cared for and the way the property is setup provided for so much room. This will be our go to spot for ski weekends.

House had a last minute opening and it was perfect for a quick ski getaway. House super close to Snow Mountain base (4 min drive) and it looks out on the mountain for a beautiful view. The games in the basement were a big plus for the entire group when not skiing. Paul was always reachable when questions came up. Would very much recommend the house.

Our family had an incredible stay at Paul’s townhouse. The home has incredible views of the mountain, a wonderful gourmet kitchen and super comfy accommodations for everyone. The place is beautiful but also has an incredibly warm feeling. Paul was incredibly helpful and always got right back to me. The townhouse is a short 2 minute drive to the mountain and close to the market and restaurants. I cannot recommend this home more for a perfect family vermont stay.
